Food is OK, staff could be a bit nice as quite often treated like an annoyance interrupting their day.

I bought a steak & kidney pie from who I though were a good company, this morning... it was definately and too obviously a re-heat from yesterday, it had small offcuts of steak & kidney with around 60% gravy and served by a typical modern young man with no personality, humour or customer awareness. The pie was better than a corner shop 'cheapie' but outranked by many nowadays, especially The Real Pie Company. It also breaks my heart to spend so much on just a pie and especially when I know for a fact that the cost is covering the masses of food that is thrown away in their skip at Mackleys Industrial Estate!

Picked up a birthday cake today for my dad and step mum. We were all genuinely blown away by the quality of it. Lashings of cream and strawberries, chocolate gratings around the side, amazing moist sponge, once you got to it through the cream! I'm really super impressed, and can't thank you enough. If I could add more stars I would.

They have a lot of cakes on display, which means they tend to go a bit stale…

Got to love a Truffles sandwich or a breakfast slice.

In our "blink and you'll miss it" little village of Lancing this corner bakery makes it worth your while to slow down, come in and get a takeaway coffee + something sweet or savoury for the road or to take for a walk down to the beach. Cheese and onion pastry and triple shot coffee has me sorted for a productive work afternoon.

Only bought bread, but very clean.

24th December yesterday bought 4 jam doughnuts from Lancing shop got home they were stale thanks very much .

Excellent local bakery which is part of an excellent local bakery chain. Lancing is lucky to have them. I've also found the central contacts to be very helpful when emailing about ingredients and things like that.

Two only customers well managed at a time. Always a great selection of sweet and savoury products.

Cakes taste really nice but the person answering the order not so accommodating , not polite and rushing put you off to order again .

I had a lovely loaf but what I bought as chocolate fudge brownies was not fudge brownies. It was a basic chocolate sponge cake with some cheap pretend chocolate chips thrown in. Dry and at £5.40 for 4 no value at all

Good local business , not cheap like the supermarkets, but delivers quality for a fair price.

Always has fresh delicious bread and cakes every day. Wide selection to choose from. Covid-19 aware and masks must be worn.

Bought some vienesse fingers recently. They cost £1.80 each. Very disappointed. Can they make them any smaller. They used to be a decent size for the price. In fact all their cakes seem smaller.

£3.55 for a sandwich lol you might as well put it up to £4 lol better food in HMP !

Used Truffles twice during the week for a quick bite to eat, on both occasions the sausage rolls, breakfast rolls and pies had melt in your mouth pastry, staff very helpful and obliging. So much more than others in the area had to offer.

This place is a dump and it's run y people who do not have a clue how to run a business.

Oh my god they do the best homemade sausagerolls and steak and kidney pie and jam doughnut and the staff is so friendly and kind and happy and caring and loving and amazing people who work there its just amazing the people who work there have the time and patience and make them beautiful mouthwatering cakes the staff who work there should have a hug and clap and say well done to them so come on down and have there beautiful cakes and pies yummy yummy

Over £3+ for a steak & kidney pie! ridiculous prices! Greggs it is not & you can have a 1 course meal at Capri restaurant for £5.99. You must be stupid to pay these prices!

Normalmente terminan con tontos oferta de supermercado, pero debo admitir que a pesar de pagar más, se puede decir que la diferencia de un lugar que hace en el lugar de la masa producida #### que viene de un supermercado. Las tartas de trufas son siempre muy bien, y el sandwich que tenía era mucho mejor que un supermercados. . Creo que voy a pagar un poco más para conseguir un bocadillo mejor de ahora en adelante.

Stopped in for a quick snack and it was lovely. They also do cakes, pastrys and lots more, and it's a really good price.

Have bread every week it's lovely and there cakes are brilliant so are the sandwiches freshly made every morning can't fault it spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely .

And if you go to the Hummingbird Restaurant (also Truffles owned) you'll be looked after by Paul and his excellent team. Truffles might think of serving their takeaway soup year round!

Had a Belgian bun and a sausage roll... Both tasty and decent sized. Also had a packet of crisps and a diet coke... Along with a few other bits... Just over a tenner... Very nice and convenient

Truffles is one of the best bakeries in Lancing, it has a good choice of bread, cakes etc and also does sandwiches and hot pastries.

Have only been in a couple of times for bread and the odd cake. Quite expensive but most noticeably the grumpy sad faced miserable staff that is bordering on being rude has put me off going there again

On a half day and really felt lazy, so couldn't be bothered to make lunch haha, so popped to Truffles to cheat a little. Sausage roll for me! While there treated the family to a cake each and a mince pie for me. It was all nice, I think a bit overpriced for what it is. I think the customer experience could be better, they had signs up about offers etc but even when you spend that amount, the staff didn't notify of the offer. (I saw after I had pay, was on way out and there were a fair few customers behind me) so didn't want to have to requeue. Will give the other places a go in lancing before going back, but will be back as the good lady likes the caramel doughnuts.

Up market bakery and hot food takeaway 20 yards from Stanley Ale house where landlord allows food from Local takeaways and will even supply plates and cutlery!

First class food 50 yards from the Stanley Ale House in the Queensway so if you get peckish over your beer Steve (landlord) will let you eat it from Truffles or anywhere else! Brilliant Cornish Pasties just the right temperature.

Always a lovely visit here. Great cakes, lovely staff. Very much recommended. Always clean and everything looks delicious!
