Full of great vibes, katsu curry is a go to absolute astonishing. Perfect pub, will definitely be returning. Perfect choices for beverages anything you want.

Good delicious. Staff friendly and they just get busier and busier. The menu is just the right size with a great selection of food.

Went with the fella for a date night had a great time! Food was deliciously good and drinks served nice and cold, our server with brown hair and green eyes was absolutely lovely and was very caring about us and our date night, I wish I caught her name as I'd love to say something to the company!

I recently visited the restaurant with my wife and child, and I must say that the food was absolutely fabulous. I tried the special chicken schnitzel, and it was delightful. The staff went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, taking the time to interact with our child and making us feel genuinely welcome. I am definitely looking forward to returning soon.

I visited the three elms the other day with a couple of my friends, and well I must say the food the atmosphere the service was incredible, we were served by a lady with a blonde pony tail , unfortunately I did not catch her name but I cannot express how great her service was, she went above and beyond for us.. I had the mussel linguine which was beautiful. If you want somewhere easy going with laughter this is one of the nicest pubs with one of the Nicest beer gardens in Hereford.

I really hate to do a bad review but I feel as a family that’s saves up up for a great meal last night was terrible, first of all I would like to say that when the girls took over the pub last year they were 10/10, and always has been consistent until recently, so last night we ordered hunters chicken for Nan and it came out cremated no cheese or any bubbling sauce, I ordered lasagna which came out half cooked and cold and literally no meat in it, the focaccia bread was rock hard and couldn’t eat it ,lasagna looked like it was a Iceland cheap frozen meal. My son’s burger which he normally has which is really juicy was dry and he didn’t eat it all (very rare!) the only one which enjoyed their meal was my husband, he had mixed grill which was completely different from the mixed grill a while ago, nicely plated with cherry tomatoes on the vine, his was just plonked all on each other. Maybe the chef has changed or as a chain they have downgraded their produce? Either way we will be spending our £70 plus hard earned money somewhere else. Only posting as it’s a great pub and if the carry on going this way they will not have any customers

Had a Sunday lunch with family. Worse meal I have ever had. Frozen food heated up. When my daughter food came it was still cold. Never having food there again. We are always out for meals but never again at the three elms and it’s our local so sad. Please cook decent food

Woww great pub for a family get together ,very busy at the time of booking but it didnt spoil.anything ,great staff ,very polite ,couldnt ask for a better day ,big shout out to the chefs ,food was lovely and hot and very tasty ,allthough it was very busy it didnt stop the staff asking if everything was ok with our meals ,thet really did go the extra mile to look after us all ,we felt so relaxed couldnt ask for a better day thankyou to the Three Elms staff for making our day and especially to the chefs for beautifully presented meals we all enjoyed the whole experience we will be back ,great selection of gin and beers thankyou katy and your staff for looking after us all Dev went the extra mile to make sure we were ok love to you all

Myself and my wife decided to head to Hereford again from chesterfield to the three elms for dinner 123 mile trip to get there and once we arrived we was greeted by the amazing team and seated straight away ordering our dinners was a breeze with drinks and a great friendly smile from Katie , her team as always was eager to do us a great service with lots of joy and laughter , as always our dinners was out of this world , tasty, very hot , and exceptional value for money , the staff as always were a great laugh and couldn’t do enough for us , as I sat and watched them buzzing around the guests I noticed how friendly and helpful they are to everyone , so it’s a massive 10/10 from me , as we left we was more than happy to be invited back again which we will take up that offer , so Katie and team we will see you all soon and thankyou once again for a great afternoon

Went for lunch with a few friends. Staff were lovely. Millie served us. She was smiley and friendly. Nothing was too much of an ask and I ask a lot as I’m such a fussy eater. The food was delicious and hot and quite quick. When paying the bill Katie was asking us how everything was and wished us a good day. Can’t wait to go back.

Came here the other day with 7 of my friends, we totally forgot to book, they was busy at the time, but was most willing to let us sit down and have some food, all I have to say is WOW, the food was absolutely brilliant and the staff couldn't do more for you. Me and my friends normally go else where but from now on we will be going to the three elms as its absolutely perfect with the food , staff and the atmosphere. Well done the three elms 😀😀

Visited for lunch three times in last three months each time the staff have been exceptional also the quality and presentation of food has been outstanding with a varied menu to suit all tastes and at reasonable prices. Hoping to visit again soon. Thank You

As we walked into the restaurant/bar area a lovely lady called Sam greeted us even though see was serving another customer. Sam was very welcoming and showed us to our table straight away. There was serval other tables taken Sam seemed to be the bar maid and the waitress working on her own what we could see. Sam wasn't inpatient with us while we took our time to order our food. Our food was great and Sam made our visit that more pleasant. Thank you we will come back soon.

We visited today for a spontaneous meal. So pleased with the menu options and with vegetarian options in mind. The bar lady that served us was busy but served us promptly. She was very friendly and attentive. She was very good with our daft kids. The kitchen made a mistake with my meal but as soon as I pointed this out she was very apologetic and what i presume was the manger speedily served me a new meal and again apologised. They really tried hard to smooth our experience throwing in a few extra roasties and Yorkshire pudding. My one son had finished eating before my second meal came znd my request for some more rice for him was granted. He ate the rice and left over sauce and we all finished together. We are all human and mistakes happen and when all parties are understanding and friendly problems can be solved. My families experience was unaltered and the venue did loose out. I didn't feel uncomfortable speaking up and hopefully these two ladies on shift 5pm 28th January didn't feel awkward either. Great customer experience because of the great service. I hope they both are very appreciated!

Nice place been through a ton of issues over the years but clearly it has been sorted , I was at the bar waiting on service all were busy. Out of the kitchen a member of staff helped and sorted me out I later found out his name Rich well he’s an assist he stepped up helped.

We usually go for lunch once a week for lunch and Lea usually serves us when she is available. The service is always very hospitable and as the pub is dog friendly, they always make a fuss of tour dog. The food is good value and they are usually busy with lunch trade. We wouldn't have been coming here for such a long time and with such frequency if it wasn't so friendly.

Arrived on a whim on a busy Sunday afternoon. We hadn’t been for ages but the pub is now under new management, so we thought we’d give it a go. You now have to wait to be seated as it’s a waitress service, but we only waited a minute or so. The wait staff were friendly. I had the meat duo Sunday roast and I was surprised how nice it was. Really tasty and incredibly filling. My husband says his was very nice as well (hunter’s chicken). The service was, quick, efficient and friendly. I’m pleased we tried it again!

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch, plates well filled and food was delicious and hot. Had a bit of a wait but were warned about this and the time passed quickly. Very popular, so would suggest booking if you want Sunday lunch. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I love popping in to the Elms. Not only does it offer tranquility and piece of my mind but I feel like a part of me belongs here. Lea provides an excellent service- not only is her name easy to spell, she is easy on the eyes and holds a fantastic conversation and seems to take pride in pouring me my beverage of choice. This is the place that I always choose to have a meal at! Whether it is with my Wife or with my Best Friend, we're always happy to eat, drink and have a natter here! The food it great (the Chicken & Ham Pie is awesome!) The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I'm very lucky that I only live a 5 minute walk away! Seriously though, try that pie!
