Booked for a family party 18th birthday. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Food first class. Highly recommended and will return asap. Thankyou guys for making the occasion so enjoyable

Had not realised that it is open to the public as I thought it was a private place. Really good location next to Bristol Downs, opposite The Spire Hospital. Gorgeous environment, great food & fabulous customer service. Calm and quiet whilst still has ambience. I shall definitely return for breakfast, lunch , afternoon tea & dinner on a regular basis.

We went for dinner having seen someone mention how good their experience was on another website. The location is not obvious, which is why this place isn’t more widely known but the setting is lovely and the food is absolutely top notch. At £92 including drinks, the quality and value easily surpassed what you might commonly expect - it’s heading towards Michelin level. Will definitely be back. Food eaten: amuse bouche, artichoke, smoked trout, turbot, rack of lamb, peanut / banana praline. Couldn’t fault any of it. Service was excellent.

I went last Saturday with my parents and we all thought the food was outstanding. The chef and staff do a wonderful job of using different ingredients and presenting the food in such an interesting way. I liked the fact that there was a varied menu but which wasn't overwhelming in relation to choice. There are 2 choices of main course for meat, fish and veggie options. It was actually still difficult to choose as it was all enticing. The setting is lovely, with a terrace onto the gardens. The staff are very approachable and helpful...really cannot fault anything. We left the restaurant on Cloud 9! Given the high quality of the food I thought it was very good value. Thank you to all the staff. LIz

Bristol has a wide range of restaurants but this was a real treat. From the starter to main to dessert to the wine. Amazing garden setting with a clear view of the chefs in action which is great. I would highly recommend a visit. World class food and excellent service

A simple, seasonal menu that offers everything you could wish for. From heart meat dishes to light vegetarian meals. Great starters and desserts too. Loved being able to watch the chefs in action. Kitchen was spotless. Maitrè D made excellent suggestions for our wine and food choices. Very reasonably priced and amazing value for money.

This is a gem. Recommended and so glad it was. Was my birthday treat so glad we came . Staff are so friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing. Had a starter and main and asked for an extra portion of chips (then realised why did I do that?) the portions are very generous. Although it wasnt full the ambience was good with background music. Fab decor and patio area. Hand sanitizer on every table if needed. Parking is good. We will be back we just loved it 🥂

Recommend by friends , booked for a small birthday celebration. Wow !! Premises were fantastic, welcome was warming , service brilliant ,food delicious.. what a gem of a place highly recommended… Will certainly be returning

On a graduation visit our daughter came upon The Kitchen for an evening meal of her choosing. It was an outstandingly enjoyable experiance. Warm service, excellent value and a culenary delight! We came for the fish menu and were not disappointed, all including two glasses of Prosseco per person. We found The Kitchen to be something special. Thank you!

We discovered this restaurant via Facebook and due to the very good reviews, decided to try it. Parking on the street is easy and free after 5pm. The entrance is well hidden, but the interior is spacious and contemporary with outside space if required. The menu is limited (we went on Steak night) but the food was excellent and plentiful and the service superb. We will definitely return (good value for money) and well recommended!

What a find! Service impeccable, surroundings beautiful and food fantastic (& v reasonable priced). We had a wonderful meal. Service was attentive but not overbearing, food was interesting & different but not for the sake of it and the place was a beautiful oasis in the middle of Redland. We will def be back and bringing others.

The Vincent Kitchen is part of a later living development, entered via Queen Victoria House, a entrance shared with some of the residential apartments. It has a polished interior. The restaurant is a little too well lit for a romantic dinner a deux and had a soundtrack of classic jazz. The evening menu hosts 4 or 5 classic main dishes, including duck and chicken. Our welcome and order taking from head waiter/manager was impeccable and friendly. The food is plated immaculately, it really looks a treat. We both had duck and it was cooked beautifully. Husband's starter was also wonderful, mushroom kiev. The fruit in two of my courses was frozen - I did mention it to the waitress. She seemed a little affronted. We both also felt that our main meals could have been a little more generous with vegetables. Two spring greens and a coulis of potato felt a bit light. Overall we enjoyed our meal but could have eaten a little more. I think my rating would have been 'good' if that was a TA rating category but I'm scoring up for the superb duck and a obviously talented chef.

My wife and I had dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant was recommended to us by friends. As referred to in an earlier review this place really is a ‘hidden gem’. The whole experience was superb - great service, fantastic food, very well presented - the chef is obviously at the top of their game so to speak. The prices were also very reasonable given the quality. We have been told the Sunday roast is also very good and will definitely return. Thank you.

The 5 of us had such a faultless meal and service experience at the Vincent Kitchen in Redland. Thank you Cleverchefs ....we will be back! Stylish place and delicious food . A reasonable priced wine list was also a plus

Probably the nicest fry up I've had, brilliant cooking and fantastic service from Shiv who was refreshingly chatty and open. Properly done coffee and a nice atmosphere.

Excellent roast dinners, pork and beef cooked beautifully. Kids were given a smaller portion. Seperate green veg, Yorkshire puds and extra gravy. Serving staff very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t fault it. Never been before but would definitely go back
