Miller and Carter in Adur

The amount wevpaid fir two burger and chips you'd expectvthe food to be hot but we had to microwave it. A lot of money for two bog standard burgers and chips.

Good food, fast and friendly service from all staff we dealt with. Lily looked after us and was brilliant start to finish.

I had the 2 course lunchtime menu. I know it's a steak house and I was with meat eaters, but I'm veggie. There was only one option, a plant based burger, and I'm really sorry to say I found it rather unpleasant. Unless a couple more non meat plates are added I probably won't return. It doesn't matter - it's a steak house!

Food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was very ambient and the service impeccable. The staff were amazingly hepful and went out of their way to accommodate us with a guest that had trouble walking. I would highly recommend, we didn’t feel rushed it was an all out thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Fab place to eat, my son took me here for mothers day and it was wonderful, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. Lilly served us today and she was very professional and extremely polite, always smiling and a really nice person, very welcoming. I certainly would go back.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating Mothers Day at Miller & Carter in Lancing today. The staff were fantastic, our waitress, Sarah was helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the menu. The food was quality…All in all, an excellent choice for a family occasion.

It was our first time at miller and carter in lancing, we chose this for our anniversary meal as we heard wonderful things, and we wasn’t disappointed! Food arrived to our table in reasonable timing, food was presented and tasted amazing! We were waited on by Flo who was super friendly and helpful with choosing steaks and how best to have them to enjoy the meal most.

Another visit to one of my favourite places to eat, service always good, relaxed and calm while eating and drinking. There is something special about the Lancing restaurant that the Brighton one is lacking so, full marks.

Server Vikki was really helpful and friendly, food is always excellent! Never leave disappointed!

Been there couple times and bite times food has been great... first time had the dirty burger which was absolutely delicious 😋... the second time was the california chicken burger and was crispy and the sauces and filling were superb 👌..

IT problems tonight with our server meant we were delayed 1 hour before our food arrived. Our server was very apologetic although we were disappointed. The Manager came over to also apologise and took control of our desert and coffee orders making service now super efficient and personal, which was nice. She made us feel valued as regular customers and gave us a 33% discount on our food and drinks in order make things right. This was greatly received and we appreciate that systems can go down and it was nice to see a personal touch given directly to us. Thank you for resolving as best you could our delays and we shall be returning.

We visited for my Dads 70th birthday meal and the staff were so helpful and all well organised. We pre-ordered food and when the staff came out with the meals they were able to call out names and everyone got what they ordered. As a special birthday the staff put up banners and balloons that I bought in & made my dad feel special. Ellis was our server and he was great, very attentive & helpful. As were the other staff all very friendly and helpful. The fixed menu was great value.

My partner has nostalgia visiting this place from her years visiting here with her mum. Now it's our anniversary meal every year. The food is always on point, especially the adorable onion loaf.. I could eat that all day! The cuts of 🐄 are good, the service standards are high, the place is always clean (even the toilets, which is an unusual happiness for me) Their cocktails are a firm fave, especially their espresso Martini

Always consistently good food, Louise looked after us superbly, we asked after the chef who prepared our meal, as it was done so well - congratulations Jack! It’s one of the reasons we return time after time, the staff care and nothing is too much trouble.

Heidi was our waitress and she was great!! We had 9 children in our party, 17 people in total celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday! Heidi gave us great customer care, was patient with the kids, helpful and gave service with a smile! The food was tasty, they catered well for us, kids all enjoyed their steak!

Had the pleasure to go twice to this steakhouse in Lancing. Both times greeted by the manager who was very informative of the different choices of menus.(Sian) went once at lunchtime and had a lovely two course meal for £16:95. My partner couldn’t get over the size of the Tomahawk pork chop, it was juicy and tasty throughout. For desserts we indulged in the coffee and a mini desserts. Thoroughly good value. The same experience 10 days later but off the à la carte menu, a delicious Merlot to go with our beautiful tender steaks.
