A welcoming independent pub that has a nice bar area for enjoying a drink and an equally nice restaurant section. Pleasant service and an interesting menu with Himalayan style cuisine alongside more traditional pub food. The sun was out so we managed to have our pre meal drinks outside on the grass, which despite the proximity to the road was actually not that noisy. Worth a visit.

Excellent food and friendly service. We ordered mostly from the specialty menu and all the curries were of high quality and authentic flavours. The fish and chips were also good.

Came here last night as 5 sisters, we all had the Himalayan food and wow, that's the best curry I have ever had. We all had very different meals, I went for the butter chicken but we were all still talking about it this morning. Very reasonable with naan and rice included for £15. Staff. We were visiting the area but truly wish this was local to me as I would be visiting often! Team were lovely, super polite and friendly. Well done guys!

We have been meaning to visit the White Harte for a while as we heard how good it was. We arrived at 6.30pm on Friday night and it was busy already. When looking at the menu we could see why. There is a classic pub menu and a Himalayan menu, both looked excellent. We had a stater and a main from the Himalayan menu and they were excellent!! The service was good with the meals being served in good time from lots of very friendly staff. We will definitely be back again to sample more food from the Himalayan menu and to try the classic pub menu. A very enjoyable evening out

We’ve eaten here several times, and had their curry - which is lovely and very good value - but we tried their Sunday Roast last weekend which was very disappointing. The roast beef was very fatty, more like a sinewy steak. We did tell them, but they just offered us another slice instead. I would return for a curry, but would give the roast a miss.

The food and service at Chutney's were fabulous. The only reason it's not a 5/5 rating is that the restaurant lacks a bit of ambience, which could be easily rectified. The popadums we had to start

Lovely food, particularly the Bombay Potatoes! Naan a bit overcooked and crispy but Rogon and Tikka Masala lovely. Price was good and service swift.
