Beautiful dining room and ambience, Sunday lunch was of great quality with all the trimmings which are charged as extra in most places. Beef was perfectly cooked. Staff were perfectly attentive will definitely be our go to place for Sunday lunch now.

Just wanted to say thank you to the whole team at the White Hart. They’ve just hosted the wake for my late farther in law, the team there were very respectful and worked hard the chef catered perfectly for a very large group of friends and family. Thank you again

This pub has been transformed by the attentive and friendly new managers. The ambience is cosy the food is delicious and very good value for money. I'm not sure why so many people go to our local garden centres for poorer quality and more expensive food when this excellent venue is on their doorstep 🤔

This is our local pub and seen quite a few changes in management over the last few years. We really enjoyed our most recent visit and thought the food was absolutely spot on. Main meals were pork belly, chicken Caesar salads and the bacon and cheese and burgers and all of us thought the food was lovely.

We had a short country walk and stopped off for Sunday Roast. One of the best meals I've had this year!! And great value for the money. The puddings are delicious too.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the White Hart today. The food was fantastic and plentiful with a great choice of vegetables. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is also dog friendly which is great. The new owners have made a great job of refurbishment. Would highly recommend.

A very impromptu visit today and what can I say, WOW!! Both the food and service were top tier! We had the chicken tikka flat bread, beef ciabatta, and macaroni bites. All delicious and true value for money. Can’t wait to visit again with family and friends!

We have been coming to the White Hart for many years and experienced its various manifestations - up and down. Today, under new management, it was a completely different experience. The food was delicious, generous portions, a range of lovely veg to accompany the mains. Friendly service and management who realise the importance of good customer service. Amazing food, great atmosphere, lovely outdoor areas. We had a brilliant meal here which serves gastro pub type food at reasonable prices. Lovely changes have been made to inside and the outside area.

Fantastic pub with great food. Recently new owners absolutely delightful. Couldn’t do enough for us. Still work in progress as seems to be undergoing some refurbishing but it’s going to be lovely and food was all freshly prepared, well cooked and great value.

Went due to good reviews. Unfortunately under new management from 12/08/2024. Been to hospital appt. Not eaten since 6am. Very hungry. Now 3.45pm(14/08/2024). Ordered crispy belly pork. All fat, not edible. Returned and complained. Manageress agreed it was bad. Went for fish’n’chips as second option. Just as bad. Batter heavy, thick not crispy, very little fish inside. Complained but was presented with a bill for £32. Insisted we paid something so ended up having to pay for the offer of two for £22. I didn’t think we should have paid anything as food so bad. Chef and Manager conspicuous by their absence. Definitely somewhere to avoid. Wished I’d taken photos.

An absolutely wonderful place. Andy was so helpful and funny with it. We had a laugh and booked my birthday party for next year in August. Lovely venue. Always a pleasure to visit. Varied menu. Great service. Really well executed cooking. This tim; humble fish and chips which was beautifully done. There are different offers every evening to tempt you.

Visited for family birthday celebration, six of us. Pre-booked table. Menu choices excellent. ALL staff courteous and friendly - nothing too much trouble. Haddock & chips fresh, tasty and served hot ( as were the other meals ) . Unhurried service - waited until WE were ready at every stage. Everyone agreed a return visit was definite.

We went on a Tuesday and it was special night too for the price of one on mains. I asked for an egg on my steak and to my shock on the bill. They charged £3 for an egg. Most expensive egg I have ever had paid the bill and then realised that they had not given us two for one.

Popped in for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Superbly cooked and presented. Absolutely delicious, melt in the mouth food, and loads of it! I had the roast chicken which came with all the trimmings, loads of vegetables and every mouthful was divine. Fabulous menu, but I could only manage one course as I was so full! Would recommend very highly.

Went here for lunch with my daughter. I had the Coconut Soup and she had Chicken Wings and she had a steak while I had the Asian Pork Belly. Now the belly had a lot of juice but was lovely and the steak was magnificent. We should go here more often because the food has always been lovely. They have a restaurant facility in the bar of the pub and a large car park for vehicles. Will definitely visit again. We had some drinks and the meal cost just under £70, seemingly expensive but really lovely. More people should visit this place because the staff and the food are magnificent.

Two adults, two pre-teens dining on a Sunday. Food was excellent, generous portions, gorgeous presentation. The restaurant was clean and the decoration is trendy and cosy. The staff were very friendly and easy going. We couldn't recommend more.

Went for lunch great place hubbie had the rib eye and stilton sauce he said it was so flavorsome best he has had for a long time. I had the cheese and chutney sandwhich with chips this too was very nice.

Another exceptional dinner at the WH. Drink here frequently and have dinner on occasion. Took family yesterday and the specials were excellent. Local Asparagus and Tomahawk steak. Both expertly cooked. Highly recommend

Got here for a late roast, we’re only 2 other tables there so very quiet which worries us somewhat but the guy behind the counter was very friendly and the Sunday lunch was absolutely lovely, generous portions as well. The only thing we really didn’t like was the club music, didn’t fit at all. Idk why so many pubs play that horrible music but it does no favours for the atmosphere!

I visited this pub about 18 months ago I said at the time I didn't believe the management team would last and I was right. So under new management I tryed again.. Much improvement is in place however still has along way to go if this restaurant is to prove itself.

Eight of us went here for the first time today and boy what have we been missing?. The food was amazing, the service was excellent with lots of humor. And there was definitely a feel good factor in the room.

Such a shame used to be great. Foods just bad now, overly salty/burnt/soggy. Nothing good to say sorry.

Visited this evening. Very first time after moving to the Village last year, beautiful pub/eatery, food was lovely and staff very friendly and welcoming. Really nice feel to the place. We will be visiting again for sure!

Lovely lunch with nice friendly staff

Lovely cosy pub with a nice atmosphere. The staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. It was little touches like bringing out plates for Mums birthday cake and the staff even sang Happy Birthday to Mum. The set menu was really good value for money and there's a good choice of desserts if you've got room for one. We will definitely be going back.

Recently changed hands and the difference in food, service and atmosphere has been noticeable. Took advantage of the Thursday night burger deal and Friday night 2 fish and chips for £22 deal. The food was delicious and the lovely ladies behind the bar and serving really looked after us. It's great to have a good local pub again!

Visited today for lunch. New team are really lovely, beer was amazing (according to my Dad) and the food was tasty and excellent value for money. Thanks team! We shall be back.

We live in the village and this is the second time we have eaten here since the new management took over. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff attentive and friendly……keep up the good work guys!

Had the fish and chips deal yesterday as a takeaway as we had been out all day and didn't feel like cooking. It was absolutely amazing so much nicer than a chippy and less greasy. Portion was big and beautiful piece of fish. So handy as we live in the village and we'll definitely be returning. We have also been for a meal in the restaurant which again was excellent. So nice to have a local pub that can be relied on for a good meal.

We had a table for 6 on Saturday night. The specials menu was great loads of choices which didn’t include chips, which is quite rare lol. Food was lovely and we’ll certainly be going back to sample more.Hopefully the coffee machine will be working next time 🤞🏻

We visited just before Christmas as a table of 8 and live nearby so had high hopes for the be owners set up and have been meaning to post a review ever since to encourage others to go. Great varied menu choice. Huge specials board too which is ever changing. Various offers throughout the week. Food is excellent with a nice bit of flair. Good drinks choice too and service is good from the staff. Nice to game a quality local again and wish the team every success!

What a wonderful place! The décor was perfect for a country pub. The food and wine were outstanding. Service friendly but not overbearing. We also had some doggie hugs as we were leaving from 2 beauties in the bar.

We have been searching to find traditional British fare and what a surprise…..The White Hart in Hartlebury has it! Made on site, Steak and kidney suet pudding with al dente samphire, leeks, carrots, mash potato and gravy with sweet potato ribbons - absolutely delicious! Although the duo of beef is advertised as pink and it wasn’t both the brisket and the roast with a pig in blanket, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding ( may have been crispier) and same hearty veges as stated earlier, it’s the best Sunday roast we have had in 6 months after trying out many! Thank you to the chef, the very friendly, helpful and efficient staff for truly traditional fare with flare. Highly recommended.

This is one of our locals in the village and we were made up when it got taken over. Popped in for a late lunch and had an incredible fish and chips and beast of a burger! Lovely attentive staff and fantastic gourmet pub grub. Highly recommend.

Absolute genuine country pud set in the picturesque village of Hartlebury. I've been here before and loved it and now it's under new management and has been given a make over. The staff are friendly and experienced which always makes a place feel homely which is what you want in a village pub. Really great food and also good specials on the board. Today I had the burger which is a whopper. Hand made beef patties with fresh tomatoes, cheese and plenty of bacon. Fries are also good. Fairly priced and all in all a very good quality venue. Will visit again.

Absolutely appalled by Andy, the ‘old manager’ took £425 for a 60th birthday party 10th November we then had to chase him up as we were told by the builders the place wasn’t opening up for a good few weeks, had to find a venue last minute!! To then still having to be fighting for our money back as only part has been received. What an absolute shambles how can anyone do this. Not only has he took our money under false pretences he’s done it to a few others too!

went here to meet friends and two had fish and chips and two of us had the pie. Nice portion and all enjoyed the meal. Staff friendly and helpful though no draft beer on as week day and no call as goes off but other choices so not an issue

We were delighted with our starter and main courses, all very well prepared and served. We had ciabatta with tomatoes, and salad, The chargrilled Halloumi, roasted toms and humous, Very enjoyable. A portion of Mushroom Risotto, and a portion of Pie of the Day which was Chicken and leek. Unfortunately did not have room for a pub. We will be returning soon.

The food was bad,bread dry, nothing looked like the pictures they have up, ploughman's had 1 bit of cheese and half a boiled egg and 1 slice of very dry ham, 1 slice of bread and the butter was not butter a small bit of salad and a few onions and this was meant to be a main, and to top it off the staff were unhelpful even when the food was taking ages, rude staff and I walked out without eating much , never going back and will not be recommending will do a full review on my Facebook

Very nice pub ,friendly staff,seemed very clean, food a bit of a let down,overcooked fish,not very warm, partner had chickin oodles over spiced and not very warm, drinks fine and seemed good quality, will try again one day?

Sorry to say very disappointed with our Sunday lunch. My husband and I both had the beef .bit too raw for my wife .vegetables were hard .parsnips looked and tasted like they had been boiled .the waitress said the roast potatoes were fresh cooked tasted and looked like frozen. Sunday roast ..... not as we know it .won't be returning.

We went for a staff meal. The drinks were incredibly expensive. I'm glad I chose to drive and stick to soft drinks! I was looking forward to my green Thai noodles. They came presented in a lovely black bowl with matching chopsticks. Unfortunately the veg had obviously been sitting around in the fairly tasteless sauce for quite a while and was brown & soggy. I didn't have dessert but heard from others that the sticky toffee pudding wasn't great either. For the price it was extreemly disappointing.

Decided to visit for evening meal and was not disappointed. My hanging kebab was excellent. My friend really enjoyed her cod. Dessert was lovely. Staff friendly and just the right amount of attentiveness. Will definitely be visiting again.

First time here after being recommended by a friend. Nice food, sharing starter will feed 4 not 2, way too much as a starter. However all very tasty and we didn’t finish the mains because of the starter size. Service was very good and reasonable prices, we will return.
