Just had three flames on just eat. It was to die for absolutely gorgeous. 5 stars guys. Will definitely we dinning either them again.

Arrived to a warm welcome, offered a choice of seating options. Staff exceptional, great feel to the restaurant with relaxing background music. Food was fantastic, already planning next visit. Thank you.

Steak wasn’t cooked right. Expected more considering the name of the place being a steak house. Steaks were thin and over cooked.i know hard to medium rare a thin steak. But it was a ribeye should be thick I could go on. I won’t. I was disappointed, not good for a steak house.

Fantastic visit. All food lovely. Steak could have been a little more tender but I'm really clutching at straws there, it was a tomahawk. Lamb chops were the best I've ever had but was 18 quid for 3. Which seemed a tad steep. All round lovely and will come back. Ben Clarkson. 4pm Friday

Currently the location shown on Trip Advisor is wrong! Luckily noticed the establishment on google maps else it would have been a missed oppertunity and if I stayed locally this would have been a favourite! The beef sushi starter was different and delicious and the lamb chops fabulous. Only drawback is that this did not leave space to try any of the meat treats! Hopefully another time.

Having passed this many times we decided to give it a try when it came up on our search for restaurants in Wakefield. I have mobility issues due to a knee injury so the stairs up to the restaurant was a bit of a struggle for me, but as I neared the top a lovely gentleman appeared and told us there is a lift which is accessible from the car park ( we DID see the lift but we thought it belonged to the veterinary practice downstairs) We were shown to a table and the gentleman informed us about the heater/blower above, and that if we got too warm he would happily turn it down but it wasn't a problem. We were undecided whether to have the 3 or 4 course menu - starter/main/dessert or starter/salad/main/dessert - our server advised that the salad was quite generous and maybe too much for one each, he suggested one of us order the 3 course and the other order the 4 course, and share the salad between us, so that's what we did. I had the mushrooms for starter and my husband had the 'beef spaghetti' - my mushrooms were absolutely beautiful and the sauce they were in was just delicious! My husband's beef spaghetti was just something else...strips of melt in the mouth beef with crispy shredded potato strings, covered in delicious sauce. We both had the steak for our main and it was absolutely perfect, the salad was also beautiful, I'm not a lover of restaurant salads as they tend to be quite basic but this one was absolutely lovely, and drizzled in a delicious glaze. We both had the cheesecake for dessert which was also very tasty. The owner (?) who served us was a lovely man, very polite and professional, chatted to us a few times - he even told us of a new dish he was thinking of including on the starters and asked if we would be interested in sampling it, he brought it to the table and it was mushroom with strips of steak, covered in some delicious sauce, it was absolutely melt in the mouth and we told him we'd certainly order it from the menu. He also brought me a small glass of lager to try as I was unsure of which lager I'd prefer with Carling not being available - I initially ordered a San Miguel when we ordered our food but the 'taster' he brought me was also very nice. All in all it was a lovely experience, the food was absolutely divine, cooked and presented perfectly, the staff were professional and attentive, and the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean with classy decor - I would absolutely recommend a visit to anyone - you won't be disappointed!!

What a fined!! we have know this place existed but never got round to going, everything was exceptional , sautéed mushrooms for starters, sirloin steak chucky chips tomato asparagus for mains, Cheese cake to finish. Normally am a Miller & Carter worshipper but believe (and my opinion only) i would say the Three Flames is as good if not better than Miller & Carter. And fairly priced. if you can just go to The Tree Flames and decide for yourself - you will not be disappointed.

We visited this restaurant for the first time for my son’s birthday. The food and service were excellent. My husband had the steak burger and I had the short rib burger. Best burgers we have ever had by far and not over priced. My sons all had steak which they enjoyed. I wish I had asked the waitresses name but she was very attentive and polite. Now my other son says he wants to come back for his birthday.

We booked for Sunday Lunch for 3 of us and after being seated very quickly and menus given we then had to wait 25 minutes before anyone came over to take ours drinks and food order there seemed to be only one person placing the orders. After ordering the starters came within 20 mins and were lovely and hot. Our mains then took another 50 minutes at least to arrive maitre’d came over and was apologetic but after 2 mistakes of drinks to our table and another set of starters and mains that weren’t ours it really felt totally unorganised. The main course finally arrived, mine and hubby’s were fine but our son had to send his back due to ordering his steak medium rare and was medium / well done also the veg was cold. The replacement arrived quickly and was ok. The desserts arrived quickly and were very nice. This was our second visit and I don’t think we will come again as we had a long wait for the food the first time we came but they hadn’t been open that long so we put that down to a new restaurant, it really it hasn’t improved. It’s a shame as we always like to support local restaurants.

Amazing amazing and just amazing second time visiting here and the food and service is second to non!! Can not fault anything run by generous staff so friendly and helpful if you want a nice steak with amazing service you need to visit three flames you won't be disappointed! Service was absolutely shocking waited hour and half for mains add to ask for discount and added service charge food was actually nice but don’t know difference from t bone to sirloin run out of asparagus and charged us I could go on 20 min wait for menus thought at one point gone to catch the cow

Have been here a few times now but this will definitely be the last. Service very poor, food cold and staff turned unfriendly when we complained. We were visiting for our sons birthday (a party of 7). Skipped the starters and went straight for a main. We were waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting I asked the waiter how much longer. He told me 10 minutes. I said that they should really offer a complimentary free round of drinks since we had been waiting so long and had already had 3 rounds whilst we were waiting, to which he said 'everyone has been waiting over an hour' as if that was my issue! When the food came out one well done sirloin steak was rare, two burgers were cold, a rare fillet steak was well done. It was a mess. We would have asked them to take the food back but after waiting so long for the food and all being hungry, we didnt want to risk another lengthy wait. We complained though and told them it wasnt good at all. Showed him the rare steak that should have been well done. He offered to knock 35% off the bill - which would have been fair enough if there hadnt already been 30% knocked off as a January offer! So in reality they were offering 5%. We didnt like this as we found it cheeky. In the end we did get the bill discounted, much to the annoyance of the waiter who then turned very unpleasant and quite rude - we did ask to speak to the manager rather than dealing with the waiting staff but was told he was 'busy'. There were also other tables returning food and so it wasnt just us! Due the lack of apology, unfriendly staff and poor service we wont be returning.

We visited when you hadn’t been open very long and we really please with food and service so we decided to treat our family & friend (what a bad decision that was) We visited 3 flames on the 23rd December 2023, we booked for 19.20 we had been sat at our table about 30 minutes and we had to ask if we could have a drink, girl came to take our order it took 30 minutes for starter to arrive once we finished those it took over an hour for our mains to arrive and they weren’t really hot, we had been in the restaurant 2 hours and still hadn’t received main meal, all in all we Were there over three hours what a long night it was when we complained to the waitress we were told there was a private function down stairs so the kitchen staff were busy with there orders, if the kitchen staff are unable to tend to the whole of the restaurant the bookings shouldn’t of been taken, very very disappointed, we were not the only ones the table behind us had only had there starter and asked for the bill with having to wait such a long time. Such a let down

Didn’t really know what to expect as this was our first time dining here. I e got to say we weren’t disappointed, the food was outstanding. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but when it did it was worth the wait. We ordered the lamb & steak, both cooked to absolute perfection. The drinks menu is varied & very reasonably priced. The staff were both welcoming & attentive. The only thing I would say that needs a tweak is the ambience, maybe the restaurant needs a few screens to give the open dining room a bit more of a cosy feel, a few plants & dimmer lighting. However it’s a fairly new restaurant so I guess this will all come in time. Overall we had a great time & will definitely return.

The service and atmosphere spoilt it. 25 minutes waiting for our drinks order. Too brightly lit. A bad or odd atmosphere, sick in the sink in the toilet. The food was pretty good, but not amazing.

Food was good expect they didn’t have the onion flower. Service was only ok. As we’d asked to take our T bone stake bone home and the waitress said we shouldn’t give our dog a cooked bone. Sorry but that’s our choice and our dog loves bones, cooked or raw he loves them. Also I have a gripe about restaurants charging a service charge. It really gets my back up. I always tip, and that’s a choice for me to make. Only for this reason I won’t be going again . I mentioned this to a friend who was planning to go but said because of the service charge he now won’t be going.

This was the best meal we have had out in a long time. All our party was delighted with their food. The Baklava was the best I have ever tasted. The staff were very very pleasant. The toilets were spotless and beautiful. I always judge a place overall on the cleanliness of the toilets.

Very friendly greeting, choice of table and superb service. Best steak I have had for a long time, cooked to perfection. You have got to try the Onion flower, a meal in its self.
