Took over a hour cold food said 4 minutes then waited another 20 before calling them back it did come eventually no chilli sauce my daughter enjoyed her sausage and chips my fox will be happy because my foods gone out for him as it was inedible

£24 for meat, chips and a bottle of water. Also slow service even though there is about 7 of them behind the counter?

Visited this place for the first time and was charged £9.50 for cheesy chips and pitta bread with a can of coke absolute rip off and considering I wouldn’t feed my dog the food I was provided with I would defintly recommend people avoid this place

It ok to go to the get food from here but they let them self really down when it comes to there delivery I say this because several times I have ordered they do something wrong like I ordered quarter pounder cheese with lamb Donner I get no Donner I ordered a mixed Donner wrap and I get the wrap on the side the Donner in pitta I ask for garlic sauce and get burger sauce I used to ring them to ask and get a expiration but all U get is aggression and being treated like Ur stupid and don't know what Ur ordered even thou there a description

Really disappointing, falafel were hard and sauce was lacking, no seasoning on chips, all I can say is edable.

The chips were cold. The salad had no red onion or shredded cabbage. The olives were frozen. Tasteless and disgusting.

very tasty lamb in the kebab, super (: - the actual make up of the kebab was a let down, lettuce was at the side of the pitta, and for the price of £10.0 I fear for the future of kebabs as *faster food* joints may be contributing to a newer frugality when it comes to ordering a kebab from authentic kebab choice providers

Not packed well and quality was bad

The shish tasted lovely but the portion size was ridiculous. A medium fitted in a pitta. It was smaller than a kids meal and the salad was just a little onion, lettuce and 2 tiny bits of tomato. Iv never seen a medium kebab so small and at that price. It was all fresh, but the poor salad size really let it down and wasn't worth the £27 for 3 meals.

Could have been a bit warmer, but still excellent!

Mrs ordered a burger came with no salad just burger and bun I had one last week that didn't look like this I've left it on the side some one else can have it tonight I don't eat no sauce or nothin for the price I payed I expect salad and sauce boys usually good

We always have good experiences ordering food from here. The food is always early. We once had a wrong order sent they corrected it so quickly and gave us a free kebab for the inconvenience. I think the replacement food still came within the time frame we were given for our food arriving.

Only came to get some Onion Rings for me and my friend, and thought it would be relatively cheap for a portion of 8. But no, it was £9 (4.50 per portion) just for Onion Rings. I know a place in East Peckham that does two portions of x10 Onion Rings for £4!!!! The atmosphere was alright although the temperature inside the shop wasn’t any different to what it was outside (it being a cold day). Wasn’t waiting long, and the food was good, so worth the wait but is it worth £9?

I ordered a chicken shish kebab with extra salad… I haven’t seen a kebab like it in my life… three bits of chicken and the smallest amount of salad I have ever seen… no cucumber, not even a green chilli or red cabbage. Just lettuce, green cabbage and one tomato. Ridiculously expensive too.

Harassed in the shop by a beggar for money. Staff did not stop him and seemed mildly supportive of his behaviour. Puts me off going again.

Arrived cold, putting a cold can of drink touching hot food isn’t a good idea. I don’t order a takeaway to have to reheat it.

15 minutes late Food took so long to be delivered it was Luke warm when it finally arrived, driver did not appear to have an insulated bag to help keep things hot, there was no apology for being late ,I was just handed the carrier bag and he went very poor all round

I have ordered large shish kebab but I don't think it is large, I may say the styro is large. The salads are just onion, lettuce and tomato. Where are the rest like cabbage, cucumber and jalapeno? The amount of meat is small.

Sat 24th June. Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, 1 small, 1 large. Unwrapped carton, a large bug jumped out from carton and they were 2 lamb donners not chicken! Phoned to complain, told I was wrong. Why would I order lamb when we don’t eat it! Rude, disgusting hygiene and no refund. Driver refused to take order back. Reporting to food trading standards. AVOID AVOID.

Many people know me for my brutal honesty, and I'm afraid to say that this place is getting the worst of it in a long while. Last night, I ordered 3 kebabs, a burger, and 2 portions of chips (1 small and 1 large). I must admit, I had high hopes from previous visits, but on this occasion, I was absolutely appalled by the quality of what I received. For the price I paid, I was shocked by the pathetic portion size, 3 small chunks of chicken on a pitta, topped with a small amount of iceberg lettuce, is NOT a chicken kebab. I could get more chicken from a single tin of Hienz Chicken and Mushroom soup! I will not be ordering from this place again.

Loved my falafel wrap from there yesterday! Decent price (£6.50) and really good size too. I like that the place is still an unpretentious old-style kebab shop in the middle of swanky TW. Everywhere else that sells falafel wraps there charges about £9! Would much rather go here.

Cheesy chips were alright. Weren't chips but frozen fries with not the best cheese on top but melted which was good. Small and large used to be £3.50 and £4.50 but has increased to £4 and £5 which is poor for the portion size when in comparison to other places nearby.

Had to chase food after an hour waiting... apparently it was the 'just eat machine ' that was delayed sending the order to the kebab House.

Food was beautiful. I always ask for my donner meat to be well cooked, and they listen to that and cook it exactly how i like it. Some places struggle to understand this and send it the way they cook it. This is a big thing for me, as I won't eat it any other way. Chicken is also tender and juicy. I will always order from here now. Thank you!!

Ordered via Uber, after 5 minutes it said it was “on its way” which it clearly wasn’t. It was an additional 45 minutes. I had to pay an extra £1 for the privilege of a wilted salad on top of my limp kebab in a ripped pita. I specified which salad I wanted, given I am allergic to lettuce, and of course it was 90% lettuce. So I paid an extra £1 for my food to be completely inedible. Used to be a good kebab house, now not so much. Also, if you look between Uber, Deliveroo and other online sites the prices are ridiculously different! And because it’s sent via the restaurant themselves rather than Uber drivers, Uber can’t do anything so I’m without my food and unable to get a refund.

I’m living in Brighton. Whenever I’m in Tunbridge Wells I’m eating from here. this Kebap shop never been disappointed me at all. I know what real Kebap is for sure but I can’t find anywhere this quality and taste. Especially chicken sish is extraordinary. Well done guys.

Ok, so i will start by saying i landed here during a night out and bought a chicken kebab, which i enjoyed to the fullest, the staff is always friendly, if they say 10mins they mean exactly that, food is amazing, i go there every single time i fancy a kebab.

Meal description said donner kebab, but all I got was donner meat so definitely misleading and not worth the money I paid

Another great mixed Kebab. Delivered in 20 minutes, ordered fairly early on a Friday to be fair. Said we really liked the pickled green chilies so they more than doubled up in the salad which to me shows that someone cares, reads the comments and wants to be kind, small things go a long way. I work locally, self employed and treat myself every so often to a Friday night Kebab and can't think of time when I've been disappointed. Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I gazed upon the wonderful decor of this palatial building I knew that I would be in for a whirlwind experience. I was instantly transported to an Arabian eatery with a wealth of spices and tantalising flavours. The meat was cured perfectly and heated to just the right level to create a taste sensation that cannot be matched. The can of coke was average

Decent food and portions. Not bad other than being cold this time because an ice cold drink was in the same bag as the food.

The food quality was not good, It was meant to be a combo kebab, 3 types, but lamb doner made up 90% of the dish with a very minimum qty of Chicken Kebab and Chicken doner. Overpriced. Will never order from here again and will never recommend this.

Technically “on-time”. Once ordered lead-time went from 35mins to 90mins. Far too long. Food was warm at best, certainly not hot. Portions small.

Awful kebab… firstly they will take advantage of you thinking you are drunk in the later hours. Got my order wrong to which I corrected and 1 particular member of staff was swearing at me calling me a liar and was extremely abusive. Even then I had to show him on my calculator the total of my bill… definitely avoid, food cold and soggy! Looks like food poisoning in the making.

GREAT KEBABS POOR SERVICE. I have had many kebabs from this place over the years and they have always been great.They have recently started to offer an online order for delivery service excellent!First 2 times great easy online order system choose what you want any extras ie chips drinks etc then there is a box you can enter any special requirements i like lots of lemon for the salad so requested it .It arrived before quoted time and hey extra lemon job good.Then last 2 times first order i ordered a can of coke with my food never arrived rang restaurant spoke to manager was promised it would be delivered but never arrived 2nd order filled in the special request box for extra lemon nope just one wedge plus said i was owed a can of coke nope nothing.Also after 1st 2 deliveries recommended to a friend who used the online order system and asked for seperate chilli sauce and pitta so it doesnt go soggy but it was delivered as you get in shop so why bother giving you a special request box if its ignored?Dont think ill use them again for delivery. as an update just tried to to order thru just eat and they wont except my order tell you what improve your food and service and ill give you good feedback

The food is disgusting I had a 1/4 pounder gave me food poisoning I ordered large chips they then tried charging me again I had to show them the payment to prove I paid for them and they only give me a small and started being abusive when I confronted them about the issue they then went on and tried charging me £2 for a small bit of lettuce on my chips, Very bad experience definitely recommend everyone to go elsewhere, I don’t see how they think it’s acceptable to run a business like this absolutely disgusting
