Krispy Kreme in Tunbridge Wells

The staff here were always lovely and friendly, but it is now permanently closed, and they are removing all the machinery today and have signs on the door. "This shop is now permanently closed. Apologies for any inconvenience"

Simply the best doughnuts in the world. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, especially the young lad called Nick.

A shame, at one point you could sit in some nice seats but now you can't even walk up and get a doughnut to take away anymore, you'll be turned away. Car drive thru only. Fortunately Greggs is just a few metres along the car park.

Why have a Krispy Kreme drive through for donuts and you don’t have any donuts to sell since it turning into a drive through I have gone through release you don’t have any of the original glaze no biscoff I’ve had to reverse out of the stupid drive through I’ve been disappointed too many times now not coming here again this had made me sad

No more coffee place, just drive through, they closed down one of Bristol’s main tourist attractions 🙂

we pulled up around 9:45pm which is near the end of opening times for them. pull up to the window and we had never been before so asked for a little time to gather what we wanted. my friend was vegan and hence we asked about the options with boxes and what was suitable. we were greeted with one of the most polite, enthusiastic and helpful people we have ever dealt with at a drive through, she worked through the options slowly with us until we were happy and even then gave us a couple extra that they had left for the day. exceptional service with a smile, definitely going back! (vegan options were pukka by the way) Kenzie, you are the best! 🤟🏼

This place is drive-through. It was pretty straightforward to order and collect without coming out of your car.

I’m not the biggest fan of donuts and just bought some for a gift. What a lovely surprise at the drive thru when my wife and I were served by Emma and Kenzie! Absolutely wonderful people, I had a big order to make for Eid gifts and they were so helpful and so friendly! I’m definitely coming back to buy from them 😊🙏

We went tonight and all I can say is the worker Emma was absolutely amazing she was so friendly and polite the best service I have received!

Went through the druve through and was served by Mitchell. Great member of staff, i asked questions and he answered in confidence. He chose some doughnuts for us and his choices were 10 10. After my purchase i left but came back within 5 mins as the service was so fast and friendly i just had to buy 6 more!!!! Thank you Mitch

The lady you've got working on the drive-thru is lovely! I didn't catch her name, but from arriving at the order point, she was full of energy and enthusiasm and her personality made me feel uplifted...she was exactly the same at the collection window, bundles of energy, happy to be there and it was infectious! Krispy Kreme can't be bothered to serve customers who don't drive a car, making takeaway impossible. The staff here at Avonmeads are rude and have zero customer service skills, too. It's safe to say I went to Greggs a minute's walk away which was a far better place to buy doughnuts. I'm never going to any Krispy kreme ever again.

Literally sold out of 60% of all flavours, unable to offer any boxes. Pretty dire

Refuses to serve pedestrians even though it meant missing out on multiple orders both from myself and others right behind me and there were no cars. I mentioned the fact that it is essentially discrimination against disabled people who can't drive due to a disability like myself and the response was that we can go to Cannot Circus. So disabled people have to walk 2 miles to buy a doughnut. For clarification. I am unable to drive due to a visual impairment.

My son and I have just been served by Emma, late on a cold and miserable evening and she was an absolute ray of sunshine! She was friendly and patient whilst we browsed the menu in the drive through and she was bubbly and warm when we paid. She also gave us a very generous surprise when I said we were celebrating his tenth birthday. She really made our day :D

Such a shame that you can't eat in anymore as the kids loved watching the donuts being made. Donuts are great though!

I tried to order but they take only customers with a car! That’s mental! I was there trying to order a donut for my partner as surprise and they told me they don’t serve people that are not in a car. PS. I was the only person in the queue NEVER AGAIN!

We arrived at the end of the day and we were served by Emma. Her whole personality brought as much joy as the doughnuts did. She was polite and jolly and provided a great service even though it was the end of her shift. She even explained how great Krispy kremes is for the environment as the leftovers get used for fuel etc. Also the doughnuts were fresh and great as always

We’ve been to this particular location twice now when we’ve fancied a late night sweet snack and both times the lady that’s served us has been the sweetest person always having a nice chat with us and generally just making the experience 100x better with her infectious positive energy, so much so that we felt we needed to leave a 5-star review (really wish we knew her name so we could mention her by name but based on the other reviews her name might be Emma!) Lovely doughnuts and even lovelier staff :)

Don't know if they allow me to drive through on a motorbike. Wouldn't be able to hold the doughnuts I hope to purchase... and that's trouble.

Kinda mid, dude wouldn’t let me take some doughnuts that were thrown out, they were in boxes, it’s just a waste of food, he also rude about it

Drive thru only - great for those who don’t have a car

Full trays of donuts were left outside. This had caused a feeding frenzy for seagulls, who were landing on the trays to tuck in to the donuts. Unhygienic and super bad for both the birds and the environments.

Trays and trays of donuts left out back being eaten by a flock of seagulls. Not very hygienic!

Myself and my friend went on a late night mission for doughnuts and milkshakes, the lovely lady (with the glass) was so kind and generous and we didn’t get chance to thank her properly before we drove away! Thank you for telling us which doughnuts were fresh, you had a gorgeous smile and you really made our day, we love you!!

Didn’t go in. Main store is closed, drive through still open and quite busy. Funny though to watch a chubby family trying to pull the doors off in their search for sugar!

Awful! Drive to get some donuts for a little treat and they only have 4 flavours available. Considering the main concept of the shop is donuts, not great is it. The ones we got were stale too.

Nearly £9 for 4 "filled" doughnuts. Got them home and there was only 1 bite with filling in each one, about a teaspoon worth! Really disappointing.

Very quick service and no height restrictions so I could use it with my work van!

Fresh doughnuts but some of the ones I selected were substituted for others.( I suggest you check your order before you leave).

They do not honour the codes here. Be careful of that.

Gutted to see they have closed the actual walk through down and now only have a hatch in drive through. Only pictures but not seeing the donuts is a bit boring takes away from the experience you expect with the price of them

I'm not sure what's going on here lately, but someone can't use the cream filling machine properly. On the past two occasions I've been here the filled donuts have a pea size amount of filling, or even worse, ripped open at the bottom and nothing inside!

In the pictures and their website, it's showing that there is a place to sit, but on site there isn't.

The service here is fantastic, a real breath of fresh air. And the doughnuts have always tasted fresh, unlike other stores.

There normal all year round ones are really nice but the special ones are some of the worst tasting donuts ever! Very disappointed for decently expensive donuts! My favourites are the raspberry, strawberry and chocolate like ones!! I had the valentines ones and they were very fragrancey, literally made me gag!! Update: Tried going again but it’s now turned fully into a drive thru… out of all the Krispy Kremes this one was my go to but now I can’t even go into it… I haven’t got a car and can’t drive! I don’t understand why you would do that.. you’ll get less customers this was I’m so confused!

come from cardiff and this isnt the 1st time turned up and i know it a hub where they make them and hardly no donuts what so ever hardley no choice. waste of time only 4 glazed donuts. what a joke

Gutted they closed the store but at least they kept the drive thru. Aside from the donut they do really great coffee and we said as much while sitting in traffic slurping the frothy coffee. Donuts great, coffee even better! Think of it as a coffee shop that does donuts.

Great staff above all. It's also very clean and I love that you can see the doughnuts being made. The drive-thru window is weirdly small but I can't fault the branch otherwise.

Very average coffee served by a member of staff who seemed less than pleased that they were busier than normal because the coffee machine at the Costa next door was broken. Very sterile, functional decore. Don't think they expect people to actually drink/eat in. Won't be going here again.

Like Krispy Kremes, but much prefer picking a slection over the pre-packaged choice. The upsell with discount on buying double shows the mark-up. Overll fun fast food, admittedly not healthy.

The best donuts! Only go once in a while as a treat! The staff are excellent, the choice of flavours is always brilliant and they make the donuts on site so you can see them being cooked to perfection and if it can't get any better it has a drive thru!!!

Great! The drive thru can be pretty busy in the evenings because THEY'RE THAT AMAZING! and remember if you go around 8ish to ask for free glazed donut that's hot and fresh. So good!
