Burger and Sauce in Nottingham

Let me tell you about my latest affair with Burger & Sauce - this place still absolutely SLAPS, and for just £11! I went all-in on a Burger Combo Meal and sweet mother of flavour, it was divine... The crispy chicken burger was strutting that perfect balance - crispy on the outside while staying juicier than a gossip column on the inside. The wings? Seasoned to perfection like they were blessed by the Colonel himself, bursting with more flavour than a 90s boy band, and the fries? Well, they were doing what fries do best - being absolutely CLASSIC. Sealed the deal with a Pepsi that hit the spot like finding money in your old jeans, and floated away on a cloud of food happiness. Absolutely brilliant.

The burger was nice, the regular fries were a very small portion size

There is vegie combo.meal but as a sides is chicken strips..instead we can't select any other sides. If someone is vegetarian then they have to keep some options to choose...instead only available. To upgrade signature fries. There is the only issue with this shop instead everything is perfect as it should be.

i had ordered The wrap with chicken and cheese fries, instead of giving me chicken and cheese fries they gave me animal fries. The wrap had no sauce inside and it was dry. Never ordering from here again !

Would be better if the burger was warm. There was a sign up saying delivery drivers had to have warm boxes or wouldn't be allowed to take the food. Leading us to believe deliveries had turned up cold. We ate in and ours wasn't hot.

THIS REVIEW COULDVE BEEN A 5 AND IT SHOULDVE BEEN A 5. (Explained below) I ordered on just eat for collection, I ordered the festive burger (£7.50) and the chicken club burger (3.50). This was also buy one get one free which is why I ordered on just eat. I put my collection time for 19:25 and I arrived to the restaurant and it was very busy. Not full of customers but online orders. I waited around 7 minutes which was very good, because I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Now the burgers, the festive burger is really good, the meat patty is fresh and juicy. You can tell it’s quality. (The only thing I dislike about it is, the turkey bacon rashers, I felt as though they were a bit tough and it doesn’t go well with the burger) The chicken club burger. THIS BURGER FOR £3.50 oh my god. The chicken fillet is absolutely crunchy delicious tasty. ABSOLUTELY QUALITY FOR £3.50 it’s the best chicken burger I’ve ever had to be honest. It was that good. I was genuinely surprised about how amazing it is. Buy 2 of the burgers, the size is small but the WUALITY IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely come back and just buy 2 chicken club burgers because of the quality and the taste. The only reason this review is a 4 star and not a 5 star, is because when I arrived at the restaurant there was only 1 person at the front and 5 in the kitchen, so I felt bad for the lady at the front trying to manage it all.

Order never arrived. Courier sat outside my house with it for 5 minutes but never knocked on the door to give it to me. Then it was suddenly shown as delivered. I've paid money for this. Abysmal service. I'm appalled.

Took 35 minutes for food that’s meant to take not even 2 minutes. Terrible customer service

Good food, excellent service and even better atmosphere. Dine in experience is top notch, management was polite and had decently quick service. A few people who ordered after me did receive their order first but it may have been a mistake therefore I won’t hold them accountable.

The food was quite good and cheap, the staff were brilliant really made me feel welcome and were very helpful. The place was clean and tidy.

Food is delicious however great customer service by Mansi who works at the Nottingham branch. She is very professional and polite.

Amazing food. Had it many times. There food is fresh, the sauce is 10/10 ofc and the fries are also fresh and crispy. Always been good every single time. They're loaded fries are also amazing. Also £7 for a meal is decently priced unlike these other places charging over £12 10/10 will recommend one of the best burger spots around in notts

Best burger I've had in a while... had a simple meal deal. Good value for money. Early in the day, only me and some guy in pj's 😆 so no atmosphere but that's not a negative.

SpecificallyThe gourmet Angus burger at here is a standout in the realm of elevated fast food. Served on a freshly baked brioche bun, the burger features a perfectly cooked beef patty, rich and juicy, with just the right amount of seasoning.

Over an hour late, restaurant doesn’t understand basic instructions, won’t be ordering again having been over 1 hour late

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I entered, the door was already open, but the staff member rudely assumed I had opened it and told me, in front of other customers, to close it. Her tone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I didn't react and just closed the door, had my meal, and left. This kind of treatment is pathetic. I will never return, and staff should learn how to be polite with customers....

I’m regular customer and the service is brilliant. The menu and choices are easy to navigate and the food is top tier. For a simple menu there is a surprising amount of choice. I’m regularly served by Preeti and she is always friendly and efficient no matter how close to final order I arrive, and that can well past midnight. All of the staff are good and they know the food and give great recommendations. The atmosphere inside is comfortable, perfect for a relaxed late night meal. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I’d always just go in instead of getting it on UberEats, because the in-store offer that run from time to time are a coup.

Wings and kids nuggets were too spicy. Didn’t enjoy as much as it was too hot for children and it didn’t state it had any spice

In terms of delivery, this restaurant is terrible. There are too few staff members, and they are falling behind on deliveries. I would not recommend this restaurant for deliveries at all. Take this words from an experienced delivery driver.

Honestly the best burgers I've ever had. At first, I thought the Angus beef burger was small for the price but one I took a bite it was heaven. I could taste everything in the burger all in one. The sauces are nice too. Defo coming next time to try the wraps and seasoned chips andorder more, can't wait!

The food is consistently good over and over ... I dine here once a week at least since one year. Also the guys that work are amazing and Zanem always provide the best service and the kindest attitude.

Chicken burger was good and the chilli cheese bites but didn't receive my dessert so I called the restaurant, they refused to send it out, said they would right my name on a scrap of paper for next time. Unacceptable! Had to put in for a refund from just eat and probably won't receive it. Undecided if I will order again or not to be honest.
