There was just an issue, that the guy was working alone on a busy Sunday and he didn't managed well. He was really friendly, but if there's 2 staff, the service could be better.

Really overpriced and waffle had hardly any strawberries on it. I paid for the larger version. Waste of money. A shame because this used to be nice but I don’t think I’d go again.

The food was absolutely awful, the service was rubbish we waited an hour it doesn’t even deserve the one star

Very poor!! Regularly order from this branch and have only had cause to complain once before but tonight was the worst and will be our last. £11.49 for 2 minute scoops of ice cream, a couple of wafer biscuits and some whipped cream. It’s just a rip off. What was once a little treat just feels like a con. Reported it with photos to Just Eat and called the branch in Gravesend.

I older online it never turned up all there or it cancel my older 1m before it's ment to be her this is shame I hope thay can fix this problem for the future

Dessert was supposed to be hit but was delivered cold and soggy took 2 hours to deliver by just eat drivers. Not edible and refused to refund as they saying it’s a cold dessert! Absolutely ridiculous customer support and service by just eat

Worst dessert shop ever. The staff is incredibly slow and unorganized. They served the wrong order without even asking, simply because they were out of stock. This shows they clearly don't care about their customers. On top of that, the staff displays a lot of attitude and is very unprofessional. The dessert isn't even worth it—Avoid this place at all costs!

The choc chip banana shake had no banana the waffle was over cooked and I asked for straws as didn’t get any with 1st order with them and didn’t get any the 2nd order I think I will stick to creams

Firstly the food took a good 20-25 mins to arrive , upon asking , staff had no logical answer for the delay. Secondly they missed giving me items that were included in the serving (scoop of ice cream with my pancake). Thirdly they replace items and don’t inform customers they have ran out of stuff that’s been ordered originally. Overall a bad experience.

Excellent service great customer service would go here for any parties and events staff was so helpful best deserts in Gravesend.

Visited a few years ago, this place has gone downhill. Take your money then say out of stock of basic ingredients. Offer alternative products but not exactly what you order. Ice-cream missing altogether from one dish, though listed on the menu. The menu was out of date and an extra cost if wanted. Will not be returning.

Order via delivery service on Sunday evening. Order took over 1 hour 50 mins to be delivered. When it was delivered there were items missing - ice cream was missing - pretty integral part of the order really??? Also bits of small green plastic in the pancakes. No answer on phone line post delivery. Pre delivery enquiry - manager sounds about 10 years old and not interested in proving any realistic eta on order - just we are busy and that’s that. CANCEL THE ORDER YOUR END THEN - you have the ability to do that. Never again. Useless and unclean. 🤢

Ordered the brownie dream it came in a cup all mixed in together literally looks like a milkshake with brownies in and was only halfway full. It is meant to be a hot dessert yet it had not been warmed at all. When I rang the restaurant, the lady told me it’s cold because there’s ice cream which I obviously knew, but the way it’s been packaged it couldn’t even be rewarmed. The sizing is not the same as you get in store either.

Order was 10 mins late. 4 milkshakes not wrapped up so the lids had come off in the bag and milkshake was spilt everywhere. What was left in the cups tasted great.

A Really Great Waffle! Haven't ordered from a dessert place in awhile and am really pleased with the quality of the waffle. It's soft and fluffy, I ordered the pistachio white choc waffle and the sauces were really lovely. Really pleased! :)

Jammy dodger milkshake tasted just like raspberry sauce. Cookie 'dough' was just a warm cookie that tasted like rubbish and was extremely hard. Rude woman on the phone when I rang to complain.

We had a nice time with my friend and children. Great menu with a lots of sweets menus to choose. Friendly and cheerful staff. Excellent pancakes with ice-cream and looked really good. It was very good price.

Ordered takeaway, burnt cookies covered up with a lot of chocolate sauce, had to throw away as the kids couldn’t bite into them. Waste of £16.00. Rang for a refund refused told me that’s what the TAKEAWAY cookies were like!!!!!!!

I ordered cookie dough from treatz but it was almost crisp as a cookie,only 2,3 bites in the middle feels like cookie dough the rest was crunchy. Quantity is getting less day by day.no chocolate sauce with the sundae.

On the Lotus waffle ordered, there were no cut up bananas and there was no fresh cream as advertised!!! Very disappointing!!!

The product is mediocre, as an Italian cannot rate it that high but would have had more stars if the service was good which was not at best. The surprise was the Mock-tail mojito with extremely tired lemon ice and lemonade at a steal £7.00, mmmmm someone ought to review this.

We walked in as a 6 and instantly got a funny look from staff, we were told we have to book if over 5 people which we didn't know about, then they said its fine but there is 4o min wait on food which we said that's fine. We waited over the 40 min and the food came out one at a time like wagammas but at a very slow snail pace. We ordered some milk cake which was frozen in the middle which they did replace.

I came here with my family for my cousins birthday we did arrive very late as they close at 10 but the girls was happy to let us in at 9:30 even tho there was 15 of us they made everything soo good the service the food and they did a birthday plate we was really grateful for fitting us in especially when they was really busy thank you to the 2 girls working Friday

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service 2 members of staff no older than 17 with virtually no training and no manager on hand, on a busy Saturday. One waffle dish was not edible due to tasting like sour milk. Staff eventually agreed to make a fresh one after arguing with me stating that they don't do refunds or replacements instead they just offered to put more chocolate sauce on to mask tha taste of the sour waffle. The cake used for our freak shakes were stale. When they they gave in and replaced our waffle it was no different to the 1st one. We brought the 2nd one home and are now gonna be contacting the food standards agency. Avoid at all costs and go to creams instead.

Slow service particularly for something simple like scoops of ice cream for the kids which then came out incorrect! The lattes were lukewarm and tasted like a glass of milk - we asked for an extra shot of coffee but were told this would be chargeable. Not impressed and wouldn’t go back

Took my young daughter today for milkshake & ice cream. Had to wait over half an hour for our order as they had only one member of staff working, during half term! Poor girl was under pressure & was taking flack from frustrated customers! To top it off, many things were out of stock & the ice cream machine was then playing up. Poor management who thought it was wise to have one member of staff working! By the looks of the other reviews, this is a regular occurrence! Well done Esther on working a horrible shift today! Don’t worry, we recognised it wasn’t you at fault, but instead your managers! Shame they are too busy deleting comments off their Instagram instead of arranging more shifts & helping their overworked staff! *EDIT* They have now blocked me on their instagram🤣

Place is nice for ice cream and desserts. I have been there few times the oy thing is long waiting time for your food. Otherwise it's noce.

Bad service, they do not pack all the items ordered and refuse to correct their mistakes made. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Poor management and would not order from the restaurant again and waste my money.

When I went I bought a milkshake and when I was paying with my card and the lady said it didn’t go through so she asked me to pay again so I did as she told me it hadn’t worked the first time. When I got home I realised they had charged me for 2 so I went back and they were auful with it I got told to come back multiple times when I showed them evidence of the 2 charges, they told me they had to check cameras so I came back next week and they just kept saying that and that they need to speak to someone when it was only 1 mistake. Never got money back. Also it took ages to be served to us bc all the staff were just chatting behind the counter

Service OK. We had three ice creams, the mango pieces tasted off, the strawberry cheesecake ice-cream tasted chalky like protein powder had been mixed in, one of the gelato flavours had a strange taste of mint and all the strawberry pieces were bruised. Our toddler was sick only 2 hours later and his whole ice-cream came back up. Will not visit again.

Walked in, took over 5 minutes for the staff to sit us down, whilst staff were looking directly at us. Once finally seated, the light above the table can be replaced with a flood light if need be, the thing shines directly into your eyes. Seating is also very uncomfortable. Snacks were great, although very overpriced. I'd consider coming again on a very special occasion, definitely not a place to visit multiple times in a row

Always ate from here but has gone down hill lately. Dropped my food in front of me today on the table then was told it will be replaced, but I went to bar to order another drink and see they was putting the original desert back together with there hands and no gloves, when they see that I see the lady’s face dropped. Worst part was when I said I no longer wanted to eat I wasn’t offered a refund lol.

It was cold and they sent the wrong order

We ordered from Uber eats and they missed out a whole dessert, then proceeded to tell us to drive to them if we want a new dessert… we ordered it specifically for delivery. The service was very bad. The order we did get was freezing cold, as was the hot chocolate which spilt all over the dessert. They won’t now deliver a new one… do not waste your money. They have gone downhill badly.

Waffle and nahos were not bad considering value for money, compared to other places of this type here it was not too bad. the waffle was crispy and not very sweet, which is unfortunately a problem for similar places, I don't know why it is believed that the more sugar the better. However, you can balance the amount of sugar to make the dessert delicious. as I mentioned it was crispy but unfortunately cold. One thing is for sure, I liked it better than in Kaspa's.

The Cookies N Cream waffle was amazing. I didn’t have much hope that it would still be hot when it got here as things like waffles normally aren’t so I stuck it in the microwave for a bit and it tasted amazing!

Very lovely dessert restaurant close to the station. Was late for a meeting so just rushed in there as was closer than going home. It wasn't busy but the staff was very welcoming and wanted to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have a sweet tooth but was hoping to see a wide variety of not too sweet things as well. I was pleasantly surprised buy the range of fruits and tea. Definitely enjoyed my meeting and dessert. I will be visiting again and definitely recommend.
