The Vault Hebden in Calderdale

More like a seedy nightclub with a grimy atmosphere and lots of drunks, some of which were abusive through drink. Walked in and walked out 3 times now so have tried! Extremely loud music late on. A bouncer on the door in Hebden says it all! Never seen that before.

A quiet Wednesday evening. Friendly and efficient staff made us some good cocktails. Comfortable seating, attractive environment. Pleasant soundtrack. Clean loos.

Bit of a barn of place, standard beers and efficient but not overly chatty staff, no kind of atmosphere, might be a better late night venue....

Nice and spacious but can be loud and echo-y when there are loud annoying people in attendance. Lots of lovely places to drink in Hebden and this wouldn't be my choice as it feels like it's in the wrong location. Great views looking over the park.

Not a bad bar. Bit pricey. Worst bit is the very drunk men using the ladies toilet as there is only one mens toilet. Disgusting 😔 sort this out its off putting for normal regulars .

Buzzy on a Saturday with a very mixed crowd. Beautiful inside with large benches for our family to sit.

Fantastic bar that does two cocktails for £12 and they are delicious and made from scratch. I hate cocktails from a pump! The staff here work hard and are very efficient. Live music was on which was great. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

Lovely pub. Really friendly, great decor. Fabulous staff, we are tourists and had concerns re a chap who presented as quite ill outside the pub, the staff called the police, dealt with it professionally and empathetically-very impressed

We went a while ago (date forgotten) so things may have changed since then. We went after being advised of good beer to be found there. We walked in. I asked about the hand-pull beer (as I didn't see any). The barman pointed at the 'Star Trek controls' ( a T formation with about 6 small switches/taps along the top). We walked out. The barman didn't even know what the mechanism for dispensing hand-pull beer looks like.

First time in on a rainy Thursday afternoon. Really nice bar. The barman was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely be back.

We had the whole place to ourselves. The barman was really lovely. He talked to us all the time. We will definitely be coming back.

Superb venue. Local lager is really good and there’s a great selection of whiskey. Dalmore is highly recommended. Dog friendly too which is always a big thumbs up.

Reasonable prices for area, spacious seating area with live music area. I think the place is quite new, as it was very clean. Could have done with a few more tables as there were alot of people stood at the bar waiting for seats. Only 1 male toilet

02/10/23: Team day out! 01/05/23: didn't expect this place to be as good as it was for craft ale. A good selection and also dog friendly. Don't confuse it and just walk past thinking it's just a hipster bar. Go in!

Really busy bar on a Saturday afternoon. Brilliant atmosphere with a live singer playing loads of good music. Service was really good. The only thing I could fault was that there weren't enough toilets for the size of the place.....

The hand dryers in the toilets are far to loud. You can hear them over chatting.

A disappointing visit to the acclaimed “The Vault” Upon arriving seemed a very welcoming place, quite busy so sat at the bar and ordered drinks from the impressive cocktail menu. Enjoying the evening so decided to order another round of cocktails. While waiting a ginger gentleman came on shift and altered the menu in front of us. (Originally it had been promoting the pubs special Easter cocktails) he then changed the sigh insert to read “Glass collection point, no seating” at this point he stated to us that there was no drinking here at the bar. Clearly the ignorant member of staff had not realised “We’d been here for some time” and just awaiting our next round. I got the gist this guy was management or the owner, unusual these day’s when the senior staff don’t have a clue on Customer service. (I have to say the younger members of staff were welcoming and polite) A lesson for the Ginger member of staff I think… Nobody puts the glass collection point near the door and then asks people to vacate from seats at bar. All in all could have been a good experience until the point we were effectively told to leave because there was no seating elsewhere in the bar.

Busy high class Hebden Bridge bar selling everything from Champagne to keg beers. Well worth a visit.

Great new bar in Hebden made even better by the friendly bar staff who went out of their way to help. Great selection of drink, clean and comfortable seating and fabulous atmosphere.

Fabulous brand new place to go in Hebden Bridge. Amazing good taste, modern, buzzing all day with great customers, live music both in the afternoon and later in the evening on Saturday with different acts. Highly recommended for a good vibe.

Came in last night and got cocktails for mine and my partner’s anniversary. Bar staff were amazing, especially the tall bloke with black hair, never managed to get get his name but he had great recommendations. The cocktails were amazing and very reasonably priced, the service was great. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend. The bar is also immaculate and very well decorated, looks amazing.

Lad with curly hair was very attentive and gave great service to me and my partner. Great place.

Staff were arsey, lad with black curly hair and beard was so rude, cocktails were filled half way! Not worth coming
