Tim's Chipper in Warwick

Never had a problem, always good service. This was true with the owners at that point. I went in a few months ago, I guessed by the fact that there were quite a few people waiting for food that it was under new management. The wait was about 10 minutes, I think it was a Friday and they were completely unprepared, disorganised and were not communicating with each other like a team should. When one customer finally got his food he said as he was leaving "You've just lost a customer." Subsequent visits, they seemed a little better. Tonight, it was not busy at all. I ordered my food and paid. The dude went back to finishing another customer's order who arrived to pick up about a minute after I did. The customer got her order and left. I expected him to start mine, nope, he grabbed a skewer with meat on out of the thing with the holes and went in to the kitchen and returned with it in a bowl. While this was going on his colleague returned from a delivery and proceeded to grab her drink and something to eat, there was a little bit of conversation, I'm guessing about what he was doing and what I was waiting for. She then asked me did I want sauce and salad on burger? To which I said yes. I had to remind her about the Cheese and she forgot to offer me Salt and Vinegar. But then again so did I. Soon after I got my order and left. I was there for about ten minutes. The dude looked like he was in no hurry at all. He looked over at me at one point I guess to make sure I was still there, and did say it would be another few minutes. They need to be faster, be better organised and prioritise better. Deal with the customers in the shop first, they're your main priority, your bread and butter then deal with the delivery orders. In the time I took them to complete my order a snail could've successfully made it across the road.

Unbelievable bad chips and kebab. Decided to try again but oh boy the chips were old and all stuck together in a lump. Seems to have gone down hill. Young staff not sure if trained properly but won't be going again.

Kebab and chips were dreadful. Chips limp and soggy and looking very old brown an array of colours brown and in parts green(did not take green bits off potato :#) sticking together in a clump, never to be separated. Kebab was cut so thin and no salad to write about. Giving a second chance as you do, I popped in for a bag of chips..... well no change.. soggy, stuck together and a dreadful colour.... the young lad after scooping my chips into the paper started picking chips off and back into the serving unit.... no glove at all !! The staff seems to have no health and safety procedures and I would eat my hat if they have traing. No way I'm going back ! Can't seem to upload my photos.

Tried to order twice now in last week and use my discount and funnily enough not accepted the order, if cannot accept maybe you should remove from just eat when people need to order instead if wasting their time usually good service but nit at the min

So they did forget my doner meat, but they immediately got a new one sent out and both on phone and delivery apologised. 1st time it’s ever happened and I use them a lot even though moved houses. Food was great. Thank you 👌

The best local chip shop. Food is piping hot and fresh, and most of all really tasty. Our kids absolutely love the food also. Customer service is always excellent with really fast delivery times. Keep it up 👍

I've got food from here a few times, always good quality, nice portion size and friendly service.

Orders was delayed by 15 minutes, food was lukewarm, at best, so had to reheat, no onions in salad as we stated on our order, very disappointed.

Well I order a kabab tonight and he just grabbed the salad with his hand with no gloves so my dinner ended up in the bin tonight not impressed to be honest.

Firm family favourite. Quality and the freshness of the food is always excellent, no matter what you order. Delivery is always on time or early, with their lovely delivery driver. Thanks Tim’s Chipper 👏👏

food was warm didnt get battered saugage instead got a xtra cod that was luke warm and batter looked like it had not seen any hot oil never ordering again.

missing one meal 3 other meals came with no sauce or salad...even tho I left a note asking for it ....did wait a while although being Friday is expected...try to ring about order no answer

Just ordered on Uber eats: a large chicken meat (with onion and garlic mayo) and a large cheesy chips - wow, incredibly fast, hot, perfectly cooked, massive portions, honestly I was shocked at how good this is. Get an order in asap, you won't be sorry 🙏 thanks so much guys 🙏

Best chips in leamington, good selection of choices and some great veggie options. Curry sauce couldn’t be topped!

The paneer tika naan and fish and chips are yummy

Ordered due to arriving home late from holiday, so didn't have to cook We ordered 4 × 1/2 pounders with cheese, not any salad or sauce and large chips Toamtally disgusted with what arrived burgers were only 1/4 pounders dry and just chucked together, chips were hard and greasy Def won't be using this place ever again Would not feed my dog this rubbish

Really good chips, nice and soft which we like! Good opening times - open when a lot of other places are shut. Very reasonably priced.

Good food and good service. I would not go here for the atmosphere. However I wouldn't go to most chippers for their atmospheres.

I have ordered from them regularly. I ordered food for collection f6om them yesterday. Masala fish was OK. Chips were under cooked and all bitty. Large mixed meat tray had chicken which was cold and mushed as if from previous day, there were five cold prices of donner meat and some salad This dish was awefull and bad value for money

Normally very good, using deliveroo. This particular delivery whoever mixed the curry sauce & peas got the consistency very wrong, basically water! Rang them & were apologetic suggested I get a refund from deliveroo but as you know thats a waste of time & effort, so that be that!

Came here on my lunch you’d expect fast service because of people being on there lunch, that didn’t happen at all I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, service was terrible, couldn’t even work the till properly and had no manners at all no ‘please’ or ‘Thankyou for coming’ I pretty much had the bag thrown at me while he was in mid conversation with another employee and just carried on chatting, won’t be going back

Ordered food at 6.30 we still haven't received it the time is now 21.00 can't get hold of tims chipper it's an absolute joke received a text from just eat to say they wouldn't give a refund

Went in only one other person was in there didn't serve me just acted as if they were working and ignored the fact I was there only wanted one thing wont be going again

The staff are friendly. The fish is always good. The chips are pretty good, if perhaps a tad undercooked for my own liking. Overall, it's a decent place. Lots of options too.

Just to say the portions are generous, wow. It was like an all you eat chips challenge presented to me for lunch, I got close but couldn't defeat the large pile bestowed upon me. Amazing service and thank you for the delicious lunch and huge portions!

Item was missing, phoned and asked for missing item, didn't want to know - never got my missing item even though I paid for it. Food was drenched in oil, outer wrapping was soaking with oil. Bag was split so food ended up on the floor. Will never use them again.

Chips have to be the best in the area. Portions are generous, and when I’ve asked for loads of salt and vinegar, I’ve got loads of salt and vinegar!

Lovely fish and chips , huge portions and reasonably priced. Have only had it delivered but it was an excellent experience all round .

Mr Swallocks and I were in a quandary over what to have for our tea. I fancied a curry; he fancied going to the chippy. We were both thoroughly satisfied with our chicken tikka naan, with chips - freshly cooked to order in the Tandoor. Delicious.

Ordered mini fish and chips, twice, and a portion of chips,got the wrong order, chips probably last nights,probably heated up,also would help if the guy on the counter understood English.

When I mentioned this to them they said they used hand sanitizer. Really? How long ago? What has been touched between hands being cleansed and the food being handled that way? I decided not to have the fish. I also won't go there again as I would prefer to go somewhere that practices proper food hygiene. It doesn't help that the food I did get was lukewarm. Not a good experience.

I didn't receive half of my order. Where are my chips!? Usually a great meal but this has put me off this chip shop.

Chips are nice and curry sauce was also good. But the SF chicken... lets not go there!! DONT EAT THE CHICKEN, you’ll be disappointed. Other than that it’s your average chippy.

The food at Tim's chipper is always very good. Possibly one of the best in town. Really spoilt by the customer service. (Or lack of) They just don't listen !. You'll have to repeat your order several times before you get it. Really annoying. 4th May 2019. Review update. Really pleased to report that Tim's Chipper has really improved it's customer service. 2 new staff members, who are quick , efficient and listen. Particularly Kelly. Well done.

Would definitely avoid this place just by looking at it from inside , hygiene is 0 , nobody washes their hand from staff .

Go for fresh tandoori kebabs....bread freshly made. I like the tandoori chicken kebab the most.... authentic taste. Vegetarians can go for Paneer kebab..

Gone to the Dogs. Salad is cabbage n maybe lettuce(if your Very Lucky). Some Staff Polite, others Dont Care. Really gone downhill.

New prices are extortionate! Ok price of potatoes has gone up but everything has gone up and portions are smaller . New staff are rude and untrained and quality of food is average to poor .
