Great toastie served by friendly staff.

A basic cafe that does lovely coffee and has the most amazing icecream. Perfect place when visiting Victoria Park

I dont know why they have 5 food hygiene rating if they give you ice cream cone by hand without gloves or tissue 🤔

We had a small family get together at Victoria park on what was a beautiful July day and we all went to the Swirl for lunch. The food was really good, the staff where really good ,the toilets were very clean. Impressed !

We went at 17:55 expecting them to be open but unfortunately it was already closed.

The Jaffa Cake Ice Cream was a sensation!

Very convenient place with a good selection of snacks, meals, drinks, ice-cream & cakes. Great indoor & outdoor seating area + very clean & tidy toilets. Service can be a bit slow at times (probably due to young inexperienced temporary staff?) but is otherwise a fantastic service in this fabulous park.

Sat outside. Suspect need a couple more staff when busy. Only bought an ice cream

Delightful place where we ate a delicious slice of Victoria cake accompanied by an excellent Italian espresso. Highly recommended for a relaxing break in beautiful Victoria Park.

Used while at the Bowls National Finals so service was great under the circumstances. Would have been better if the ordered food was all served at the same time.

Just went in here for a lunchtime snack. My son ordered a hot dog, portion of chips and a bottle of Fanta. He was charged £17-15. He queried the prices and the lad got his phone out to add it up and said the till was playing up. Then he refunded him £6-05. Then after that I asked for 2 Americano's and got 2 instant coffees. I took these back and the lad that served me said sorry but he had read the screen wrong. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Nice place. Good coffee and a reasonable selection of food/snacks. Always been greeted and served in a pleasant manor. Outdoor and indoor seating. The door can present problems for wheelchair users.

Delicious ice creams, but it can work out expensive if you're buying a few.

Great little cafe, fabulous choice of beverages, food and ice cream.. Idea little retreat after a lovely day in the park or just watching bowling.. Definitely worth a visit..

Friendly service and offering a fine selection of ice cream (all produced by the proprietors), cakes and light snacks, and a range of hot and cold drinks. Very nice cafe 😋

Always get good service with a smile,tea and coffee are great,and snacks i have had there have been good too,and a big plus is it's dog friendly which good for me.also on this visit i found out that they've public toilets.

Decent place, just need to update when they’re open online that is easy to check. Frustrating to get there and find a hand written note that they’re closed until 27th! Even been recently and the sign in the window says open but it is closed.

Probably the greatest icecream you could ever imagine outside Italy .., amazing !!!!! Will go back just for the icecream ….. lovely setting and great coffee

Well, as a big group of mums and babies. We sat outside and was sorting out our babies when the man came out and said “are you going to buy anything!” We felt very uncomfortable about that and rushed. We were going to have a drink , then lunch there and obviously a cake. But ended up just having a drink after being made to feel extremely unwelcome. I can understand if it was really busy, but it was not. The milkshakes were great though. But if they don’t change how they speak to people, then I certainly won’t be returning and certainly advising all my baby friends about this. Not impressed and I hate to complain. But not needed!!

Brilliant ice cream, really nice spot in the park. Good coffee too. There's rarely too much of a queue, and the staff are always efficient and friendly.

Lovely park but with the added advantage of having a lovely cafe. Unfortunately not fully open but still serving great coffee and delicious ice cream. Nice to take some time out to just sit and watch the world go by.

What has happened to this cafe visited today 1/3/20 been here many times dirty cups and plates on loads of tables cleared while we were there but not wiped floor shocking needed a clean.The man looks liked he’s run of his feet and the young girl on a different planet.This is a great location but poor standards

Great ice cream and friendly service

Has changed hands recently, now occupied by Swirls. In my opinion it's a better, simpler menu than previously - especially for children (children's lunch box, sausage/bacon/egg sandwich, etc). Food was decent, no frills lunch. Ice creams are lovely. Coffee not too bad either. Outside benches and inside seating. Only downside is slightly high pricing, hence the 1 star drop.

I have been coming to this cafe for over ten years and each year it crumbles further like the cake left in their car. The food on offer is ridiculously over priced, sandwiches stale and bacon still on the pig when served. Behind the cafe you can see all the cakes and god knows what else in the back of someone’s car. Looking sweaty like Miss trunchballs face. Advertising fresh cakes in their cafe when really they’ve been left to rot in the back of a car (especially in hot weather) Cannot use card unless you purchase something that rounds to five pound or over.. they would make a lot more money if they took away this rule. Staff look flustered and can be quite rude. This cafe recently has had a refurbishment but all they’ve done is added an extra table for serving and taken away less chairs making it cramped and hard to stand in the queue. The only part of this cafe that is bearable is the ice cream which is very over priced and yet again have to spend 5 pound min. Isn’t much variety in the food and the only thing they make money on is chips which are overly greasy. No proper cutlery, just cheap and nasty which snaps just by picking it up. Very concerned about the food left in the car as I’m sure it is not just cakes left their but sandwiches and other items in their also. Has this food even made it out this day? Or is it left there day by day until needed? Fresh? I really don’t think so. The money people waist here should be put towards another refurb as what you have now isn’t cutting it ... just like your plastic cutlery.

As far as cafe's in the middle of a park goes this one is ok. Only opening at 10am it has both indoor and outdoor tables, reasonable choice of sandwiches and limited hot food, tea coffee and cold drinks but very good ice cream counter with good variety of flavours, not bad on prices and friendly staff

I have visited these tea rooms several times with grandson & husband. Clean & airy, attentive staff, pleasant light menu & reasonable prices. Serve a good coffee, welcome rest after a busy morning in park.

Surroundings are great, cakes and coffees are great, ice lollies with exciting flavours look great! Amazing on a sunny day, outside seating or indoors in the conservatory set up. Kids options are on the menu, and all reasonably priced items! One of my favourite spots in Leamington.

I visited today with my boyfriend and dog after a walk around the park. It was nice to be welcomed by such friendly staff members and was surprised that the tea rooms were open despite the awful weather. My boyfriend had a bacon batch and cappuccino which was in a deal they offer. I treated myself to the homemade carrot and orange cake which was delicious. Also tried their loose earl grey tea which came in a cute tea set. We were both really happy with the service, quality of food and great drinks. Will definitely return, hopefully when the sun is out so I can try a Mr whippy!

I visited the Tea Rooms with my mum and dad. The menu offers a great variety of food, my mum is vegetarian and they offer a delicious vegetarian breakfast! Me and my dad both had the full English which tasted incredible. Fresh food and great tea to accompany it. Staff are young and friendly and give great customer service. Highly recommend these Tea Rooms if you fancy a nice nibble and a lovely cup of tea/coffee. The ice cream selection looked very nice, I will 100% be coming back and trying some during the summer.

After a bracing February walk around Victoria Park, my wife, 4 year old daughter and myself popped into the Tea Rooms for a bite to eat and a drink. The food was excellent and the service even better. Would definitely recommend.

Visited here several times generally as it's convenient for facilities and offers relaxing atmosphere, right by the bowls greens so if your lucky you can watch some. Although nice some of the young staff occasionally chatting to themselves forget to take your order. Nice tea and coffee. The cakes look and taste lovely. I will admit I think some of the prices are high for sandwiches and even the tea. It's a tearoom after all, perhaps a tea and cake offer would be nice.

They cope superbly with the annual influx of lawn bowls visitors from around the country. Lovely young staff who provide sandwiches, chips, jackets and pretty cakes and ice cream. Their take away hot drinks are wonderful on a cold and rainy bowling day. Well done.

We stopped by here to get some ice cream. We got ice cream by the scoop and it tasted quite old, like it had been in the fridge for a while. In general the place isn't that inviting. There are many better cafes in Leamington.

Lovely setting people watching in the park and bowling green in a conservatory. Ok selection of cakes and bakes with a great ice cream counter. Teas are disappointing as they offer whatever they have bought from the shop rather than a staple selection. There are definitely better places to go in town.

Tea rooms situated on bowls green and sports fields. Choice and service is good. Staff are pleasant and friendly.

This cafe has a lovely location situated in Victoria park and has the most upbeat service. All beverages and choice of foods will satisfy any taste, highly recommended.

They have a lovely range of "proper" ice-cream with a choice of cones. Sandwiches and cakes looked very nice. The tea was fine but the coffee rather weak.

Met our daughter, her husband and our two grandaughters in Victoria Park. The tearooms are an ideal place for light refreshments after swings, football and frisbies. The staff are most helpful and served excellent tea and coffee, there was a good selection of drinks for children. Real milk, not those dreadful little plastic containers.

After a nice walk in the park with the dog what could be better than a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake, perfect, thank you
