It’s a restaurant in the premier inn. Service as expected and food options as standard, burgers and pizzas etc. no draft alcohol only expensive bottles.

Stayed after visiting Chatham Dockyard- call the Midwife tour. Great location for the visit- rooms really good as always - very clean and great facilities. We opted for the 2 course dinner/ breakfast deal including a glass of wine/ beer. What a deal! The food was good quality pub grub- especially enjoyed the 2 cocktails for £12 deal - 5pm-7pm. The best thing about our stay was the wonderful Sarah who served us in the bar / for dinner and breakfast. She was so friendly- great sense of humour and really made our stay special. Can’t thank you enough Sarah!!!

The reality is that this is a small hotel restaurant and clearly isn't going to be fine dining. We played to its strengths and had a reasonable meal. Where this restaurant (like other PI restaurant) wins is the staff, who work so hard and with a smile.

This is within the Premier Inn at Victory Pier. Ate evening dinner here tonight whilst staying at the hotel. Service is fast and friendly, food is tasty (I had Tomato Bruschetta, Sirloin Steak, and Ice Cream), and best of all the hot food comes on really hot plates - the waitresses don’t turn the plate warmer off to make it more convenient for them like in high street eateries. Surprised and impressed.

Well the staff are lovely, you will never have a empty glass. Just as well! Because of you valued focus on the food you would cry! Really overpriced the chips are straight for the Freezer to the fryer l. To be honest 90% of the menu is the same. The only thing fresh is the mound of rocket and poorly cut excuse for a saled on the side of the plate. If you staying here eat before you get to your room and keep the bar for drinking! Whatever you do don’t get the peppercorn sauce! Unless you and like pepper with your gravy. 😂

I am writing this from a perspective of a person who works for the company with business account with Premier Inn, and I always get food voucher to spend in hotel's associated restaurant. Thus, I am not only used to the menu, but also have tried various "interpretations" of it across the country. C'mon, it's free meal, right? One part never fails, that's service and staff. You guys are great. I don't know if that's company policy or they're simply lucky, but keep up the good work! As for food... I don't expect miracles, although for the prices, I probably should. With the voucher for £25, I need to be careful not to overspend on main course and a drink! Yes, no starter or dessert, just mains. And what a selection: 2 types of curry, 2 types burgers, 2 types of salad, a single fish (sea bass), 4 (!) types of steak, and one veggie lasagne. There's also pizza, but that sounds scary, in light of other items on the menu. I purposefully omit starters, sharers and desserts, as they are out of my £25 allowance zone. Seriously guys, the choice used to be better, where is pasta, where are risottos? Is it really that difficult? And, the meal itself. A burger. Nicely presented and the wait wasn't bad at all (perhaps 10-15 minutes). Chips are straight from the fryer, burger looks grilled and cheese is nicely melted, along with charred bacon. Why is it cold inside though? Just there, the outside is still sizzling. Not to mention, the burger wasn't really grilled, was it? If so, tell the chef to use higher temperature, for it shouldn't get dry inside. And, the side, mighty slaw... with way too much mayo, for everthing else couldn't break through with the taste. I am bound to spend more time at yours and will try other items on the menu, but for today, I decided to go to the nearest food-serving pub. Service is not as good, but for £13 I was able to get my food and drink, and it was still nicer than yours. Word of advice: swap the steaks and chicken for pasta, rice, fish, perhaps even pies or bangers. Reconsider prices (and don't tell me about the £24.99 deal!). Lastly, give your staff good bonuses, they save your business.

Rung numerous times and sat on the phone with it ringing for longer than 2 minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous I can’t get ahold of anyone to make a reservation. It’s a shame the foods brillant. But they need to start answering calls otherwise they’ll loose more customers. Sick of it!!!

Nice atmosphere at its best in summer when you can sit outside by the river. Good selection of lagers and cask ales. Guinness on tap but only one craft ale (neck oil). Friendly staff and dog friendly too

Booked for Sunday 23rd Feb at 1pm. I was advised that they no longer serve a roast on a Sunday as they have experienced too much waste of food. We arrived just before 1pm to find it empty apart from two men playing darts and a couple sitting at the back of the restaurant area eating. We placed our drinks order at the bar and was given menus immediately. By 1.05pm we had ordered our food... 3 x starters -- prawn bruschetta with chilli sauce (as the soup of the day was not available) and our mains - 1 x lasagne, 1 x beef bourguignon & 2 x lamb shank in a potatoe pie. After enquiring what was happening and a quick visit from the chef to reconfirm the order, we received our starters 40 minutes after they were ordered. The mains were served 1 hour and 20 mins after the order was placed. Whilst the food itself was satisfactory, the edge had been taken off due to the long wait. It was not helped that during our wait we heard other guests who had arrived be told that certain things on the menu were not available! On being asked by the waitress as we were leaving if everything had been okay we said that it was a shame that the food had taken so long. Her reply was that everything is prepared 'fresh' on order and that they consider it better to be fresh than hurried and served quickly. It was claimed that we had been advised that the food is cooked from fresh to order, but we were not able to recall this and it was not mentioned on the menu. The waitresses and bar staff were polite and we acknowledge that the wait was not a fault on their part by any means. We just feel that it would have been nice to be told about the length of time it takes at the time of booking as other restaurants with equally nice food do not take a long to serve even when they are far more busy.
