I ordered a meal it was cold and a completely different order to what I asked for! I have them rung up to complain and all they keep doing is cutting me off, dont order from there

Large chips were more like small, salad was lettuce and onion, one wedge of tomato.

Me and my colleagues ordered burgers and snacks while on night shift. Unfortunately, the burgers came WITHOUT ANYTHING! Just the bread and patty (which is very dry). No veggies or mayo or whatever you put in a burger. The garlic mushroom balls/bombs that I ordered were hard and burnt. So disappointing!

Too comfortable with a regular order so they held back on the salad to make me order more. This should be given with a regular x

Food was very disappointing and cold. Had the wrong doner meat and the chicken burger was still slightly hard.

Food arrived cold I called them and confronted them about it and they denied everything and said I never ordered anything when I have the food right here and it has come out of my bank account. They would not send a full refund and it’s extremely expensive just for a donna wrap I paid £11 And for a small kebab with chips was £16.80. I would never go to this place again, you would be better off going to Camden Road kebab shop or the kebab shop on Grovesner Road.

Very disappointed with this order. The fish was completely over cooked and greasy, the batter was almost burnt and the fish inside was dry and tasteless. the kebab wraps had no salad or sauce, which is usually standard, the burger was hard all round the edge and very dry. I'm not happy at all. £46 and most of of the food ended up in the bin. The chips were fine so at least we got to eat something.

2nd time we have ordered here at around 11pm. Food is not as described. Salad consists of lettuce and tomato. Food was bland and sauce was non existent. Triple mixed kebab was dry, tasteless and the same as the double. The mushrooms for £6.50 were a disgrace. For the money, a poor show. Not everyone that places an order is drunk and just after food. They are taking advantage of people at a cost. This will definitely be the last time. Either serve it well or close earlier and stop being greedy for money.

Absolutely rubbish asked for all salad apart from lettuce all I got was shredded onion quater of tomato 3 pieces of chicken my husband had doner exactly the same never ordering from There again called them a s they said that's all the salad they do load of rubbish

food was ok but the delivery was late... when it finally turned up I got a message to say that they was busy and my delivery time had changed.. it would have been nice to know that information before they arrived.

They charged me £14 for a mix wrap ( no drink or chips or anything else just the wrap) for a little xtra I go and get a full roast dinner seated in a pub. Absolutely piss take on the price for the mix wrap!! It wasn’t even that great. I won’t be going there ever again at least they put their prices down on the mix wrap as this is what I order everywhere else and no one else have charged me £14 for that…

AVOID THIS PLACE! I hate leaving bad reviews especially as I had good times picking up and getting a delivery. But tonight I ordered food and it never arrived, I called the restaurant over 6 times and they never picked up. Why accept an order if you can’t deliver. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t rely on this place.

Order was slow, late and cold. No tracking, no response on the phone from the restaurant.

Went for the first time two weeks ago, was charged an absurd amount of money for a meet and chips ( this place is known to serve small portions). Went again for the second time, ordered a meal alongside a someone else and it was completely forgotten, had to remind them after standing there for 20 mins.. average kebabs for insane prices, check out camden road kebabs!

BAD BAD FOOD. I had forgotten that I ordered from them. That experience was a disaster aswell. This time, 1/4 pounder burger just had a bland patty between the burger bun. No sauce. No salad. BLAND. Smelt of old/very used oil. Disgusting and dry chips. DONOT ORDER FROM THEM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Took over a hour cold food said 4 minutes then waited another 20 before calling them back it did come eventually no chilli sauce my daughter enjoyed her sausage and chips my fox will be happy because my foods gone out for him as it was inedible

Visited this place for the first time and was charged £9.50 for cheesy chips and pitta bread with a can of coke absolute rip off and considering I wouldn’t feed my dog the food I was provided with I would defintly recommend people avoid this place

The chips were cold. The salad had no red onion or shredded cabbage. The olives were frozen. Tasteless and disgusting.

The shish tasted lovely but the portion size was ridiculous. A medium fitted in a pitta. It was smaller than a kids meal and the salad was just a little onion, lettuce and 2 tiny bits of tomato. Iv never seen a medium kebab so small and at that price. It was all fresh, but the poor salad size really let it down and wasn't worth the £27 for 3 meals.

We always have good experiences ordering food from here. The food is always early. We once had a wrong order sent they corrected it so quickly and gave us a free kebab for the inconvenience. I think the replacement food still came within the time frame we were given for our food arriving.

Only came to get some Onion Rings for me and my friend, and thought it would be relatively cheap for a portion of 8. But no, it was £9 (4.50 per portion) just for Onion Rings. I know a place in East Peckham that does two portions of x10 Onion Rings for £4!!!! The atmosphere was alright although the temperature inside the shop wasn’t any different to what it was outside (it being a cold day). Wasn’t waiting long, and the food was good, so worth the wait but is it worth £9?

I ordered a chicken shish kebab with extra salad… I haven’t seen a kebab like it in my life… three bits of chicken and the smallest amount of salad I have ever seen… no cucumber, not even a green chilli or red cabbage. Just lettuce, green cabbage and one tomato. Ridiculously expensive too.

Harassed in the shop by a beggar for money. Staff did not stop him and seemed mildly supportive of his behaviour. Puts me off going again.

Arrived cold, putting a cold can of drink touching hot food isn’t a good idea. I don’t order a takeaway to have to reheat it.

15 minutes late Food took so long to be delivered it was Luke warm when it finally arrived, driver did not appear to have an insulated bag to help keep things hot, there was no apology for being late ,I was just handed the carrier bag and he went very poor all round

I have ordered large shish kebab but I don't think it is large, I may say the styro is large. The salads are just onion, lettuce and tomato. Where are the rest like cabbage, cucumber and jalapeno? The amount of meat is small.

Sat 24th June. Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, 1 small, 1 large. Unwrapped carton, a large bug jumped out from carton and they were 2 lamb donners not chicken! Phoned to complain, told I was wrong. Why would I order lamb when we don’t eat it! Rude, disgusting hygiene and no refund. Driver refused to take order back. Reporting to food trading standards. AVOID AVOID.

Many people know me for my brutal honesty, and I'm afraid to say that this place is getting the worst of it in a long while. Last night, I ordered 3 kebabs, a burger, and 2 portions of chips (1 small and 1 large). I must admit, I had high hopes from previous visits, but on this occasion, I was absolutely appalled by the quality of what I received. For the price I paid, I was shocked by the pathetic portion size, 3 small chunks of chicken on a pitta, topped with a small amount of iceberg lettuce, is NOT a chicken kebab. I could get more chicken from a single tin of Hienz Chicken and Mushroom soup! I will not be ordering from this place again.

Loved my falafel wrap from there yesterday! Decent price (£6.50) and really good size too. I like that the place is still an unpretentious old-style kebab shop in the middle of swanky TW. Everywhere else that sells falafel wraps there charges about £9! Would much rather go here.

Cheesy chips were alright. Weren't chips but frozen fries with not the best cheese on top but melted which was good. Small and large used to be £3.50 and £4.50 but has increased to £4 and £5 which is poor for the portion size when in comparison to other places nearby.

Had to chase food after an hour waiting... apparently it was the 'just eat machine ' that was delayed sending the order to the kebab House.

Food was beautiful. I always ask for my donner meat to be well cooked, and they listen to that and cook it exactly how i like it. Some places struggle to understand this and send it the way they cook it. This is a big thing for me, as I won't eat it any other way. Chicken is also tender and juicy. I will always order from here now. Thank you!!

Ordered via Uber, after 5 minutes it said it was “on its way” which it clearly wasn’t. It was an additional 45 minutes. I had to pay an extra £1 for the privilege of a wilted salad on top of my limp kebab in a ripped pita. I specified which salad I wanted, given I am allergic to lettuce, and of course it was 90% lettuce. So I paid an extra £1 for my food to be completely inedible. Used to be a good kebab house, now not so much. Also, if you look between Uber, Deliveroo and other online sites the prices are ridiculously different! And because it’s sent via the restaurant themselves rather than Uber drivers, Uber can’t do anything so I’m without my food and unable to get a refund.

I’m living in Brighton. Whenever I’m in Tunbridge Wells I’m eating from here. this Kebap shop never been disappointed me at all. I know what real Kebap is for sure but I can’t find anywhere this quality and taste. Especially chicken sish is extraordinary. Well done guys.

Ok, so i will start by saying i landed here during a night out and bought a chicken kebab, which i enjoyed to the fullest, the staff is always friendly, if they say 10mins they mean exactly that, food is amazing, i go there every single time i fancy a kebab.

Meal description said donner kebab, but all I got was donner meat so definitely misleading and not worth the money I paid

Another great mixed Kebab. Delivered in 20 minutes, ordered fairly early on a Friday to be fair. Said we really liked the pickled green chilies so they more than doubled up in the salad which to me shows that someone cares, reads the comments and wants to be kind, small things go a long way. I work locally, self employed and treat myself every so often to a Friday night Kebab and can't think of time when I've been disappointed. Thank you.
