Transylvania House in Nottingham

I walked in with my 3 year old son and just got stares and looks from 2 ladies. Waiting for a table but just being ignored and I felt like I was an invisible ghost. Will not be going there back again. Thanks

Work a bit on your Customer Service mates🙂 my partner who's African walked in and the stares begun...like seriously. I really appreciate the food and the lady who serves us, she's very nice, but apparently one of your workers gave my partner the look of "why are you here?" as soon as he entered. Work on that please. And you're prices are very high too.

Excellent! I ate both inside and at home. On both occasions the food was very good, and for the order everything was arranged perfectly. The prices are surprisingly low. I recommend and we will definitely come back!

The food was rich, tasty in general. We waited a long time for the food to arrive, but that means they were freshly made on the spot. Suggestion: change the recipe to belly soup, look for a real Transylvanian one, without flour. Thank you! We are coming!
