Trade never disappoints. The food is so fresh and tasty. We had a cuban, reuben, ladtkes (they were really good). I love the sauce they used.

Ci siamo fermati per caso e ne siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti! Panini grandi , veramente golosi e speciali! Un pochino piccanti, quindi magari lo segnalerei nel menu. Camerieri gentili, sorridenti e locale pulito e ordinato! Forse un po’ caro ! Comunque lo consiglio vivamente!

Trade is the best run venue for coffee in London. Quite simply, there is nowhere as good (I have tried finding it on those rare moments when Trade is closed for business). What makes Trade unique is that it doesn't ever really change: in this case meaning that the highest standards are impeccably maintained for (apparently) eternity! When you develop a fondness for the very particular vibe, with the exceptional coffee preparation that is unbelievably consistent complemented by the outstanding food, you'll simply not want to go anywhere else. And this is just what has happened to me. And all of this is of course down to the amazing staff and the superbly talented management.

Vert nice place, perfect for a Lunch as we did. The food is delicious, with quality products. Detox juice is refreshing and tasty. The service was fast, people were nice and we enjoyed the quantity !

Fantastic first visit. Well looked after and serviced was exceptional. When taking my order the waitress took my dietary requirements and and made some recommendations which I accepted and ordered. I had the scrabbled eggs on bread with a pot of English tea. They compliment each other extremely well and was not too much or too little. Definitely returning when next in the area!

This café is a hidden gem. We were staying at a nearby hotel, where the line for breakfast didn’t make us want to stay. On a rainy day we rushed inside and were surprised. Great athmosphere, really good coffee and the bread with eggs and add-ons you can choose, really made a fantastic start into the day.

As 4 of us were walking in, the barista barked "can you shut the door" (no please) before the 4th person actually came in. We asked to go outside to the back (because one of us is on chemo and immunocompromised). It was completely empty but he said there was a 15 minute wait! This rude service isn't the norm at this cafe but today was very disappointing.

We visited here after booking a breakfast table nearby to our hotel in Spitalfields area. The restaurant was bustling but tables were very very close together - too close I would say. We waited 45 minutes for our food and then saw people who ordered after us receiving their food. I asked a member of staff where ours was, and then watched a series of events which made it clear the server had not put our order through at all! We were offered complimentary cakes but still waited another 15 minutes for our food, by which time some tables had ordered, eaten and left! They suggested the kitchen ‘didn’t get the ticket’ rather than being honest about the fact he had forgotten while hugging his colleagues and drinking his own coffee. The food when it came was very enjoyable and some of the other things on the menu looked lovely too. We were given our drinks on the house but still tried to charge me a service charge of 12.5% on the bill which I politely asked them to remove! Nice food but service was poor and a bit of honesty would have gone a long way!

We tried to book a table for this cafe via telephone and email during the week but couldn't get through, and didn't get a response. We tried our luck and managed to get a table for early lunch at the weekend. The cafe is modern and minimalistic, with a cute outdoor terrace at the back that has small potted plants. It was bustling when we visited, but the ambience wasn't helped by the clashing of plates that staff were clearing behind the serving station. It took over 45 minutes for food to arrive after we'd ordered. Sandwiches at Trade are a great choice if you're looking for a tasty bite to eat but the prices are quite high. I had poached eggs - unfortunately the yolks were chalky, not soft - and mushroom pastrami, which was flavoursome but too salty. Don't order a side of ketchup here: it's cheap and tastes awful. Overall, we were disappointed with our lunch and expected better quality.

What an absolute gem of a place. We went in with a hungry teen after a trip to nearby Van Gogh experience. Quickly seated and orders taken. Tap water and drinks delivered quickly followed by buttermilk pancakes with syrup and choc chips and bananas for the teen. Delicious poached eggs on toast for me and cheese toasties for hubby. Prices as one would expect for the area. Owner and staff attentive and fantastic and good facilities. Loved it xxx

Visited as a couple for a weekend away in London. Was having a walk around London to see the nearby sights and was drawn into the cafe by the lovely smells that were coming out of it. We went in and had a look at the menu, but unfortunately it was near closing but saw the desserts that were on display and took a couple of those away instead. We had the blueberry and coconut cake and the oat and raisin cookie. Both were well-made and delicious. If we had to pick a favourite it would be the blueberry cake. It had yummy icing in the middle too. We returned the next morning and had a sit down brunch. Had two dirty chai lattes which were both nice and a decent size. Had the cuban club sandwich and the buttermilk pancakes with banana, chocolate chips, peanut butter and maple syrup to share. Portion size was brilliant and was definitely filling. Out of curiosity, we looked around the area to see what desserts other cafes had on display, but we found ourselves instead returning to Trade as none seemed to compare! So we took two more desserts away to enjoy in the evening after a concert that day. This time we tried the carrot cake and the chocolate and date bar. These too were delicious and tasty. The date bar tasted healthy and well made. Would say the cakes here are a winner. On both visits all the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we mentioned about sharing our dishes between us, when the staff went out of their way to split the food and give us sharing plates. Shout out to Louise and everyone else there too (Louise is the only name we got!!). If we’re in the area again, would definitely return :)

Personal muy atento y agradable. Hasta uno de los camareros hablo en español con nosotros! El cafe muy bueno y los huevos benedict eran para rebañar el pan con la salsa holandesa. El precio bien, lo normal cuando desayunas fuera en London :) El local muy bonito y una terraza super tranquila!

No menu outside so we went in..it seems a trendy sort of place unlike the menu. Very expensive and poorly cooked. Two poached eggs on thinly sliced sourdough were overcooked. Roll with one rasher of streaky bacon, an overcooked hard yolk fried egg, ( no choice of poached) some barely visible cheese, 2 small "Americano".complaints were brushed off with total apathy. Good quality and service no resemblance to the breakfast we had elsewhere this morning. Not recommended unless you have money to waste £22 and still hungry

What a fantastic find! Great atmosphere and more importantly, fantastic and nicely presented food. Mostly sandwiches on the menu, but they have other options available as well as a broad choice of drinks.

Per quanto pagato mi aspettavo una porzione più abbondante e un servizio più attento. Il design del locale è molto carino, l’atmosfera è sorridente. Sapori molto intensi e qualità del cibo alta.

Visited here with my partner for brunch, service good and food even better. The chicken club was delicious and the eggs and chorizo was unreal!! We opted for the smoothies and although expensive, they were nice too. I like it here…no frills but good food.

I was here to temp and cover for 2 days working downstairs. When the manager came downstairs to show me how to use their dishwasher the example she gave was extremely unhygienic. She suggests you rush rather than removing all grime efficiently to “keep up with the fast pace cafe” she called me silly for washing a jug with a label on (that i didnt even notice) i would not return as she is extremely unprofessional and the food was average, just garnished to look better than it actually tastes. Don’t waste your time, and refrain from eating here as i guarantee the plates are not properly cleaned due to her “rushed” style of work. You are meant to rinse each dish before loading into the dish washer and she advised me not to as theres no time, but would you not rather clean plates for customers to eat from?

Frecuento mucho trade porque es excelente la vista a la ciudad. La atención también es impecable pero sin dudas la vista y arquitectura es la estrella del bar.

Service is as terrible, accused us of not paying as we walked out (already paid at the table). Food average! Time to be served is a joke!

Food was average… service was horrendous. Paid the bill with our server to be stopped at exit by another member of staff demanding payment in an aggressive manner.

Greta breakfast/brunch place. It’s busy but worth it - super good quality food, nice service and they also have an outdoor space. You would not be disappointed.

Fantastic friendly staff, always very welcoming, pleasant relaxed atmosphere, great range of food prepared by excellent chefs! It really is worth a visit particularly with office coworkers and friends during lunch or when hosting business clients. It is Team Fusion's lunch time go to venue!

Great ‘sandwiches’ that are really brioche filled with brilliant selections of ingredients. Lovely staff and tucked away cosy eating area at the back. Best lunch out we’ve had for a while.

Get away from the rush and bustle of commercial street in the outdoor seating area at the back of this cafe. The coffe is to a good standard and the pastries accompnay well.

We were greeted by friendly staff and a wide range of breakfast options to choose from. Would recommend the scrambled egg and bacon on toast & the Pancakes with maple syrup.

Just got a couple Rubens and the Cuban sandwich for takeaway. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Nice friendly service - plenty if options for breakfast and lunch. Few cocktails on the menu too if you're up for it. I had chorizo scrambled eggs and chilli on toasted sourdough and it was 10/10. Will be back for sure!

What an incredible place, recommended by a friend. This is definitely my new favourite lunch spot. It has a rustic charm, independent coffee house where the hot drinks are made with love, all the desserts are home made. The salted caramel brownie was probably the best brownie I have ever had. The bearded team member was very helpful and friendly.

Arriving at peak time on a Sunday, the place was really full and we were pleased to get a table. We have been there for brunch 3 times in the last year. Every time I have had a variation of scrambled eggs with sides, and each time the meal was excellent.

Needs better air conditioning, left after a coffee and stank like cooking greasy kitchen for rest of day! Not so good smell on your clothes. Please get better cooking smell extraction!

Popped in for a coffee to check it out and ended up getting food too. Great decor inside, staff and really friendly (possibly a bit new at the moment so not completely smooth BUT their personalities made up for it). Coffee wasn’t burned which is always good, nice tasting and well made. Good food options, more vegan options would be nice but there’s a lot to chose from. Partner had the Reuben sandwich which he said was amazing. I had a simple avo and egg toast which was really well seasoned and big portion size! Overall really good and will go back

Wir waren hier zum Frühstücken. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Service war die ganze Zeit sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen war super lecker... also alles in allem ein wirklich super tolles Café. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Been to all of the coffee shops in Spitalfields. So wandered up Commercial St and found Trade ! A lovely little coffee shop with excellent coffee, nice cakes and good service.

Spiste frokost her, vi kom akkurat når det åpnet. Hyggelige ansatte. Vi bestilte ostesmørbrød, det var veldig godt og mettende.

Wir haben bei Trade sehr gut frühstücken können. Die Pancakes, die Pastrami-Sandwiches (Reuben und Gruber) haben wunderbar geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen! Die Sandwiches machen sehr gut satt. Tolles Café, sehr empfehlenswert.

What a stunning place, breakfast was beyond and the staff were ace!!! Thoroughly recommended. Great in the summer as the bifolds are open and you can sit outside. Always busy too. We will def be back!

El chorizo con aguacate destrozado era muy bueno al igual que el café helado pero el servicio fue una gran decepción. Una vez sentado, tuve que salir de mi camino para llamar la atención de los servidores. Después de ordenar, nunca recibí agua ni nada para la mesa. Mi comida llegó y todavía estaba esperando mi café y agua. Durante mi almuerzo, ningún servidor me preguntó si la comida estaba bien. Tuve que pedir la factura por segunda vez después de esperar 5 minutos para que llegara. No tendría ninguna prisa por volver

My friend and I wanted to grab something for breakfast - he already found a place with smoothies that he really liked and I wanted something big and meaty. So I was walking down the street and saw people eating sandwiches behind the window, and I decided to drop by to see what's what. I honestly did not know what was coming and paying 9 quid for one sandwich seemed a bit too much but I thought I'd try anyway.

Trade is amazing !! The atmosphere, service and food is 5*. The chicken and bacon club was out of this world ! I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. The pancakes are next on my list...

We came here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised about the size as it doesn’t look very big from the outside.

We walked past this place and the cue drew our attention. We decided to have breakfast here the next day and were nog disappointed. The food was good, all of it, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Waiting didn't take long despite there were seven of us. Everything about this place was amazing, we highly recommend eating here!

So great for brunch - a firm favourite with me and my friends. Coffee is good, pancakes even better. Gets busy though so I would recommend getting there early or expect a bit of a queue! Lovely staff.

The cafe was very busy so a bit of a delay is understandable, but the service was extremely slow and not attentive whatsoever. The food was nice and there looked to be lots of lovely food on the menu, but the service was average at best. I ordered a coffee which never came, and after waiting for 20 minutes, I asked the waiter whether it was on its way and he said that it was although I was never served. I don't know if it's because we sat at a table in the corner that we were simply ignored but I was very disappointed from a place with such great reviews. I imagine it's much better when it's not busy.

Stumbled across this cafe. Was craving pancakes...they delivered! 3 fluffy pancakes with a pile of peanut butter, banana and choc chips in the batter. And maple syrup. Just quite expensive...9.50£ just for pancakes. Nice vibes

Marvelous place. A great breakfast with range free eggs and toasted sour dough bread. The avocado side was one of the best I have had. We were there theee days in a row. I will miss this food.

No sabía nada, a pesar de estar bien presentado. parece que no hay salsas disponibles o deberían estar siempre en las mesas. Acertainwell conoce casas de café mejores sándwiches y están a mitad de precio. . .

We liepen hier toevallig langs en werden getrokken door de heerlijke hoeveelheid taartjes. We hebben hier ontbeten met lekkere pannenkoeken en havermout met vers fruit. Alles heerlijk, de koffie ook en we kregen er ook nog water bij. Wij vonden de prijzen mee vallen.

Me encanta este pequeño lugar cerca de Spitalfields. Buen valor en comparación con otros lugares de brunch en Londres. Me encantan sus huevos y el tocino en masa fermentada. . Y te recomiendo un lado del chorizo! Sus pasteles son todos caseros, algunas opciones paleo / saludables / veganas también, lo cual es una ventaja.

Only came here for a hot chocolate. The drink was definitely nice, so complaints there. The price however is well above average and the same goes for the food. Would recommend but for the price.

Came with a friend and waited 45 minutes from ordering for pancakes and poached eggs. Had to go up and ask when the food was coming, as had contemplated leaving as we had been there so long. Pancakes were undercooked when we received them. Received no apology at any point. Would not return here

We visited this small restaurant near our hotel on our first day in London, just for a quick lunch. The sandwiches were delicious. We ended up coming back for breakfast the following 2 days. I recommend you try the Reuben sandwich and the eggs and chorizo breakfast.

Lovely place, very busy but we received really good and very friendly service from a lovely Australian girl. We chose the Reuben & Scrambled eggs, chorizo and chilli on sour dough & a couple of coffees. Very well cooked and presented.

If you want a fresh and tasty breakfast/brunch in chill place - this is definitely the place to go. Everything from avocado smash toast to pancakes tastes amazing. Unfortunately we were too full to try - but the salad look just pure pleasure. Fresh and healthy. And the coffee - at it's best. All you can wish for a late breakfast/lunch spot.

We went there to have a breakfast and egg Benedict. Honestly he taste doesn’t represent the value of what you get approximately 12 pounds for egg in such place no. I would rather pay more for a view, place to see and be seen not in a congested place where the tables are next to each others.

We found this place by using trip advisor and we are so glad we did. The food is beautiful, extremely tasty and well priced. Friendly staff. I would definitely come here again if in the area.

We stayed nearby over a bank holiday weekend and visited the restaurant on two occasions shortly after it opened. There was no problem finding a table, but it quickly became busy. The staff were efficient and friendly and our breakfasts were served quite quickly. There was a very good selection on the menu and we found the quality food and drinks we were served to be excellent and very much to our liking.

The food and drink were of a very high standard, the atmosphere was quite stylish and the staff were really warm and friendly. Our friends' baby was accommodated for, and I couldn't fault our experience here in any way. I'll definitely be going back to sample a lovely looking cake selection :)

We found this little place when looking for brunch places nearby our hotel. The fact that it was packed on a Sunday morning testifies to its popularity. After a short wait, they were able to squeeze us in (and I do mean squeeze - the tables are very close together!) The food was delicious, the service quick and efficient, and that was exactly what we wanted!

Decidimos venir aquí para el desayuno después de leer todas las buenas críticas. El pastrami tenía huevos benedictinos. Los huevos estaban recocido y la salsa holandesa fue del paquete - chocante para un sitio como este! La pelea era demasiado dulces (era como una hamburguesa bun). En general bastante decepcionados.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons pris des œufs brouillés avec du saumon et salade de fruits, gâteau à la banane . Tout est parfait. Présentation top et service excellent. L’endroit est très agréable et les tarifs raisonnables pour Londres. Ne pas arriver trop tard car un peu t’attente.

Yo soy la suerte de vivir cerca de esta joya, así que vaya al menos dos veces a la semana durante el almuerzo. El menú es simplemente perfecto y también tienen una increíble selección de repostería, pan y tartas. El personal es muy amable y te sientes como en casa cuando entras en la cafetería. Hacen mi moka, con leche de almendras a la perfección y mi marido exigente nunca se queje!
