The lady who served us was lovely but unfortunately the food was abysmal, the kids breakfast came with missing items other than what was stated on the menu, no hash browns & no toast. My breakfast came with dry ends of toast, hard boiled (asked for poached) and my partners eggs were solid. All the food was cold and dry. We all left most of it, finished our drinks and left! Very disappointed we basically spent £30 for a drink each, what has happened to harvester? Used to be great but such a massive disappointment now. Disgusting

What a fantastic team here - we called in for breakfast on Sunday morning & received a lovely greeting by the gentleman who seated us & the 2 ladies who served the food and brought us the bill were equally as nice! The food was great but for us it was the wonderful hospitality that stood out!

Met with friend for a meal which was ok but some reason we both received a £100 parking ticket! We had a table booked and was there under 2 hours and left right after our meal’s. In all fairness is wasn’t worth the hassle as now I’m having to dispute the ticket making what was meant to be a nice catch up with a friend not worth the time or expense! Just to be save I’d pick another venue!

I booked my visit online this morning and requested to be seated away from small children. Upon arrival, I put my vehicle reg in the ipad to secure my parking and ensure I didn't get a ticket. I was greeted by a really friendly gentleman who acknowledged I requested to be seated away from children. He explained they had a few families in and asked did I mind being seated at the front near the grill. I was more than happy for this and I was extremely pleased my needs had been met to the best of their capability. I was then told someone would be with me to take my order and within 5 minutes my order was taken and my drink was on my table. The unlimited salad was lovely, fresh and plenty of choice along with a mixture of dressings, bread rolls and butter. No sooner had I finished my salad did my Calamari starter arrive. It was piping hot and plenty of it along with a delicious chilli dipping sauce. There was quite a wait for my main bit it was fine because while sitting and waiting I was watching the staff work. Their communication was on point, nothing seemed too much trouble and they were constantly smiling, greeting customers and were genuinely happy to be at work. One girl in particular stood out and at the end of my meal I asked a member of staff her name and I was told she was called Liv. 'Liv' was an absolute pleasure and delight to watch. She was so quiet and shy but made sure she served all her customers with the biggest smile, nothing was too much trouble, she filled the salad bar up twice while I was waiting for my food, she was in and out of the kitchen carrying plate after plate. She would stop to let customers go by and apologise everytime she thought she was in anyone's way. She definitely went above and beyond for everyone who stopped her and asked for assistance with something or another. So big shout out to her!! My main course was the half chicken with sage and onion fries - The chicken was so succulent and just gell off the bone. I accompanied my meal with the Kicking garlic sauce.... OMG that sauce was absolutely 5* I then finished off with treacle sponge and custard, which was stunning and tasted so fresh. I've never been here before but I will definitely be back and I'll certainly recommend to family and friends Thank you for a lovely meal and friendly, warm atmosphere

Took my brother for lunch to cheer him up after his wife had passed away a few weeks earlier. The actual experience was as always very good, my family and I have eaten many times here. Food was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices reflect the current climate but are not too expensive. BUT.....10 days later I have received a parking charge notice for £100, if paid in 14 days it would be £60. I was there exactly 1hr 4minutes. Never saw any signage in the car park park and staff never made me aware of any parking charges. This has soured somewhat an afternoon that was meant to be special for my brother and myself. Dissapointed.....

We visited after a day of shopping with my wife a 2 kids. We were looked after by Ellie and she was amazing,and couldn't do enough for us. Food was great and spot on. My 6 year old has been asking if I have done the review everyday since we visited.

Needed a last minute booking for a table of 18 for my sons birthday and the manager sorted it which was very impressive. The table was perfect for us all. The food came all at the same time and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to everyone 👌 Absolutely brilliant service and great value for money!

We come here every Friday and the service is always phenomenal. We usually have either Danny or Lisa, both are attentive, polite and friendly. The food is also great. Will continue to come here often. 😊

A brilliant venue with absolutely outstanding service. On arriving was greeted and sat immediately and was served by a young woman. On selecting our selections was asked what drinks we would like.. literally 10 seconds later another member of the team brought the 2 coffees with milk and sugars.. Our breakfasts were positively huge and were the smaller selections. Refills got supplied within a minute and I watched how the 2 members of the team would sanitise the tables and the speed and efficiency like ive never seen before in any restaurant in this country. The service and hygiene and speed and presentation was literally the best id ever seen. These were two team members that demonstrated team work.
