The food was cold, items were missing, and vegetarian options were not clearly labelled.

Food not good roast potatoes overcooked meat in chunks vegetables not cooked enough most of it went in bin

i ordered it for 4:30 and it came at 5:00, exceptional food, i just wish the vegetables was separate to the meat, stuffing and mash

I asked for only CAULIFLOWER CHEESE No Roasties or yorkshire

Some courier do not bring you what you've asked for NO MASH NO YORKSHIRE PUDD ONLY CAULIFLOWER CHEESE

The food was spoiled due to my delivery taking so long. This was not the fault of the restaurants though. It was taken in the opposite direction to my home then back.

Thank you our Server Adele for a really friendly and helpful experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Adele could not have been any more helpful. We were directed to a close table, as she saw we were both disabled. She accompanied my partner to the carvery and placed her food on plate and carried it back to the table. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This young lady is a real asset to your company. The carver, Patricia was also helpful. The food was lovely, well cooked, and delicious

Took my dad here for the start of his 90th birthday celebrations. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We did arrive a little later than planned but there was still enough food for both of us. Would recommend going earlier than 10:40. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and ensured my dad was well looked after. It may seem simple little things to them and what they do everyday. but to us, it meant a lot. Thank you!

Molly our waitress was hands down the best waitress we’ve had when visiting here. She checked if my elderly father needed help carrying his meal, she was really attentive, and really kind and helpful. A credit to the business.

First time coming to this toby carvery and from the moment we walked in we were greeted by a lovely guy called Wez! He's customer service was amazing and he is such a credit to this place.. we'll definitely be back as the food was spot on and I couldn't believe the value for money and the amount of food you get for the price. I definitely think I'll be coming once a week now due to the experience and how warm and friendly this place is. Highly recommend! I wish I could give the place 10 stars because they really deserve them all.

My very first toby and decided to take my girlfriend out for a spontaneous roast and we couldn’t thank Wez who served us both and was incredibly cheerful and brought such a warm presence and atmosphere and made us feel very welcome. Food was incredible and very affordable. I think my mrs will be dragging me back in every week. Thank you

It was lovely and cool and the ambience had the perfect level of background noise from other diners especially for someone with hearing loss. Mid week carveries are more relaxing especially for the single diner. It’s much healthier than a burger and chips and tastes so much better when someone else cooks and washes up. My server today was Tia who is always cheerful and very welcoming and as I visit often as it’s no fun cooking a roast dinner for 1 always has a few cheerful words when passing the table to make you feel safe, happy and welcome which is especially appreciated by solo dinners. I would really recommend this particular toby Carvery as they really look after their solo dinners

As to be expected, quite busy as it was a Sunday but the food was decent quality and nice. Service from the Carvers was fast. The server; Adele was friendly and efficient. We will be retuning.

The order never arrived as it was supposed to have been delivered to 22-24 shearing hill, i live at THIRTY 30 shearing hill where ive lived over the last 9 years IT NEVER ARRIVED AT ALL

Average dinner, and £10 for a mid week carvery is over priced I think. Also they charge £1 to take anything you don't finish home. Never seen that before

Ignored by waitress so many times. Waited around 40 minutes between being seated, waiting to go for food , ordering dessert and paying bill. She would rather stand round talking to an old lady than serve us

Went yesterday to Toby Carvery ,first of all got the smallest shaving of gammon steak,when they had a massive piece,the stuffing was over cooked stodgy,the pasta was over heated no taste the cabbage was sloppy,than when went to get gravy both pots where empty /that’s no carvery👎👎👎

My family and I were there for the "All You Can Eat Breakfast," but the service we received was far below expectations. We used an Octopus promotional code, which states that for every paying adult, one kid can eat free, applicable for up to four adults and four children. As we were two adults with two children, both children should have been eligible for the offer. However, the staff insisted that only one child could eat free. Although I pointed out the terms and conditions, they were dismissed without a clear explanation. To resolve the issue, I showed the app's current promotion offering "Kids eat at £1." While this was accepted by the staff, we were ultimately charged full price for the children’s meals. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism were very disappointing. Furthermore, when I questioned why one child was allowed free but not the other, the staff claimed the offer only applied to main meals not all you can eat breakfast —contradicting their earlier decision. Then I have a follow-up question: if the coupon can only be used for main meals, why was one of them given for free? That absolutely doesn’t make sense. This experience not only disrupted our family outing but also left us feeling unfairly treated. I refrained from further argument at the time to avoid spoiling our day. However, I must commend their group’s customer service, which was excellent. They responded promptly to my comments and addressed the IT issue to mitigate the unprofessional behaviour and poor attitude of the staff. They also showed empathy by offering me a £5 voucher to use at other restaurants within their group, acknowledging that I would likely not wish to dine at this particular restaurant again. They were absolutely right—no matter how much it costs, even if it were free, I would not want to return. The staff’s attitude left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and unhappy.

Food was brilliant,service was quick and friendly,warm environment and clean would definitely recommend

Arrived 10 30 am no eggs bacon dried out poor selection.so crap paid for drinks as much as you want. Didn't get either to late.was not told of breakfast times. Just interested in taking money. Very poor not happy.

Food was lovely but very bad customer service - We asked the lady at the front if we could swap tables and she refused to help us. My husband has a gluten allergy and it wasn’t made completely clear what he could eat from the menu, the waitress only handed us a navy folder with lots of confusing sheets. I don’t think we will go here again.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't great Waiting time for starters very long as apparently they were too busy with takeaway orders !! Beef tough and fatty,, no pork available , stuffing mushy and lumpy. I would struggle to recommend this venue which looks tired and in meed of a revamp also

Today , we was served by Adele and Carver’s Cameron, they provided a great services, we are really enjoying the food and we could feel their warm welcome to us.

The food wasn't up to scratch. The beef was fatty, the Yorkshire puddings were very over done, the veg was ok. We were served by Wes who was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was dull but it was a Monday night and very quiet.

Lovely food, but very understaffed at the minute. The poor staff always look over worked and rushed off their feet! My husband and I are often waiting ages to get our bill or drink order taken.
