Good selection on the menu. Food was always served hot and correctly. Very good quality of meals. Can be quite nosey as open plan, but they have a covered outside area too if you want to bring your dog.

Nice menu on first impression. Lovely relaxed feel to the indoor space. Ordered 1x crab sandwich. Positive. The side salad. Negative. Thick warmed sour dough bread with a thin smearing of white crab mused with lemon mayo. Couldn't even taste the crab as there was so much doughy bread. Awful value for money. £16.00. Never again. Meal 2: premium fish finger sandwich. Postive: nothing. Negative. Left virtually the whole meal. Fish meat was processed, grey in colour and was clearly bought in as waitress told us. Nor premium at all. Batter was thick and rubbery. Awful meal. Will stay home next time and make my own crab and fish finger sandwich. Steer clear and save your money.

Ordered takeaway Pizza , for delivery to our lodge, delivery time was good, pizzas were good quality, arrived with a smile warm just the jib.

Had a lovely birthday dinner here the waiting staff were very attentive the food was served with a smile I had the mackerel special which was delicious

The Terrace restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Excellent menu served by friendly attentive staff. Well stocked bar serving figgy pudding gin ! We also had a full Christmas menu brought to the lodge one evening the quality of the food was exceptional and it arrived hot and ready to serve very impressed. A truly memorable stay can’t wait to return next year.

Not the first time we have been here, and noticed the menu has changed with not so many choices, but still a very good selection, with a number of specials each night. But saying that the food is still of the same quality and will...

We ate from here three times during our stay, the first night was amazing, great food, great service, so much so we ordered a takeaway that was delivered to our lodge the following evening, not quite so good, so we did complain and our complaints...

Had coffee with friends at Gwen an mor today and have to say this is the only place I would eat out at the moment as they provide the best COVID safety measures anywhere!!! This is the only place where all staff wear face masks...

Food was fabulous! We enjoyed lots of fresh fish.. dressed crab was DELICIOUS! so fresh!! All the staff were super helpful and friendly! Great little restaurant

We ate in the restaurant once and did 2 restaurant ‘take aways’ as tables are limited during covid. When we ate in the restaurant the food was well presented and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food is made with quality ingredients and freshly prepared, so we were very satisfied. Our 12 year old twins also enjoyed it.We weren’t expecting the same quality with the take aways, but we were pleasantly surprised. The items were individually boxed so things didn’t go soggy or get mushed into one pile. I think the portion sizes were a tad bigger on takeaway, in that more chips given. The burgers were the best - hand made thick tasty ones. They even included condiments in the bag without having to ask.We really enjoyed this restaurant- well worth booking in to.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch - well spaced out and good social distancing setup. Food was lovely and the ladies who served me were all really friendly.

Went here for an evening meal, after a day at the beach. Good menu, something for all the family. Food and service was great. Would definitely recommend

The resort itself is peaceful and welcoming. We are local and could see most guests were on holiday. Everything was so professional from start to finish. This really instilled confidence in us that staff were complying over and above with all Covid Guidelines and are putting safety first. Food was delicious, the only regret was not having room for One of the yummy chocolate desserts. We love it that there was air conditioning and it’s all dog And child friendly. It was lovely to sit at the table and see the sea and watch the sunset. A complete stress-free experience, 5 star for sure, without a fussy menu. We love it. Thanks to all the staff.

Really disappointed with the overall experience, beer was awful, food was super overpriced for what we got. Kids didn’t even get offered cutlery which is odd considering it’s a family holiday place. Oh and not to mention the very unwelcoming and grumpy staff and 35min wait on the food when there was barely anyone else there! I could go into more detail but don’t want to waste my time when I already wasted time at this appalling meal.

We stayed at Gwel an Mor for a long weekend and visited the Terrace Restaurant every evening.We had our ( very well behaved dog ) with us and were seated in the conservatory area . Although the weather outside was cold and at some points pouring with rain , it was lovely and warm in the conservatory and there were lovely touches like small comfy dog beds and blankets for us humans if we were feeling chilly .Booking is necessary , especially so I would say in high season as the restaurant isn’t massive for the size of the site and the amount of accommodation there .The food was delicious and there was a great menu and specials board to choose from .The service was good and very cheerful.The only thing that we both would say is that it would be lovely to have somewhere when staying onsite inside the restaurant/ conservatory in winter to chill out and have a few drinks after our meal with the dog allowed . I understand that not all dogs are well behaved, but it could be stated that only well behaved dogs are welcome as I’m sure it already is . We would’ve stayed for a few drinks and asked if we could sit on the comfy sofa just inside the restaurant door and were told unfortunately no dogs allowed.We have stayed last year as well ( we didn’t have the dog then ) and used the restaurant then too , we enjoyed chilling out after our meal on the sofa with a few drinks . There are pubs in the village that you can walk to but when the weather is particularly bad it’s nice to be able to stay on site .

Had a meal on Xmas Eve in the restaurant with my family. Nice atmosphere that you would expect on Xmas Eve The staff were very attentive but looked a bit tired, long Xmas shifts I expect. Good selection of food and all to a good standard.

Had a Christmas lunch after our visit to see Father Christmas, was the tastiest roast dinner we have had in a very long time! Children's meals were great also. Manager claire and her team, Shannon, Shaun, Cara & katey were attentive, polite, professional and make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back soon 5* food and staff

We enjoyed several meals formal and casual dining. We were impressed with the menu and the grandchildren loved the freshly cooked pizza. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the various dishes. Allergy info was available on request which is helpful.Surrounding were very classy and modern. Would highly recommend

Visited twice during a midweek stay at Gwelan mor. Booked online which was easy to do. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good. We chose from the main menu and the specials menu and everything was fresh and tasted good. One night we had live music which was good. The service wasn’t fast but that’s fine with me as the wine and local cider was great! Th restaurant is very clean

We visited the terrace booking online for a dog friendly table for our 1st night staying at Gwel al mor, we were seated in the beautiful conservatory that was fairly busy for a Sunday night. The lovely waitresses immediately made us feel welcome taking our orders and bringing a water bowl for the dog to the table, and if the dogs happy we are! We were served a very nice pint of Cornish lager and ordered our meal with lovely compliments how good the dog was. Starters were served quick and were delicious, when the mains came I noticed I had been served beef instead of pork, when I brought to the attention of the waitress she corrected this straight away and the chef added extra pork to compensate. Our meals were fabulous, amazing quality and probably the best Sunday dinner I have ever had, my husband had the burger and again he was very impressed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the service, the food quality, the friendliness of the staff, the ambiance was top class, and so dog friendly, we will definitely be visiting again during our stay!

Dined at the terrace restaurant during our stay and we weren't disappointed lovely food with different specials each night and attentive staff. Especially impressed that even though they were busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food.

We had the Seafood linguine with not a lot of seafood and a average burger in a nice bun, it did have a small of coleslaw on the side and when we asked for a bit more coleslaw we were charged an extra £3. We finished with the apple crumble but found the portion size very small served in a small tapas dish with no space to add the custard.

We visited 3 times whilst staying at Gwel an Mor Portreath. The food was always fresh and tasty. The staff were always helpful and polite.

Dogs are permitted in the conservatory area so we were able to bring our two large well behaved dogs with us when we went out to eat. There was enough room between tables for the dogs not to get kicked or trodden on as people moved about. There’s a decent selection of gin based drinks and I ordered one while studying the menu. We ordered a starter from the specials board of chicken, venison and hazelnut terrine which was delicious and I hope it makes it onto the main menu. The main course of seafood linguini was tasty but a little too creamy for my liking - didn’t stop me finishing every last bit though.

Al together a good meal. I think the fish was a bit pricy so ended up having the Caesar salad which was nice.

The Sunday dinner was delicious and the perfect portion. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean, modern and in a beautiful setting.

Been to The Terrace Restaurant at Gwel an Mor many times over last 10+ years. Always good service and consistent food quality. Moules frites and dressed crab both excellent and the boys loved the pizzas.

Well it would have been an excellent view if it hadn’t been raining heavily! But that aside, we had a table in the outside terrace ( don’t worry it is enclosed so you won’t get wet) and we were happy with the service and the food. The chairs were a little hard but providing a blanket at each table for cold legs etc is a nice touch.We all chose fish and chips and were not disappointed. It was busy but then it was raining. This restaurant is open to all but actually sits in the Gael an Mor holiday complex. Although you could walk to the beach, the walk up may be a bit ambitious for most so recommend a car. There is car park but it’s not huge.

We came here on our last night staying on holiday at Gwel an Mor. We really can't fault it. The food was delicious, the staff were fantastic with our children, service was prompt - and they serve Cornish Gold! It's a lovely, family friendly restaurant and we had a LOVELY meal. Highly recommended x

We were staying at the resort so decided to have a meal at the restaurant. We sat in the conservatory which was lovely and private. The staff were attentive and friendly and happy to answer questions on any of the dishes and the service was quick. My husband had the fresh fish which was lovely and I had the lamb which was extremely tender. Also had a lovely brulee dessert. I noticed there were also nice veggie/vegan options and afternoon tea.We also had a takeaway another night which arrived when they said it would, everything correct (for 7 people) and very tasty. kids loved the pizzas and fish and chips.

When we arrived at our holiday rental home in Portreath, this restaurant came heavily recommended in the welcome pack, so we decided to try the restaurant on our second to last night.It was by far the most expensive meal we'd had during our stay and the food was sadly average, let down even more by the extremely slow service when the restaurant wasn't even at full capacity.Poor value. I'd recommend the hearty portions at the traditional Bassett Arms but if you want something a little more fancy, head to the Portreath Arms.

On Saturday night we visited the terrace restaurant for a birthday meal. Have visited a few time and untill now was extremely happy. Unfortunately on this visit the see ice was slow and forgetful. It took 2 and a half hours to get threw two courses. Needless to say we did not stay for dessert. On top of this it seems the staff cannot remeber request unless they put it into a order screen. Asked for a drink on two separate occasions. Only to be forgotten. The food was OK. Nothing to rave about and when asked if all was OK. The waiter did not even respond to this comment. Will be reluctant to visit again. Such a shame

Visited whilst staying at Gwen an Mor. We booked a table in advance for the 4 of us which was useful as it quickly filled up. We were greated very warmly and the lady that served was really helpful, especially helping our youngest with his choice, she made sure he got exactly what he wanted. The food was really tasty, I had the burger with a couple of extra toppings folowed by apple crumble and custard and it was very good. The others said they really enjoyed their food too. We loved the little boxes of quiz questions on each table, great touch.

Superb all round. Really enjoyed the meal and overall ambience. Wednesday they have a local guitar/ singer which was great too. We had the crab (order 24 hours in advance) and it was the biggest and best crab we have ever had and local as well. Fantastic value too. Kids meals great too. Try the Cornish wine, not cheap but worth every penny versus french white or Italian any day. Service great throughout, attentive and efficient. Not just for Gwel an Mor residents but if you are staying here like us then we are lucky to have this place in our doorstep. Lovely.

We were staying on Gwel an Mor where The Terrace is located, but the restaurant does not match the 5 star resort. We are frequent customers of the resort and have been 3 or 4 times but the experience in the restaurant has put me off coming back. The food is okay, but not excellent. The only good thing about the restaurant is the fact it’s convenient for families to have a meal out while on the resort but actually there are so many lovely restaurants in Cornwall it’s worth traveling and getting quality over convenience. I’ll outline why we didn’t like the restaurant:The first night we ate there wasn’t too bad apart from being a little slow. Also the waitress didn’t ask what size wine I wanted but went ahead and gave me 2 large glasses anyway. I noticed the next time I went that there is a choice of small, medium and large. Not great to just give the most expensive option. The kids meals are in my opinion quite poor quality and the sides (peas / beans etc) is laughable in terms of size. Probably about 2 table spoons worth. When we left we booked a table for a few days time as we had family coming to stay with us so we wanted a family meal together. We booked the conservatory as we did the first time, as we had the dog with us, however when we arrived, the conservatory had not been booked so we had to bring the dog back to the lodge. Frustratingly, later in the evening the waitress came to tell me that the dog was barking in the lodge (lodge was next door), which was exactly why we’d booked the conservatory table! We had no other option but to leave the dog so there was not a lot I could do about it. We waited approx 15 mins before anyone came to order drinks. We then waited a further 20 mins or so before ordering food. The food order took so long to come, we had to chase a few times and the children were so hungry by this stage they were getting tired and tearful. The meals eventually came but the waitress had forgot to ask what sides the kids wanted so we had to wait again to get them. At no point did anyone ask how the meals were or apologise for the delay. We were not asked if we wanted a second order of drinks so we had to go and find the waiter to do this. We were not offered desert or the bill. Again I had to go and ask for the bill. When at the end of the night we explained what a poor service they had offered, the manager simply said ‘. We’re sorry YOU’RE not happy, with emphasis on your ‘you’re’, making us feel like our complaint was not valid. She explained that they were very busy and this was the reason for the delay but surely you should staff accordingly? No offer of a resolution was given except after a 5 minute conversation when she offered to take a round of drinks off the bill. The main problem was the attitude, I feel that she should have said ‘I am sorry the service you have received is not good enough’ ‘ I agree we should have done better’ can I offer you a round of drinks? But at no point did she admit the poor service or act like she cared. If she had had the right attitude we would have just accepted the apology. I guess the custom is guaranteed due to being on the resort and being convenient for guests which I think is half of the problem. They don’t have to try hard to get customers. She proceed to tell us that our complaint was rare and most customers were happy. This, unfortunately came back to bite as 2 tables of customers in the restaurant came over to our table to tell us that they were also unhappy and had asked to speak to the manager. Honestly I have never received such bad service in a restaurant, with poor attention to customers, lack of understanding of their shortfalls, and this is a poor reflection on the resort.

Second time visiting for food and on both occasions the food has been exceptional. The burger cannot be faulted, very juicy and full of flavour, one of the best I have discovered. Safe to say I will be back soon well done team

We were recommended this restaurant by a local friend who lives in Carbis Bay. They knew it was my birthday and said I would not be disappointed.The restaurant has a nice decor and vibe to the place. We booked a table and was very accommodating when we called to ask if we could push the booking back an hour since we were running late. Also nice to be asked if we would like a table indoors or outside on their terrace.When we arrived the staff was very polite and friendly and promptly took our drink order which was a bottle of wine. The menu is a good size with plenty of options. We had been recommended either pizza or the fillet steak.The staff was very understanding when my wife could not make up her mind and they had to keep coming back to check.My wife ordered the prawn linguine and I had the fillet steak with fries with peppercorn sauce.We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine and would happily give 5 stars for your food and service and will always spread the experience of the night with friends. We hope to return next year for a similarly great night.Keep up the good work

We decided to visit here for lunch after a friend recommended the place to us. We were a bit apprehensive as the resort is quite posh and we had been out for the day in our old drag racing car which is a bit rattly and noisy. We found a parking spot and fortunately the car was met with delight and the lady from reception came out to have a look at it which put us at ease. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly and the food was absolutely gorgeous, we both chose the Sunday roast and will definitely return. The location and general ambience of the restaurant was first class and I’d certainly recommend. We walked to see the animals at the farm after our meals and it was lovely to see the Reindeer and the chap working at the farm was friendly and knowledgable. Thank you

We went with friends, interesting menu, the chef clearly has a great passion for food, the staff were friendly and well informed regarding the menu.

5th time at the resort. Previous ones have been great. This time reserved a table for a birthday meal which we had to wait 20min for. The first round of drinks took 10min to arrive. Several of the dishes were not available even though this was early in the evening. Then we got the wrong food, had wine poured into very hot glasses that had just come out of a dish washer, asked to stack our plates for the waitress to come back and remove. The first two courses took over 2hrs.

We came back to holiday at the Gwel an Mor resort after four years and following a great experience at the Terrace Restaurant last time we came, we were really looking forward to experiencing the cuisine again. We dined here on our first night at the resort and the food was very good. In particular, the haddock and chips and the crab linguine were delicious. Buoyed by this positive experience, we then decided to have the last meal of our holiday at the Terrace, and remembering the fantastic tapas we'd had four years before, we opted for this. What a complete let down. We ordered six tapas dishes at the costly sum of £32 and were served up with six tiny portions of varying quality food which certainly didn't taste like authentic tapas or live up to our previous experience. In particular, the pork skewers were so overcooked that the texture was like chewing on sawdust and my other half joked that he should take the prawns away for forensic analysis. The patatas bravas tasted like boiled potatoes mixed with a tin of chopped tomatoes, and we really didn't appreciate being charged over £5 for six green olives in oil. To be fair to the restaurant, when I did say that the food wasn't up to our expectations, they did give us a 50% reduction on the price of the tapas dishes. That said, it was disappointing given the great meal we'd had earlier in the week, and it soured our last evening on holiday somewhat. If we do go back to Gwel an Mor, we may eat at the Terrace Restaurant, but we certainly won't order the tapas. Shame, because the resort itself is fantastic.

We had a lovely meal here and food was amazing, felt quite formal but staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it was delicious and well presented. Would eat here again.

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant. The food was nice, they even do portion sizes for toddlers which our son did enjoy. There is a decent selection of food. They do free onsite delivery if you are staying in the surrounding lodges.

We have eaten here many times, of late its not so good, yesterday we booked for dinner, it was not to busy, even though our table was ready we were kept waiting, when we did sit down we were kept waiting for a waitress to take a drinks order, we then had to wait for our food order to be taken we were not given the special board, only after we had ordered did we see other diner's be show the special board, we waited 45mins for our drinks and over an hour for any of our tapas to arrive, the waitress did apologise.The tapas was disappointing.We fell they are not bothered about local trade now they are a successful holiday resort. We will not be going back or recommending

Staying at Gwel an Mor so calling into the Terrace is a must as it’s on the site. Looks lovely from the outside but found the place very cold and draughty on the inside. Some heaters in the extension could sort the issue out so easily and prevent cold air being blown into the main area. Price wise it’s a little expensive for standard fare to be honest, the price of wines/prosecco and champagne is unrealistic. We preferred the Portreath Arms, only a 10 minute walk away and situated in the Square at Portreath. Ok venue for quick beer or G&T; before heading back to the lodge for a nice warming log fire.

Having booked a table, we were eventually shown the menus after about 20 minutes having been shown to a table in the conservatory. To say that it was cold in the conservatory would be an understatement - other diners were actually eating wearing coats, or with their coats wrapped around themselves. The whole experience and ambiance was therefore very poor. However, the only saving grace was the quality of the meal - compliments are due therefore to the chef and his team. But overall, our experience of dining at this establishment was very disappointing. In addition, we ordered a second drink each from the waitress - these extra drinks did not materialise - imagine our surprie to find that they had been added on our bill ! When this was pointed out, there was not even a hint of an apology. We will not be returning and will be recommending that our friends and family do likewise.

Restaurant 3/4 empty but very long wait for orders, with 3 children. 20 min waited even for the menus, to start with. Plus very loud music - why? Nice food but service... on Valentine day... well below expectation.

This is a lovely restaurant serving great food in a relaxed atmosphere. I had the belly pork which was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding which was light as a feather! Overall we were very impressed.. definitely recommended.

We had a few meals here and the chef is great, really good food and reasonable prices. It’s like a ski lodge/ beach feel. I would definitely recommend.

It was our 10 year amniversary and wanted a meal with a view. Not quite as stunning as we had read about but still some great views from the conservatory where we sat. What the hype lacked the food and service made up for. Excellent fresh quality ingredients. We had the bread and oils which we have to say has got to be the best quality and variety we've eaten by a mile; something so simple made a fantastic start to our special occasion. The steaks were cooked to perfection and accompaniments tasty and fresh. Dessert was simply divine. We were extremely full but very fulfilled! The overall price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommended.

The Terrace restaurant was the only disappointment at Gwel an Mor when we visited at October half term.

The food here was excellent. My friend just wanted 2 tapas dishes but the waitress said she should order 3 - which she did but then couldn’t eat it all. (They took the 3rd off of the bill) the gin was great and the service was good. It’s a lovely little place.

We dined at the restaurant while on holiday at the complex and thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. There were 4 adults, a toddler and a 13yr old in a powered wheelchair in our party.

Stayed in a lodge on site and visited the restaurant 3 times. Food on the first night wad amazing if not a little pricey. I do feel the price could be lowered just slightly and the menu is quite limited. By the 3rd visit i struggled what to have and didn't really enjoy quite as much. But would definitely recommend a visit....

The food was expensive and at first glance the choice is limited - however once we had seen the special board the choice was impressive. We sat on the terrace or conservatory at the front which was lovely and quiet. The food was excellent quality and the portion size was just right. We had food from here as take away one night as well. I recommend the beer battered fish and chips as well as the Jon Dory. Thank you

This restaurant is situated within the Gwelan Mor holiday lodge complex above Portreath. Probably one of the best restaurants going in that part of Cornwall. The menu is varied and features local produce all cooked and presented to a high standard. We visited with a wheelchair bound member of family and found access good, with another wheelchair user already in there. Access is via a reception area car-park and a short walk to the ramps. Clearly the very pleasant staff were comfortable working around the disabled. Prices dont appear dissimilar to other mainline restaurants elsewhere. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, perhaps less hassle out of season. Yep, well worth it, and it is not exclusive to Gwelan Mor residents.

Firstly I must stress if I was in the area again (which I will be) I would probably go back to this place. There was nothing wrong with this, and I had a very enjoyable family meal there. It was a nice venue, with a very decent ambiance and helpful staff. The food was fairly reasonable , but then again nothing memorable but I don't mean that really in a negative way.

Lovely restaurant on-site at Gwel an Mor. Perfect for a quick drink or a relaxing few! Food was tasty, waiting staff friendly and atmosphere cosy. Definitely worth a visit. Visited 3 times during a holiday @ Gwel an Mor Lodges.

Second time at the restaurant, and stayed on site. Food was good, though expect high end restaurant prices (we went to 15 and paid less for main courses)

I was more than pleased with the food and services quality of this restaurant. We visited the terrace whilst on holiday in portreath. With two intolerances in the party we were both more than pleased with the variety of vegan food available and alternates offered. Would visit again

We went to The Terrace to celebrate my son's birthday. The quality of the food was excellent and as I love vegan food, I ordered their vegan curry which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is set in lovely surroundings and you can view the sea from the terrace.

A bit pricey for what is on offer but generally good. 4 mains plus a toddler meal, 5 drinks and 2 puddings totalled £130

Good, tasty food with local produce. The staff were friendly and very helpful with dietary requirements. They were child friendly too.

Comí con un grupo de 3 personas y el servicio y el ambiente era muy bueno. Mi carne ordenados raro era cocinado. Que señalamos en el tiempo a la camarera y le dije que iría a comer, ya no quería comer. Ninguna disculpa o reducción en la factura fue ofrecido, que cuando se paga £24. 95 en mi opinión, no es lo suficientemente bueno. También por qué enorme pila de 3 anillos de cebolla en la carne? Mi última experiencia aquí para el almuerzo era muy bueno, así que quizás este es un descuento, pero no prisa volver en cualquier.

Not the best. The service was good, but the food was not so good and very expensive. We have been before and had good food. It seems to be a bit hit or miss.

Esta fue una segunda visita al complejo. El año pasado nos quedamos impresionados con la comida y el servicio en la terraza. Este año volvimos con nuestros amigos con la promesa de la excelencia. Tuvimos un pequeño perro joven con nosotros y nos llamó con antelación para asegurarse de que podrían entrar. Una conversación larga tenía 9 de nosotros, y el perro, reservamos en sentarse en el porche. Como había 9 de nosotros la terraza insistió que habíamos reservado con las comidas. Esto fue hecho por correo electrónico. Nos presentamos y nos dijeron que no podíamos sentarnos en la veranda para 'horas' y el perro no pudo venir. La comida llegó, pero por supuesto le faltaban los extras que se pide en la mesa (verduras para los niños, etc. ). Creo que tenían de ser entrenados mucho personal nuevo ya que el servicio fue 'torpe'. En general, fue decepcionante. Acabo de llegar no quiero dejar un perro joven solo en un lugar extraño, y la terraza no permitirnos nuestro lugar reservado era pobre. La comida era buena, pero no es lo suficientemente bueno para compensar la experiencia. Había sido tan bueno el año pasado que este año nos había reservado 3 cenas para 9. De todos modos las dos últimas reservas fueron canceladas ya que es demasiado caro para menos que excelente.

very nice food and service reasonably priced local produce great fish selection good views worth a visit

Llegamos bastante tarde sin reserva y el gerente no podría dio más servicial. Organizado la comida de los niños viene tan pronto como sea posible y el siguiente en adultos.

Visitamos una vez durante su estancia en Gwelan Mor. Me decepcionó bastante en la comida, especialmente para los precios muy altos.

Lovely meal at The Terrace - enjoyed lovely afternoon tea... then, after a breather, returned for wonderful dinner of tapas, paella and chocolate fondant. Great service and fab food.

Vine aquí por casualidad, restaurante tranquilo cuando llegamos, a sólo 6 Otras personas allí. Nos sentamos en la terraza/invernadero que tenía una bonita vista al mar. Nuestra orden de bebidas rápido pero tuvimos que esperar casi 1 / 2 una hora para la comida, algo extraño, ya que estábamos uno de los pocos que, sí un grupo no vienen después de nosotros, pero nos había pedido nuestro camino comida antes vinieron. La comida era promedio, pescado y patatas fritas y pollo : Pappardelles. El pescado y las patatas fritas eran buenas, pero la pasta era bastante sosa y el chorizo era de mala calidad. Nadie nos ofreció otra bebida o vino a ver cómo nos pagamos la factura y a la izquierda. Volver? No!

been coming to this resturant for yrs as we are locals, and it has always been lovely food and fair portions, however was very dissapointed on out last visit a few days ago. we ordered the sharing seafood platter which was nearly 30 pounds, we it came it had two tiny bits of smoke mackeral, 2 thin slices of salmon, a handfull of prawns and about ahandfull of crab meat. on the side was burnt olive bread. we had this last yr and it was a good portion. mentioned it to staff and was told the prices had gone up and the portion sizes down!! we left feeling hungry. will not be going again, rip off. on the plus side the staff were lovely.

Usando la piscina siempre era caro pero es muy lindo, así que no nos importó, pero han hecho incluso más caro y la comida no es barata incluso a nivel cafe. Caro y sobrevalorado. No es de extrañar que siempre estaba vacío.

The staff were very nice but this is obviously somebody's cash cow as the food is low standard,unexciting and highly overpriced. The ham egg and chips is better in most road cafes. The local road cafe smokey joes, beats this on every level.

On holiday in Cornwall and staying on site went there 3 times ! Had food in and on takeaway menu food was Lovely and friendly staff hopefully return one day pity such a long way from home

Visité para comer hoy con mi madre de 85 años que es frágil con movilidad limitada. Acceso desde el aparcamiento de lejos es muy difícil y no bien pensadas. Hay una enorme barrera al otro lado del aparcamiento que tiene que ser caminado a salir. ¿Cuál es el punto de esto? Después de cruzar la carretera hay una selección de grandes escalones o un camino innecesariamente largo para llegar a la plataforma resbaladiza. Cuando no se consigue, pasos son lentos, débiles y ancianos es francamente agotador y estresante.

Disappointing that at 3.15 on a Sunday afternoon that no catering staff were there to provide a traditional Cornish cream tea. Only one small carrot cake or a packet of crisps was on offer. Needless to say wouldn't bother again. Certainly not 5 star!!

Segunda visita para comer el domingo. ¡Delicioso! ! Precioso Yorkshire increíble y verduras flanes. Hemos comido el almuerzo de domingo en muchos lugares, pero la terraza en lo alto de la parcela. No tienen espacio para el postre. Personal muy amable y atento y con Terry en cargos que no te puedes equivocar. Definitivamente volveré de nuevo.

We have eaten here 3 times but portrays 5 star image but more like a children's playground with good food. More discipline please.
