The service was appalling and the staff was rude. The steak which i paid £40 was tough and when i complained what was said was “what do you expect when you order the cheapest steak”. I would not go again.

Our second visit to this fabulous steakhouse, won’t be our last. The service was outstanding, always a friendly smile, food was truly amazing, and it all wrapped up in a cosy little restaurant on a cold, winter evening.

If all your judging on is the steak then this is the place for you. However it was not the best experience I've had at a steak house. The staff were a little disorganised, on a few occasions asked the same thing off more than one member of staff including asking for payment twice, but very polite and friendly. Some ingredients not shown on the menu. Others missing off the dish with no explanation. A little overpriced. Overall a pleasant experience.

I love the staff here so much ❤️ Try the BBQ chicken bao and spicy chicken house bowl! California salmon is the best seller for a reason! The hot Chicken with Thai Coconut Curry over noodles will always be a personal favorite. 🍜 I would stay away from the banana bread though! They are just addicting and one is never enough! 🤭 Hope they would open a store in Manchester soon! 🫶🏽🦋 PS! Wish they would serve coffee 😜

247 Shields RoadGreat prices for such a high quality of food. Burgers and fries are always top notch, also comes with a good selection of sauces and dips. Desserts look great, and there's always a great special on the menu.

182 Heaton RoadNot a coffee only shop. Visited on a Tuesday morning, did not recognise the young lady behind the counter so no reason to believe she would recognise me. We have frequently called in over the last couple of years. There were a couple of free tables but we're told they were not serving "coffee only". I suppose they would rather have people eating breakfast, understandable but rather a short term outlook. Next week the place may be empty and they would love my business but they will not be seeing us again. Good luck if that is your policy.

Northumberland StreetAnother great visit. We had booked and it was busy - 4pm Saturday. Lovely helpful waiter. We had prawn cocktail & oysters to start. Both great. Loads of prawns in cocktail. Really fresh oysters. Shared big cut porterhouse for mains. Chips and salad included. Shared a delicious marrow bone gravy too. Steak was perfect. We ordered medium rare or as chef advised and it was slightly more towards medium. The rump side had perfectly rendered fat. Sirloin melted in the mouth. It’s an expensive meal but top quality food,service & wines.
