I tried to give this feedback to her "new" assistant manager tonight and just basically told me he didn't know the staff and is moving on quickly so doesn't really care! He had been there a week and was leaving to another restaurant soon but surely you should still act like a good manager! #BecksForManager

Lovely time at Harvester tonight. Our server was Becks - she was very attentive and friendly. Had time to give you if you had questions. You didn't feel rushed. A very positive experience. The only reason I didn't put a 5 stars for food Is I prefer my broccoli a bit softer.

We visited today for a celebration of numerous birthdays, Riley was our server. Couldn’t fault the service, and the food was lush. Would defo be back

Food was cooked lovely, and it arrived on a hot plate which makes a lot of difference. The salad bar was great and replenished regularly. The waiters were very attentive, and our server, Ethan, was great. Thanks for a really nice evening out.

Haven't been in here to eat for a while but I must say food looked lovely and tasted delicious 😋. The lady that served us was very nice .

Good value restaurant, especially when they have deals. Unfortunately they keep on being understaffed, causing some of them to be stressed / abrupt and borderline rude, especially at the bar. If you're patient and forgiving you'll have a good time. Great kids meals. Unlimited salad. The Nachos portion is a bit small. Be sure to enter your numberplate or you'll get a parking ticket!

Harvester is going down in my estimation, been for breakfast with my wife a couple of times recently, Sausages and bacon were both burnt on both meals, not good, went for lunch on another occasion had the chicken and ribs, the ribs were burnt on the underside. Informed staff they were not interested, said they would inform the chef, but nothing happened, will be giving this place a miss for a while.

Really enjoyed the experience here. We were served by Ethan who was very professional and polite and an all round great server. The food was flawless and a great price. An all round great experience

The staff were all really friendly and accommodating, we had a booking for 7, 1 of our party didn't arrive until 7:20 but the staff allowed us to wait for them and didn't rush us to order. The food was lovely, all meals were served together as a group.

We all love it at Harvester Loughborough! The staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our daughter has autism and the staff are all brilliant with her. The food is excellent and good value for money. ☺️

The coffee was so weak, I had to change it,but when I went to the bar the guy called someone else to do it ! Instead of him. Then it was a negotiation to get it changed.

Popped in here for the first time on Tuesday. Upon arrival had a warm welcome. Drinks were ordered and delivered. Salad bar was well stocked and plentiful. Our only issue was when the mains came out both of us had ordered the flat breads. We have had them many times before so thought we knew what we were expecting. The dish has been completely changed from a generous piece of flat bread to a soggy small round piece of "bread". It was not what we expected. This is not the restaurants fault this is the company's fault for changing the spec of the dish. I will return when back in the area, but will just avoid the flat bread 🤣🤣🤣

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast as a family, served by the friendly and professional Ethan-very attentive. Food was fresh and hot! 100% recommend!

Don't like to put a bad review but I think this was necessary we stayed at the link and came for food we was told we could have the booth for 2 hours wich is fair enough after an hour and half we was approached and told we had half hour left wich again was fair enough so we told riley our server we would move to the bar area and then we was told we couldn't leave the table until we had paid our bill his attitude stunk so we payed our bill then riley came back and said OK you may now leave I think there needs to be some training offered ASAP although Ellie on the bar was fantastic lovely lass

Food and service was excellent. A special mention to Riley T who went above and beyond. A real credit to Harvester. We will definitely be returning

Visited Wednesday 19th Feb, around 14:30 wasn’t particularly busy when we arrived and were met by a member of staff who started out being friendly as she explained her shift was nearly ending. I asked politely for a peaceful table if possible only to be told bluntly “it’s an eating pub, you’ll get where we put you as it’s busy and tables are booked up” However this wasn’t the case as we were eventually (2mins) ushered to a table that was out the way and reasonably peaceful and all the tables around were empty! Around 20min after arriving the “eating pub” itself was almost empty and certainly not busy. Food however was lovely as usual and the lady who took our order was friendly so no complaints there. We do frequent this eatery fairly regularly for birthdays and other celebrations so we are aware of how busy it gets and don’t need a grumpy member of staff telling me what I already know! Personally I think she was rude. Overall this review is about one member of staff and not a reflection on the food or other members of staff.

Both the staff and the food were fantastic. The food was delicious and fresh, no issues at all and the staff were really friendly and attentive.

We went to the Harvester for my sons 8th birthday lunch meal. We were a large party of 13 people and not once did this ever seem like a difficulty. Our waiting staff Bekki and Curtis were incredible, super friendly and attention to detail / needs where fantastic. Food was delicious and came out promptly. The children (all 7 of them) also were made to feel welcomed and well catered for. Overall super impressed with services and facilities and have already booked to come back next month. Thank you xx

We had been out shopping at East Midlands Designer outlet and decided to stop here for dinner. We were able to get a table and food and service was good Will definitely use again if In the area

A group of 10 of us visited on a Saturday evening for a birthday meal. My burger looked unappetising. It was completely tasteless. The Ketchup tasted vile and certainly wasn't Heinz. Some meals were OK but on the whole we were all disappointed. The table provided was small and very cramped. Service wasn't great either. Our meals arrived before our drinks, and we weren't asked if we wanted more. On the whole, the food is expensive, as were the drinks. A bottle of J20, costs £3.70p. It's a long time since I've been to a Harvester and after this recent visit, it's not somewhere I intend to return.

Excellent place to have a meal, very nice food as well as staff at a reasonable price. Sometimes a bit noisy if children around.

Emma was an absolute godsend during our visit. My mother suffers from both gluten and dairy intolerances, and we normally struggle to eat out without any issues, but Emma was so wonderfully attentive throughout our meal, making sure to double check every ingredient in every dish my mum fancied and came back with an entire list of items she would be able to eat. She even went above and beyond in making sure there was zero cross contamination in her salad by taking her to the salad bar, making a list of items my mum wanted, and came out with a freshly prepped salad! I am in absolute awe of Emmas ability to be so diligent, even when the restaurant was busy! I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did for us, my mum managed to come away from Harvester without any stomach issues which is incredible! Thank you Emma!!!!

Not the best experience we visited earlier this month. Firstly the car park is very poorly designed, as you enter it has welcome on the floor but only has a few spaces, there is a bigger one around the right hand side of the building, we assumed you could drive around to it, but its blocked off, but owing to a number plate camera, we could not leave, so had to make do with tight spaces. Next, after not visiting a harvester for a long time, we found the menu is now quite limited, with many favourites no longer available. fortunately, the salad bar was well stocked and looked fresh. We had all had different dishes between us, the gammon was good and the fish was alright, however the simply chicken was tough, overcooked, and not at all edible, and had a strange taste, the jacket potato side was the same. Fortunately, the staff were friendly and did not charge for this meal, but it meant one of us went without, not really, what we wanted after a long drive. Fortunately, we could not fault the desserts, which were lovely. If we were to visit again, we'll check the reviews. Hopefully, the site will improve, and we can visit again, being ideally placed.

I ordered a mixed grill, never had it before. It definitely did not disappoint. I couldn't eat it all. Thank you to Riley, for sorting out us with another table as the first was not convenient for us to sit my little girl in a high chair. My mistake, next time I'll make it clear in my booking that I have my little one. Thank you for looking after us.
