Very sloppy service...staff were eating and texting behind the bar while we were waiting for our drinks, same person that was eating dropped a knife on the floor while taking dirty plates to kitchen, didn't bother to pick it up, even when she came back out. Latte was good when we got it but staff were shocking!

Awesome place have been several times and have never been disappointed. Had the Big Lounge Breakfast fantastic and certainly sets you up for the full day ahead. Chilling on the leather couches in the window, coffee and people watching...love it.

We love this place, and go reasonably frequently, it has such a relaxed and chilled atmosphere and a cosy ambience with the lighting and decor and lit candles on the table. Also in a really good location in the town square. Super dog friendly with even a doggy menu where you can order sausages or bacon etc for your hungry hound or pooch. Help yourself fresh water and bowls provided too, as well as dog biscuits free of charge. The staff are lovely - friendly, welcoming, polite, professional and always accommodating when you want to go slightly off menu. The quality of the food, both in flavour and presentation is consistently high and we have never had a bad experience here either with the food or service. The kitchen staff work hard beavering away in the background to produce tasty and fresh food and we never have to wait long for it to be delivered either. Last night (Sat night) we visited and it was exceptionally good. The bacon cheese burger I had was packed with flavour, particularly good last night. And I requested a small side salad with my burger instead of coleslaw and without any fuss whatsoever that's what I got - but it was a lovely tasting little salad, really fresh with a lovely fresh tasting slightly zesty dressing, not out of a bottle, or dry like a lot of places serve (which I can never understand). The margueritas were slightly disappointing in as much as they weren't served in a proper cocktail glass and there was no salt and too much ice, but it was still good to see margueritas on the menu. It's the sort of place where you can dress up or dress down and everyone still feels comfortable and no one's out of place. They've certainly hit on a winning formula - staff morale appears high and I definitely think the secret to their success is not only the good food (reasonably priced also considering prices have sky-rocketed everywhere) and atmosphere but definitely the staff. Thank you to all of you for your continued super service, it is very much appreciated.

Amazing food small portions I had to wait over 15 minutes to be served the inside is so beautiful and almost empty but even like that there’s always a small queue I paid just over £30 it on the expensive side for small portions very disappointing but I can recommend for the experience ok Mr. Wig. I have been here a few times but this afternoon I came with my daughter and my dog and had a fabulous meal. I am gluten free and vegetarian and had a huge range of choices. I had the Buddha bowl which was delicious! My daughter ate every scrap of the falafel burger too which she loved. My dog also had a sausage from the dog menu! All finished off with a delicious brownie and ice cream. Everyone is catered for here and welcomed. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Really lovely Halloween decorations too which made it feel warm and cosy.

Came in with my son. We had lovely late breakfast Miami brunch and bacon pancakes Lady with plenty tattoos served us with smile and professional knowledge She also adored our dog 😚and he loves the attention

Avoid this restaurant, the place has gone down hill since it's opening. The quality of 1 food is just not there.The only redeeming feature of this restaurant is being able to take dogs in.

Tables are very dirty, the food portions are very small for the money you pay, specially for foreign peoples. I’ve been there couple of times and i will never go back to this place.

It is a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. This restaurant started in Bristol, and three people came together to develop it into a restaurant and bar combined. You can eat a variety of foods such as tapas, nasi goreng, and chicken. The food is overall delicious. Each branch has a slightly different name. There are live performances every 2nd and 4th Wednesday. The singing male voice is so attractive. Eating food while listening to music made the hot atmosphere better.

The tapas is very poor value for money, had like 3 forkfuls of beef and half a mini Quesadilla. The staff asked me 'how was my meal' and I gave the above response, they just smiled and walked away... The food is normally good.

Visited with a group of 34 on 14/09/24. Put us in the upstairs room so we were all together. Really impressed with the service and food, don't know how they managed to get everything out roughly at the same time and hot. Staff friendly and patient.

A lovely place to eat and lovely food. I do find it can get a little loud though so if there's a bigger group eating, it can be a little difficult to hear others at the other end of the table

Orti was my watering hole when I lived in Evesham. I do go in when I am in Evesham always like the place. Staff friendly and helpful

Great to take the kids to as they have a toybox the kids can play with, very relaxed atmosphere and the Vegi Breakfast is always a winner for me.

There's something nice/comfy about the lounges, they're usually large enough even for the busiest days, decent beer and good. The lounge eggs we ordered couldn't be faulted, fabulous in fact.

One of our favourite places, dog friendly ❤️, staff love our dog, food is pretty special 😋, love the lounge breakfast, vegetarian/ gluten free breakfast brisket beef chill and Caribbean chicken, lots of choices if your gluten free, or vegetarian. I've been here many times, for food & drinks.

I liked it we came when the staff were changing over and noone greeted us and explained how to order. However we are regular lounge customers so ordered at the table via app. Food and drinks very nice and staff were friendly when bringing over food and clearing table

Had a lovely time at Orto lounge last weekend with my sister and Mom. Agata, was taking care of us from start to end of our time there. She was very thoughtful, recommending products, very professional. She was ever so prompt with us and other customers coming in. Checking up on us, when needed. Hopefully all other stuff is like her, so that s why this place is so great for smaller and bigger celebrations.

Been here a few times and really enjoy the atmosphere. Never had a disappointing meal and the staff are all lovely.

Myself and my wife had friends staying with us the night before our wedding day so booked a table for five of us the day before unfortunately we were placed upstairs when there was plenty of seating available for us downstairs felt a bit out of the way as nobody else was upstairs. Everyone In the group had different food I myself had a cowboy smash burger which was the first thing I had eaten that day upon getting home I was violently sick bringing up the pulled pork this continued all through the evening and the next day to which I was so ill I only managed to renew my wedding vows then back home to bed. After visiting the doctor I was told it was very bad food poisoning

Our niece came to visit us and she also brought the dog,so we said we would go somewhere for brekkie which is always dog friendly and always 100% spot on with the food they serve. Yes you guessed it, and we wernt let down on this visit either..Always friendly here and the food is scrummy. We do like this chain of restaurants and use them wherever we go,but I just want to give a big thankyou to all the staff at the evesham branch as we've never been let down with the service they provide.. I had the lounge breakfast,the wife had the veggie breakfast with halloumi as an extra. And our niece had the Miami breakfast with extra chorizo..all served nice and hot and always really tasty..(big thanks to the chefs here). I've done this review to give these guys the thanks they deserve..we will be back.

Although part of a national chain, the Orto Lounge feels individual and quirky. Intriguing decor - gets you wondering who the portraits look like. There is a varied menu of freshly prepared food and a good range of drinks, alcohol and teas and juices. Friendly staff who are happy to let you chill. Loved it.

Great place to eat and drink we really like going here I called in Wednesday 1st may to have a pint of moretti but this time it was not cold 🥶 but quite warm 🤕

Outstanding. Gluten free is offered at several restaurants these days which is helpful for coeliac sufferers (with the usual cross contamination may be present caveat ), but rarely is a GF menu as extensive. The GF beer was crisp and refreshing, the tapas was as advertised with a myriad of flavours (especially the sweetcorn fritters, although bhajis may be a better description!) . I myself have a fairly instantaneous reaction to cross contamination and no complaints, would 100% recommend to my fellow sufferers. Staff were incredibly polite and having to order at the bar felt like they were taking my dietary requirements more seriously. Go enjoy this fabulous place, 5☆ across the board.

Bustling lunch service on a Sunday. Can order at table via QR code or at the bar. Didn’t need to wait long for either drinks or food. My lounge cheeseburger really hit the spot, the beef patty cooked exactly how I like it. Super polite staff as always!

Ahh the traditional English Bank Holiday day out..thankfully minus the bad weather 😀! Evesham is a lovely little place. Found this eatery on the way out. A trendy place full of those odd industrial lights, 70's paintings, and rustic tables and wooden floors. Food was excellent though, filling and flavoursome and happy, friendly service. Would go back 👍

Hard to fault! Heading here on a weekday evening I did not expect it to be as good as it was. Not only was the food delicious & served quickly, we were then told live music would be starting soon. Very good atmosphere & the singer was really good too. Will return for drinks one night for sure.

Busy and popular as usual and thus matched by quality service and food. Worth the visit. Love the food I have to say. Great all round and good for kids too. Had the Miami Brunch which was awesome.

Met some friends here for a catch-up. We ordered 4 mains, three desserts, and drinks, I had the Lounge burger and added streaky bacon. The food came quickly and was very tasty, though a few more fries would have been welcome. The burger tasted fresh and juicy, the bacon was beautifully cooked and wasn't a silly size or messy like some burgers are now. The fries were crispy and very hot, my friend's meals all looked excellent al were all enjoyed, the desserts all looked well presented and tasty. This was my first visit to a 'Lounge' and certainly won't be my last, the decor and furniture all looked lovely. My only gripe was the mains plates weren't collected before the desserts were served.

Late lunch / early evening meal, choose the lamb swarma flatbread and the 3 tapas dish option. All four dishes were very nice and enough for 2 people. Would recommend a visit if you fancy something a little different to eat.

Relaxing atmosphere especially for those who like to have their dogs with them. Food is good and the only negative is that everything has to be ordered at the bar which often means having to wait quite a while until the staff have returned to the bar from serving the tables.

Lounges are lounges where ever you are in the country. Very quiet seemed more staff than customers but several dirty tables only had drinks

OMG, this place is awesome. I've not been to a place for a very long time where I want most of the menu (and its a big menu). We are only down for five days, this is visit number two on day three. All the food is excellent, burger was one of best I've had for a while and the staff are super friendly. Just try it out, you won't be disappointed 👍👍

A gem of a find - second visit this week! The tapas is such a great addition, nasi goreng took my hubby back to Indonesia Have yet to find an item we don't like!
