Good cod and chips on a cold sunny spring Sunday

The best haddock and curry sauce I’ve ever had. The food took a while to come to the table but it was well worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Brighton again.

As big fans of tasting menus, we drove down from London specifically to try Dilsk after hearing so many great things, and overall, we really enjoyed the experience. The menu had a lot of exciting flavors, and most of the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. While the food was great, I’m not sure some of the courses justified the high price point—it felt a bit on the pricey side for a few of the dishes. Would I drive down fromLondon again just for the meal? Probably not. However, if I were a local, I’d definitely consider returning for another visit. It’s definitely worth trying if you're in the area and looking for a memorable dining experience!

Enjoyed the good value set menu usual, nice food. Pleasant restaurant, service efficient. Wild Flor is being let down somewhat by the toilets. Only one cubicle available for both men and women on this visit Toilet seat hanging on by a thread. Flush that went on forever, wasting water.
