You get what you pay for really. It’s not best but for the prices you don’t expect the best.

Improved checkout so fewer queues. Best for meat and fish. Bread is squidgy in the middle so difficult to slice properly. Misleading shelf prices on some items - 2 for items annoying such as 2 asparagus for £3 which came to £4 at checkout !!

Large supermarket.plenty of parking. Good car wash. What u would expect. Good location. Restaurant is having some issues at the moment. Has a petrol Station. Timpsons.

Staff are helpful. Fairly good product range, but it could be better if they didn't try and sell clothing and a whole row of seasonal items. The tills area quite small and difficult to get a trolley load on the conveyor, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I would like them to introduce self-scan, to make the check out experience easier.

Lamentablemente esto ha ido cuesta abajo desde la última visita, lo que es una verdadera pena. Fui a desayunar. Una larga espera, mesas pegajosas, suelo sucio y muy poco personal. Qué pena Morrisons. Necesitas mejorar un poco tu juego para que volvamos.

The café serves decent quality (and quantity) food for the price, although the self selection cabinets are nowhere near as well stocked as they used to be. We have a lot of respect for the staff who work in the cafe because it seems that the store decided some time ago to cut back on the number working there. This sometimes leaves them struggling to keep up with service and especially with cleaning tables and floors.

Seemed to have no heating. Really cold in the store.

Food was cold in my experience, bacon was wet and cold, sausages were cold, hash brown almost made it to half decent, even if it was microwaved for two minutes I wouldn't have complained

Food was lovely all credit to the cooks, only problem i had was my drink was not with my order so i had to get a refund for that, the bags should be filled and then sealed

Café totalmente automatizado ... esto es lo que nos enfrentamos hoy ... ningún contacto con el personal pulse un botón para todo, pero todavía no ayudó de todos modos. Después de mi primera y última visita a Morrisons café tumbaend me encontré con la única manera en que puedo describirlo McDoanlds estilo sistema de pedidos, su cara a cara con una pantalla plana que le presenta un sinfín de opciones de nada que desee. Después de introducir un simple té y café y pagarlo, ¿entonces qué? ningún personal vino a ayudarnos, ningún personal vino a indicarnos la dirección correcta Ningún personal vino a decirnos cómo funciona este sistema automatizado. Después de un minuto o tres caminamos vimos algunos dispositivos para hacer café y pensamos Oh, tenemos que hacerlo literalmente nosotros mismos, así que lo hicimos, sin personal todavía, no, esto es lo que haces o bienvenido... Qué vergüenza. Mientras esperaba nuestra golosina automatizada no pude evitar notar las tazas sucias que estaban en la selección como listas para usar, totalmente "repugnante" Con una olla de té, literalmente tenías que juntar tu propia olla y verter el agua caliente, encontrar una fuente, y azúcar, por no hablar de dónde se encontró la leche en un cubo negro sin nada escrito en ella. Después de terminar nuestras bebidas, ¿qué BTW eran terribles de todos modos, un miembro de la familia preguntó si ahora deberíamos retirar los vasos usados? No puedo recomendar Lugar sucio No se hace bienvenido Sin personal El sistema automatizado cae en todos los sentidos para que se sienta como un buen lugar para sentarse. AVOID

Disgusting.. you spend all that money and they can’t even send one thing correctly. Freezing cold, the quality was awful, pale, dry.

Go here every week to do our big week shop, every week there is a staffing shortage of some sort, which effects the running of the cafe with meals not available, or just one person taking orders then running over to do coffee etc . Really is hit and miss as to what food is available always down to not having staff in .

18/2/24 thought we’d have a quick coffee and tea. The waiting time for them to prepare it was unacceptable. 25 minutes for just drinks is not ok. People left standing and seated for this. Also the store was exceptionally cold. Won’t ever use the cafe again.

Just invited and had breakfast. Dried up beans, cold tomato, bacon had no words for it. The only thing that was fresh was the egg and toast. No photo as just walked out. First and last time!

Ordered chicken roast no other options available, standard frozen vegetables and potatoes and one Yorkshire. As I am disabled healthy choices are limited but would have been better with fresh cabbage or sprouts. Chicken was fine so ideal for a single person who cannot cook, but probably nicer and cheaper to visit a carvery.

Food was lovely, but the delivery driver was most confused when you handed him some bits of food wrapped in foil 😅 no bag or packaging haha. The food was well cooked though, tasty. Really cant complain for a meal delivered for just over £10

Ok to start with the positives the food is great and cheap. but theres been many of times where they stopped selling food because they run out of plates, only had to look around the places to find heaps of uncollected plates, pure laziness

Both myself and sister had a breakfast and pot of tea each, The breakfast was awful egg and bacon under cooked the plate was full of grease and food wasn’t even warm. My tea cup and cutlery were dirty so had to get them changed over and the second lot wasn’t much better. So I opted for disposable cup, knife and fork. I will not be eating here again. I don’t know if it’s like this with meals but the breakfast was awful.

Went there at 2.30ish board outside said there were opened. People inside eating. Saw a member of the staff as we were queuing to order did not say nothing after me and the kids waiting there for 5 mins one of the customers came to tell us they were not open. Yet online they should be open until 4. Not the first time I came and it's the same!

This is meant as constructive criticism rather than a complaint. The automated ordering system works well and is easy to understand. The tables were clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but I get the distinct impression that they are too few and thus overworked, having far too many tasks to carry out at any one time. The food was not hot - very near cold as I got to the end of my Full English breakfast. The worst item was the disgusting state of the cutlery in the bin for customers to take. There was food still on all of it. If the cleaning equipment for cutlery and plates needs to be serviced then management is failing in their responsibilities at the expense of hygiene and the risk of infection and possibly food poisoning to the customer. You need to get your act together.

Absolutely amazing! The best afternoon tea I've had and at a bargain of £7 per person. The portion was perfect, variety great and was it delicious!

Food was oily tasteless and freezing as if taken out of the fridge, from what little I ate left a sickly oily taste that even after an hour hasn’t gone, I didn’t even feed it to the dog as he deserves better

We always shop here on a Thursday, and after a morning of blackberrying in Meopham, we came to the cafe for lunch. I ordered a breakfast brunch and a ham & cheese toastie for my wife. Though the staff were a bit thin on the ground, the food arrived after not much of a wait, and it was hot, freshly cooked and very enjoyable. The lattes were also hot and very nice. No complaints whatsoever regarding the food, which also is quite reasonably priced, considering the times we are going through. If you're in the area, I'd recommend a drop-in for a coffee and more, you should not be disappointed!

Ordered the full english breakfast with crispy bacon. Food turned up late and cold and the bacon was inedible, barely cooked and one piece of bacon had blue writing on. Have complained to customer service

ordered 3 breakfasts and 3 coffees. Only the coffees were delivered. How hard can it be to make sure the drivers take the correct orders? still charged me for the breakfasts.. and no response from the cafe.

I Ordered an English breakfast and poached egg on toast as the picture of the egg looked very appetizing, how wrong could i be. The English breakfast turned up stone cold, burnt cold toast, hard fried egg one dry mushroom and bacon that looked like all the moisture had been extracted!! However, the icing on the cake was the poached egg that had apparently been done in a plastic pot in the microwave. It was a very small, probably 2" oval rubber ball sat in the middle of a cold piece of butter less toast!! I told the server that this was not a poached egg as advertised which is how i learnt of how it was cooked. It was replaced with a fried egg. The standard of food is absolutely diabolical, with approximately 4 tables in a supermarket cafe where food is a plenty to serve substandard cold food is completely unacceptable.

So I ordered the Ultimate breakfast and 4 millionaires crispys so I get my order and I’m missing a hash brown and 3 millionaires crispys anyway I go to eat my hash brown and it’s half brown(like gravy colour) I saw this and stopped eating the hash brown as that’s not right anyway apart from that sausages were okay bacon was a little bit hard toast was really crispy and nice Also the egg was stone cold the drink was very nice overall i don’t know if I would order this again but the millionaires crispy was really nice overall I I don’t know if I would order this again.

First time ordering and certainly wasn’t disappointed. Good portions for adults and children. Very friendly delivery driver, would recommend

A lot of the menu options were unavailable. Food took too long and it wasn't even that busy. My son's fried egg had eggshell in it and mine was so poorly cooked it was like plastic. My husbands burger was dry and tasteless. Very dissapointing.

I know a salad isn't supposed to be wsrm but the chicken and avocado was literally so cold I couldnt taste it

We stayed at a hotel in Shewsbury and was so disappointed with the breakfast that we went to the Morrison' s cafe five minute drive away. Great choice great food and 3breakfasts for price of 1.

Staff here are delightfully kind and helpful, and very understanding of the specific needs of the child in my care during our visit. And extremely reasonably priced food especially good for children!
