As usual = Outstanding polite service. Our family has several allergies & the waiting staff could not do enough to help with the this. There is an alternative menu & the staff's knowledge & helpfulness made for an enjoyable family evening out. We will obviously be back again. Thank you, as ever, to all on shift.

Main meal was okay. I can't be bothered to mention the service just like they couldn't be bothered to ask if we wanted dessert and then couldn't be bothered to ask if we wanted coffee. We did eventually get desert which was listed as a fruit crumble. But is actually fruit with digestive biscuits crumbled on top. Overall a very poor experience.

We love the Willowbeck because the food is always good & the regular promotions make it more affordable outside of special occasions. The atmosphere is relaxed & friendly & the decor is lovely making for a chilled experience. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was friendly & attentive throughout. It was nice to eat out spontaneously on a week night!

Food is nothing special & the cost of drinks is extortionate over £12 for drinks & 2 of them being soft drinks

Lovely pub and dog friendly. Lovely staff and very friendly and helpful. Great menu selection all at reasonable prices, Even have a children's menu. Really well laid out and lots of space between tables. They even have dog bowls and bottled water for them. Great carpark and a lovely location.

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Very welcoming feel to the pub, busy but not noisy. Good menu choice, especially for little ones. Food arrived quickly and was tasty. Toilets were immaculate, always a good sign. Staff helpful.

The willowbeck pub is beautiful. It’s a family friendly, welcoming place. The food is always fantastic and the staff are always helpful and welcoming too. We love coming, when ever we are visiting our family.

The service was excellent, the food not so good. The vegetables were undercooked and, in the case of the broad beans, inedible. An offer was made to prepare new meals but was declined. The puddings were good.

I took my son out for Sunday lunch, I was very impressed, nice and clean, food was lovely, lots of lean beef and plenty of potatoes and veg, deserts were gorgeous. Staff (Sarah) was very welcoming and polite, service was quick, I would recommend Willow Beck and will be going back soon.

Visited the Willow Beck with family whilst staying in Northallerton for the weekend. Well this must have been the best Sunday Roast ive ever had in a pub! Lots of ingredients, great vegetables and the beef was delicious. A real cosy, welcoming family friendly setting which has something for everyone. Our daughter loved the tasteful play area outside. Highly recommend

Second visit to this place and it did not disappoint. The beer was cold, the Mac and Cheese was excellent, and the service was quick. Their homemade cookies were delicious! Perfect spot to relax with friends over a drink and some food

Been here twice in the last 6 weeks with my other half and 92 year old mum. THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. Wine and cider choice good. Welcoming atmosphere. We both had the sea bass, which was very good and not overcooked, which is unusual. Alex who looked after us was exceptional, polite, friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back.

A group of 13 of us from work recently had a meal at The Willow Beck and it was such an enjoyable evening. Everything went so smoothly from the booking, ordering (including special dietary requirements) and settling our bill at the end. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly, they had even kindly decorated the table for the occasion. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you.

We visited for my daughters birthday. It was her request specifically for the mac and cheese. I delivered a balloon earlier in the day to be put on the table to Nikki. On arrival Nikki had very kindly also decorated the table for us which was unexpected but really lovely and very appreciated!! The service and food were excellent 10/10.we also had a Nut allergy amongst our party and Nikki and staff took extra care to ensure every care was taken to keep our guest safe. We cannot recommend the Willowbeck enough and will return!

Was a lovely pub meal and nice atmosphere. Alisha and all the staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. The Chicken and Mushroom pie was delicious, and would happily recommend the the Willow Beck. I can't think of any way they could have improved.

Love the Willow beck. We eat there every 2 weeks and the food and service are excellent. The special deals are also great value.

I came with Mum who has dementia. Sadly Mum couldn’t eat much but Nicky was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and give us a smaller portion . Very kind and caring We were so impressed and what wonderful service from Nicky Thankyou

I recently enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch at The Willow Beck in Northallerton. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed and the service by Sarah was top-notch. The roast beef main course was cooked perfectly, accompanied by golden roast potatoes, seasonal veg, Yorkshire pudding, and a rich gravy that tied it all together beautifully. Sarah’s friendly and attentive service made the meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit.

We had fish & chips and lasagne ..... It just appeared and tasted like microwave food. Not good and never going back. On the good side the staff were great.

Family group,4 adults and 1 Baby. We are from down south visiting relatives in the area,we ordered 2x mixed grill and 2x chicken and bacon and some drinks. The mixed grills where fine,the 2x people that had the chicken and bacon where adamant it tasted like turkey not chicken,I tried it and I have to agree,I think it was turkey aswell not chicken,I highlighted this to a member of staff who then went off to speak to chef but after quite some time she hadn't returned,we had no feedback so paid and left. It wasn't the end of the world,I would go back again,was it turkey though??

Little wait on arrival and at the bar, not an overall issue as this was due to being busy and people ordering big quantities of drinks as they were there with friends and family. Good food, quick service and the voucher offer helped keep costs lower. Overall good experience

I cannot believe the prices of the drinks. Visited with grandchildren so 3 garlic bread 3 adult meals and 1 children’s menu 2 rounds of alcoholic drinks 30 percent off main courses £97 . You must be having a laugh. Wetherspoons for us! Staff exceptionally friendly but they are in Wetherspoons!!

Nice menu and food at a good standard.

We went to the Willowbeck for a Sunday roast and couldn’t not fault the food or service. Will was our waiter who was very friendly, presentable, knowledgeable about the menu and we felt like we were in good hands! Food came quickly even though it was very busy, the facilities were clean and tidy and the place had a great atmosphere

After waiting 30 mins outside for the place to open we were the first people inside and then told there were no tables and we had to sit at the bar , we then thought wow the place must be excellent if it is fully booked at 1 minutes past midday. After placing our order at the bar we were told that they would not accept " our money " because it was scottish money and apparently the banks told them not to accept any scottish money whatsoever. I have never been so embarrassed or ashamed to be scottish in all my life . We travelled over 400 miles threw the very early hours and chose this place to stop and we were treated like scum. I actually tried to remind the member of staff that it is legal tender with the Royal family on it and the reply was so what . After using my bank card and receiving the food it was excellent. I'm afraid we will never be back and unfortunately with an attitude like that I really think the member of staff should find another profession

Wow what a warm welcome, fantastic hosts dog friendly! And the food was excellent, handy having car chargers in the carpark too charge up wile I charge up!

We reserved our table on line which was very easy. Greeted politely on arrival and shown to our seats. Waitress came to take our drink and food order within 5 minutes and was very polite. Our drinks came and we relaxed until our food arrived, which was hot, and tasted as lovely as it looked. We were asked if everything was ok which it was then left to enjoy our meal. Even after we had finished our meal we were left to talk before the waitress cleared our table. Going to the till afterwards to pay was simple. We enjoyed our time there.

We chose Willow Beck to host a family gathering. There was around 35 of us who attended from Cumbria and Yorkshire. The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Visited with friends for an early tea. As usual everyone agreed that the food was spot on. Nice place too with comfortable seating areas and the tables aren’t all squashed in like some places. Will be back. ps Nice Fudge too Jorja 😉

We visited Northallerton with our mums and stopped at The Willow Beck for lunch. All four meals were superb. Two of us had the chicken and chorizo kebabs, one had a cheese burger and I had a mixed grill and all was excellent. The staff were really friendly too and it’s a lovely setting for a family meal. Highly recommended if in Northallerton.

Lovely food and drink! Chloe our waitress was fantastic and super efficient, made going out with our little one far less daunting. It was a shame that they seemed understaffed but it didn’t dampen the friendly atmosphere and can do attitude.

Absolutely brilliant evening at the willow beck. The pub itself and decor is lovely and cosy, proper pub feel.We took our parents out for a treat. Food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Didn’t wait at all to be seated or for a drinks order then less than 5 mins wait to order food or have plates cleaned away when finished. our waitress named Sarah was so good with us, an absolute gem!! And Will was so friendly with us all. We came because we had a voucher through the letterbox but cannot believe we don’t go more as it is on our doorstep. We will 100% return.

The setting is very nice, however I was very disappointed to discover that none of the food was homemade. I had the pie and chips, which were pre made and frozen. At these prices, everything should be home made.

Everything OK apart from your restaurants idea about what a salad is. I ordered a beef lasagne from your main course menu. The menu stated this came with a salad. The salad was three small lettuce leaves, this does not meet my expectations of what a salad is.. The same applied for my wifes order of Hunters Chicken which also came with a "salad" I suggest you either provide what most people would reasonably expect a salad to be, or change your menu to read "served with letuce leaves".

Absolutely amazing food, although a little bit pricy. Came in for a few drinks and a couple of picky food bites and it cost a fortune. Our server georgia i think her name was or something like that was quite rude as well when it came fo ordering coffee sounded like she didn't want to make them. All around good, food was nice just the price and service made it abit disappointing

Had a great family meal here with family celebrate my sisters birthday. All the food was amazing and service was absolutely outstanding. They decorated the table and just went above and beyond at every point.

our server was called alisha and she made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. we had a young lady bring our food called imogen who was very sweet and ensured we had sauces to go with our meal. cant wait to return
