McDonald's in Tunbridge Wells

Sorry, four stars for the food but the rest was excellent.

Sometimes I find the chips are hot and the burger is sometimes warm, the hot drink warm.

Always quick service. Sometimes orders are incorrect but always happy to correct them without problem.

Always take too many deliveroo etc orders - can't keep up with demand and make you wait too long for food. Then forget your order or mess it up entirely. Place is rammed with delivery drivers often arguing. Horrible place.

Heaving. And the quality of the food is not good enough for prices they are charging.

While I worked there if you did anything that wasn’t to the managers standard's they would scream and shout at you in front of customers and make you feel terrible about yourself while they made themselves feel proud that they degraded you they would also hide in the office when it was busy and leave when their shift is over

Management beat me behind the building cause I complained the food was cold (which was)

Slowest fast food rest I ve ever been. They have like 36789 delivery drivers who they give priority. So you are there waiting like a proper idiot. Staff touch the food with bare hands . None of them wear gloves . Takes foreverrrrr

Quite good but chips were only just warm

All the food was cold and soggy I’ve gone down there to get it changed and they only done half which shouldn’t be acceptable, this needs to be improved. I would like a refund

The driver not delivered on the right place

Place is clean but when at 7pm on a Thursday so not super busy. Food arrived luke warm. My mccafe ice was on the less side of full. The lattee was stone cold. Had to go down and get a fresh one which whoever put it on the tray could tell the cup wasn't warm. However the guy behind counter solved the issue quickly. The staff could smile more. I saw another family have food delivered wrong twice , one was a missing item. Next one she just took a burger down and came up with a drink and new burger. If this is what it'd like on a Thursday then god help this place on a Saturday.

Took over 1 hour to receive a small order

I’m not happy with deliver as I asked no knock or door bell but didn’t listen and woken up my baby

Every single time we come to this place it is an absolute nightmare. They’re always disorganised, you have to wait for ages, even on a Sunday night. Definitely not fast food so avoid!

My food turned up cold chips where soggy ordered a medium and got a small

one star is being to generous if you want my opinion after ordering my mums dinner for delivery.... we waiting an hour and a half.... nothing to do with the delivery man as I was messaging him the whole time he was stuck there over an hour and then when he managed to get it out was stone cold to say I am fuming.... they need to get there act together by the sounds of it.... and when you have to pay for the dips and they don't come....I am going to ringing and ringing them until I get an answer from them!!!

Cold food, took ages to come missing lots of items

Food was delayed getting here and everything was room temperature at best. Ended out having to put everything in the air fryer and microwave to heat it all through.

Food arrived two hours after it was ordered. The food was squashed and cold

Ordered my family meals and instead of nuggets in my daughters box they put a double cheese burger into the nugget box , I can’t believe they don’t know the difference between nuggets and a burger

Ordered, paid for but never got: 2 apple pies and a Big Mac.

Great MC donalds, drive thru is a bit of a pain as often you need to park up and wait for food to be delivered. But otherwise great.

My daughter and I are stuck in hospital, wonderful to be able to get a delivery here! Thank you.

Fries were rank. Cold and limp. Delivery kept getting pushed back so although on time it was late

The triple burger and the chicken mayo were cold, when they arrived also the so called hot apple pie was also cold and quite greasy and the the mc flurry was very runny more like thick cream rather than ice cream, and the brownie was a bit stale this was a total let down by McDonald's and it's time they got in people who know how to cook rather than just taking on people who do not take pride in their work, and food is one area that's failing all the time, so I am not at all happy with it.

seriously took over a hour to get to me the whole order was cold. I'm sure it was the driver picked up the order and waited for others as it's only 5 min away in the car and took a hour+ to get to me

Food cold , allergic to onions and they sent all burgers with onions and no cheese !!! Not happy at all

My McFlurrys were melted my cheeseburger had leaked everywhere and had no onions in it even though I added extra onions the mayo chicken wasn’t even wrapped up and the chips were cold

Supposed to dine in wait 15 minutes only for no one to bring the thing to me. When they asked what I ordered they still gave me the wrong medium meal with ice when asked for large and no ice! Honestly these people are beyond useless and I will not be going back!

Extremely nice and helpful staff, other than one short white woman with brown hair who was screaming at all the employees 24/7

Not sure it should be called fast food anymore it certainly takes longer now with all the technology than simply pay and collect job done ! Now it's like collecting things from argos with your numbered ticket 😩

Awful place. Every time, and I mean EVERY, they manage to get my order wrong. Items missing and wrong orders..without fail. Completely incompetent staff working there. So annoying it's my local one. If you have a McDonald's closer to you then go there...avoid this one at all costs.

orded at 7:58 and it didn't arive till 9:13 the apple pie is cold the mc flurry has melted and the milkshake is just liquid not Thick as it Supposed to be.

I ordered breakfast at about 9.30 am and it did not come until 11.30 this is unacceptable

Long wait in drive thru, food seemed undercooked

Waited outside 25mins for one double cheeseburger. Ended up having to go in to collect, it was just sitting there ready, store carpark was empty so was restaurant and atleast 8 staff just standing around talking. Got my burger when I opened it was mushed up and half hanging out I ended up just throwing it. I get that some times are busy but they took the mick today and they couldn’t have cared less.

Freezing cold spilt food, place is a shambles

Just popped in couldn't believe the rudeness of the Front of house staff.Nobody bothered to serve me even though they knew i had been waiting there for 10 minutes They seemed more occupied talking about what they were gonna do at the weekend. i was the only Customer in the restaurant at that time. Then the manager came along and was too busy Pouring himself a cup of coffee and complaining about something something to a Colleague of his.. when I asked him is there anybody Serving he looked at me with a glum look and ask me very Rudely. WHAT DO YOU WANT? With that I turned around and walked straight back out.

Waited an hour and a half for three drinks and some fries

its an absolute disgrace, ordered food 8 15ish arrived 9.40 rook driver over half an hour to get here, chips cold soggy, burger was smashed upside down, orderr wrong, mclurry was no longer an ice cream i want a conplaint raised

This is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!!

Unfortunately I was delivered someone else's food as part of my order, had to request partial refund. Cheese and Bacon flat bread was good though.

Late missing my drinks how do you mess up with drinks when every meal has a drink 🤦 sort your self out macdonalds
