Really nice branch of Costa. Staff are lovely and the coffee was well made. Clean and welcoming, great for a stop off or take out.

Staff were friendly and the room was nice. The food, however, is very pricey for what it is ie low quality.

Popped in for an iced coffee on a warm day. Was just what we needed. Seats were lovely and comfortable and the air conditioning was turned on so it was lovely to cool down in there! Staff were really friendly and couldn't help enough! Service with a lovely smile!

Such a lovely place to stop in for a coffee and snack! We always make use of the breakfast deal, usually a lovely bacon or sausage bap for £2.50! The coffee is always spot on, can't argue! Never over roasted or bitter One of the staff members, Chris, always goes above and beyond for customers and nothing is too much trouble A very relaxing experience Accessible for disabled and wheelchair users, disabled toilet with wide access door, level access, small ramp to additional seating.

You could do with cleaning the area near the back door, lots of spiders and webs 👌

Great location, food and service.

As always Costa delivered an excellent Hot Choc with Soya Milk. This Costa had a lovely atmosphere.

I popped in on Sunday morning for a takeout coffee for my drive back home an hour away, as I was leaving the shop I noticed a wonderful positive message written on the lid of my cup, i can’t tell you how much it made my day, just this little act of positivity can really change someone’s mindset, I was happy anyway, but it made me even happier 😊 so I just wanted to say thank you so much, and keep doing what you’re doing 🙏❤️

We goo to Costa most days, the coffee is really good, the staff are very friendly & efficient and remember our order each time.

This Costa is a bit dark and lacking atmosphere. The staff were very busy and the young man in charge was doing a great job of being very friendly and lifting spirits.

This is one of the few coffee places where you get consistemtly good coffee.

I wish i could give them a zero stars for this! honesly me and my freinds/family use this costa all the time and the guy in there treats us like sh1t! yes there coffees are good but this guy is always awful to me and my family for no apparent reson! we asked for a cup of cream for my dog he says no i’m not doing that! the cheeck on that man is unreal honesly! will no longer be using this costa because of that guy! i recommend not going there as that man will just completely ruin your day!

I've used this Stokesley often over the years but when I went in yesterday the barister seemed to be a rush to get me out and assumed I was paying in card before I had chance to say anything, poor.

All good as usual no complaints

Service ok but absolutely soulless no atmosphere dull drab,explained why it was so quiet.

This place is a,godsend during covid the staff where excellent, and many go that extra mile a pleasure to visit

All the staff here are friendly, always smiling. Love it that they remember what I usually order. The venue is cleaned regularly so it never looks untidy.

Imagine going out on your own with anxiety and it's not something I do often, it was a cold day so I wanted to get a hot drink, so I took my little dog for companionship. I went into Costa and ordered a light lunch to be informed by a manager that my dog could not accompany me and hadn't I seen the no dog sign...he was so rude and made me feel awful, he sent me outside with my little dog to wait for my food to be warmed up. I felt embarrassed and upset, the sign on the door was not clear at all and I will never go here again.

Visited mid morning with family. I was disgusted at the state of the place. The cutlery given was not clean, the seating was absolutely filthy, soiled with spilled drinks, food and who knows what. The floors were in a similar state. Obviously an uncared for and neglected establishment with no standards for their customers. There are a lot of nice clean places in Stokesley to get a nice drink and snack. Give this place a wide berth.

Went for a coffee in beautiful Stokesley on Sunday and opted for Costa - great choice. A fabulous double shot latte and an almond slice - my Ma said it looked so nice, so I did the right thing and gave it away. Costa is good but this is a special, brilliant place with lovely staff.

Nice coffees and l got my free birthday cake.

Lovely atmosphere in this shop... also got a great patio out of the back.

Knowledgable helpful friendly staff, nice food and drink, would be nice to have morw options for food intolerances (gluten and dairy)

My wife went to collect one of their too good to go magic bags this evening at 16.10 on arrival bag wasn't ready so she showed the too good to go app collection code where a lad grabbed a bag and put 4 toasties in it 2 of which were vegan and handed it over, now she's collected magic bags before from this store and received a lovely selection of toasties, bacon and sausage buns and even cakes. She was so disgusted with this latest magic bag that she's now deleted the app and will never go there again.

The usual great coffee great staff and food Bit surprised that I couldn’t use an expired voucher. In these post Covid times most businesses are happy to take lapsed vouchers

I haven been several times to the Costa in Stokesley and the staff have been usually pleasant. The service is usually pretty good apart from when I went this morning they were a tad slow but other then that a great trip.

Staff, coffee and food excellent as always but come on Costa sort out your outdoor seating area. It's a disgrace, disrespectful to expect people to use it. It would be so easy to upgrade and probably wouldn't cost much.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. It was so nice to sit in the seating area at the back outside with friends not seen for so long. Even the rain showers didn't spoil our catching up

I hadn't been going as was apprehensive of going into places because of covid, but my mind was definitely put at ease. Distancing measures were in place and enforced in a polite and friendly manner by the staff. Screens were in place and staff kept their distance from each other as well as customers. Quality of food and service was excellent as always and staff were having conversations with customers as usual

Staff very friendly, good service and nice treats!

Arrived to see a well organised venue with smiling staff. Coffee was excellent and the area was clean and tidy. We watched the staff thoroughly clean the tables and chairs as people left.

Stokesley Costa i was in last week and was appalled at Chris shouting at me from one end of the cafe to the other i have seen this with other customers also Jill his that slow customers on a morning are going away cannot wait she slower than a snail and a smile would go down well .There his only one in there that his polite and friendly thats Rachael.

I love a Costa, but Stokesley has gone down hill in the last yr and a half, the store as all of them had a referb, nicely done, but needs more comfy seating. It never gets cleaned, the tables are always dirty and full of pots. Coffees are hit and miss, but the staff are always friendly. Toilets and a disabled one with baby changing facilities. Street parking, and plenty of shops near by.

Costa in Stokesley is unfailingly warm and friendly, lovely staff, and great coffee of course. We love coming here with our grandkids for their babycinos!

Just to recognise a young barista named Carl who managed to sort out a comedy of errors in a refund when I was wrongly charged twice by other staff! Well done Carl for showing leadership!

Lovely old pub turned into a coffee house. I'm no fan of booze as such so glad to see a pub being used as such rather than a church turned into a pub. Great coffee and GF cake too. They even do soya latte for the wife. Top notch.

Visited this store today and the gentleman on the counter was having difficulty with the vouchers we had. Which happens. He was very pleasant and was trying his best. When the assistant manager Rachel turned up, he asked her for help. I have never been so disgusted. her attitude towards him was so rude and abrupt to him. Even in her body language and facial expressions. As well as her general. I can't be arsed it's not my problem attitude. Costa has recently been highlighted for being a very bad place for employees to work at. And maybe this is why. To add Insult to injury my father in law enquired about his costa points and as she took the receipt away to check she huffed! If this the standard of service from the assistant manager what example is she setting to the employees.

The coffee was lovely. I didn't need to add sugar. I'd go again, especially to this particular Costa Coffee.

This branch used to be good but changes to inside aren't an improvement and neither are the staff who seemed to think it appropriate to moan about how busy they were and how long their shift was for the whole time I was there

Disgraceful. Not even allowed to sit in rear garden with my dog. No dog policy. As a frequent Costa customer I have taken my dog into many Costas around the north east and never had a problem.

Staff very professional. Happy to serve. I visit Stokesley a couple of times a year and Costa is my first call.

Visited this store with my mum while we were visiting Stokesley. The staff were friendly in this store since you had one staff member restocking the food and drinks fridge and checking which food and drinks need going out , one staff member cleaning up the tables and one staff member service. The whole store was clean and it was good to see the staff talking the customers in this store rather than not talking to there customers. The staff member who served us was friendly by asking what we want and asked if drinks and food were all what we were having.

Speed of service in here varies. Sometimes it’s quick and sometimes there is a cue out of the door. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry!!! Has recently been refurbished and has lost some of its individual character. Food and drink is standard Costa.

Our regular coffee shop. Reopened after a long over due refurb and it looks fab! Bright, modern and spacious. Always welcoming, lovely staff and great flat white!

My 4yr old loves to come here with his grandparents during the week so we decided to try it out. Great coffee, lovely muffins and delicious millionaire's shortbread. The front of the cafe is lovely and inviting however the rear is a little bland, could do with some additional soft furnishings to make it more inviting in this area. Staff polite and helpful. Will return.
