We had a lovely meal on a Sunday evening. Restaurant was quiet. We both had fish, sea bass Napoli cooked in a tasty king prawn and tomato sauce and salmon cooked in a creamy leek and tarragon sauce. Side order of seasonal veg and the dishes were both served with sautéed new potatoes. Delicious and all served piping hot. The staff were all lovely and the service was just as you’d hope. Wish we’d found this place a while ago - we’ll definitely be back.

Food ok, but overpriced. Service was god. BUT why have dogs roaming around the place when people are eating - uuugh, gross

First of all the service was very poor. We waited 20 minutes before being asked for a drink or food order, we need waited a really long time before starter came out and again for dinner. The dinner was shocking. Chewy cheap steak, cheap rubbish fries which were soggy from all the steak juice, and mushrooms hardly cooked. It was awful and £17!!!!!!! When I said how it was, the waitress smiled and said they had quite a few complaints about it! Do not go here.. food and service very very poor.

Service poor, wait hideous, food bland and overpriced. When challenged, staff were quite rude and offered no apology or discount... saying we can't offer everyone a discount who complain

The offers are worth investigating for early/late afternoon dining. Food well cooked and fresh, service exemplary.

Having a long weekend with friends, our last night so wanted a great place to eat, The Brassiere didn’t disappoint! All fish on the menu was fresh NOT frozen in fact I had the last lobster, really well cooked & presented. Our waitress who was Spanish was delightful, she made a good evening fantastic!!

I’ve been here on numerous occasions with friends and have purchased a voucher but I must say with this fish and chips meal it is always great to eat good portions and so tasty well worth a visit

I have recently visited this restaurant with my wife and sister in law. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, service and the setting. This restaurant is located in the new brighton marina. This is a very nice location and customers have the choice to seat outside and enjoy the marina view with its yachts and sea or inside with the charming air conditioned area. I was also impressed by the quality of the service by a professional young staff and the owner Bob. I had king prawn for starter, the COD fillet for main dish and the chocolate fudge dessert. I enjoyed everything as it was very balanced and did not feel too full at the end. I live in Wokingham, Berkshire but Brighton is the town where I went University and therefore I visit often. From now on I know where to go to eat. To sum up, this was a very nice experience and recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food especially, fish.

Restaurant specializes in seafood and as such had a reasonable selection of dishes ,top favorite being fish & chips especially with groupon coupon, they also accept Marina Gold Card ( 25%off ) Just to be different I had Barnsley Chops which were very tasty and the rest of my party had different plates of pasta/fish dishes. Service good , restaurant clean and tidy and the bill was very reasonable at around £18 p/h ,main and bottle of wine.

We've eaten here a number of times. Generally, we have the fish and seafood, but they do serve steaks and other courses. Food is always good, reasonably priced, as is the wine and beer. We tend to eat here when it's sunny, as enjoy siting outside on the deck. Definitely recommend.

Can't tell you how awful the fishand chips were. The fish was cooked from frozen and the chips were cold hard and tasteless. I was embarassed because I took my friend there. They did not say goodnight to us when we left. I wouldn;t recomend this place. Vey expensive for crap.

Thoroughly disappointing, expensive meal. Starter undercooked, main very small portion. Of all the choice of restaurants in the marina this has to be the last resort. As a frequent boating visitor to Brighton marina I will not make the same mistake twice.

Came for an evening meal having download the menu online, unfortunately the in restaurant menu does not completely match the online menu; I am guessing someone forgot to update the menu on the website?, having said that the food and service was very good, you get very large portions and will not come away hungry, we liked this place and will be back, they have some good offers too.

I recently came here for lunch and am sorry to say this was not experienced. I was visiting the area and had dined here before (this had always been very good) I saw an advertised lunch menu outside, so went inside. There were 3 other tables occupied. It took a while for anyone to approach me. I was then shown to a table and given the menus. There was no menu for the advertised lunch menu. I sat and waited. I waited and waited. After being ignored by the male waiter and waiting some more, I decided to leave. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant based on this experience. How easy it is to lose a customer (and the other people they could bring to your business, through poor customer service) I then had an excellent meal in nearby Bella Italia with fantastic and professional customer service.

Had a groupon deal for 2 courses for 4 people £19 . Hard to complain about the food at this price and in this lovely location. That said the starters of prawn salad was watery and bland and the seafood chowder was really unusual very watery again and unlike any chowder I have had before. The main courses were very good, fish and chips was generous and tasty, chicken roasted with lemon and garlic was delicious, cod with cream and mash was also very nice. Service was also very good. Just glad that we didn't pay full price for the starters.

I got a Groupon deal for a fish and chip supper and didn't really know to expect.. the food was good! The service, a young guy was very accommodating. The actual restaurant was a little dire, needs a good touch up of paint and some TLC. All in all it was a pleasant evening though to be honest this place should be heaving with people every time we past by it never is...so you ask yourself why??

The nice thing about Brighton seafront is free parking in the multi storey carpark above the marina. There are a row of restaurants overlooking the marina, so nice views of the boats and the English Channel.
