Good food, great atmosphere, lovely hosts

Four of us popped in for a beer on a Saturday afternoon and treated ourselves to dinner. I had the Chinese menu, the others had burgers. We were very happy with our meals and the service. It's a shame the pub was so quiet but apparently they do a wicked Sunday dinner which is always very busy.Will definitely return.

Had my daughters hand night there on the 11th of November absolutely amazing staff and made it a brilliant night. Would highly recommend to anyone. Xx

Great Thai food with fast service and good vibes!

Absolutely my favourite local pub, Beccie and Clive are the best! They make us so welcome and Clive runs a great pub quiz and we always have Yammie's delicious Thai food. The pub is spotless and they always have my favourite gins 😀 Great for live bands too!

We once again had the take away beef roast today and it was superb with lovely roast potatoes and I think 5 other vegetables with the beef perfectly cooked so it melted in your mouth. Highly recommended.

Had a great time there, met some old friends of yester year, they had a fundraising raffle so that was good, hope they managed to get plenty of dosh for the charities. 👍 Definitely go again. 👍

A dear friend of over 40 years, and a local man, sadly died in November 2020. Because of Covid restrictions we could not give him the send off he deserved. We decided to put that to rights on Sunday 21st 2021 when over 40 of us decided to get together locally for Sunday lunch. From the initial phone call to Clive right up to us all turning up yesterday, everything was spot on. The food was delicious and plentiful, and everyone had a superb lunch and commented on how good it all was. Very rare indeed for a couple of Yorkshire folk not to have room left for pudding!! Thank you Clive and your team, you were all amazing and so friendly. We shall return.

What a great pub. Clean , spacious , great staff and a welcoming landlord. Out side area is likewise with an outside bar. Visited after a local football match, what a pity I don't live locally or it would be my local. You gotta go there.

Great food, friendly, welcoming staff and felt very clean and safe. Our dinners were very generous portions, amazing value and all food was well cooked and presented. Mac n cheese a definite highlight. The pub was clean, well ventilated and Christmasy too. Well done White Hart.

My Son phoned from “Up North” saying he was having A Sunday Roast delivered, it arrived spot on time and in all honesty it was one of the best pub Sunday Lunches we have ever had ( And this includes some pub / restaurants that consider their selves very highly) The food was hot with good quality beef with nicely cooked roast spuds & veg, the Yorkshire puds came in a separate bag with a cup of rich gravy , A very good meal at a very good pric e.

Very friendly good atmosphere food is very good

The White Hart has reopened after lockdown and the food is better than ever. Safety is their first concern, but doesn't get in the way of superb food and service. Breakfast is available but it's best to phone and check the opening time, as it is still a bit experimental. You can also phone and book. There is plenty of social distanced seating and even more outside. I can't recommend the food enough - it's more that sufficient for a morning doing enything!

Rough and ready pub with all you can expect. Only weird things were the lights far to bright and the music so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you talk!

Shows all sports, great pool tables, excellent food.... live bands, lovely staff and friendly customers.

Never been to this public house before. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ordered an All-day Breakfast and a Chicken and Bacon Panini, both were excellent and were hot and arrived within 10 mins. Hand pump Doombar was clear and very tasty, also reasonable choice of wines, all at good prices.

The team that used to run Broadwater Golf Cafe have moved to a new home. The food and service is still as outstanding as before but in a larger location. The Full English Breakfast represents excellent value at £6.50, with all frest local produce, cooked to order.
