The Rolling Pin in Craven

It may just be me but it seems whenever I visit a Costa they all appear to be going seriously downhill. This one in the quaint village of Skipton is no exception to the rule. It is filthy and dated both inside and out. The panel on the front facade had fallen off and the seating where we sat had the foam exposed. The lack of choice is also something to behold. Choose either a dry withered blueberry mugging (sorry i mean muffin) at £3.00 or a lemon tart and pretty much nothing else on offer. The staff are friendly and I would assume these matters are out of their control. Costa in general needs some investment right across the board IMO.

great pub, was enjoying it, at least until I had an encounter with Isobel (short hair) who was incredibly rude. She should be ashamed of herself. Her attitude in the workplace is concerning. After this, I will NOT be returning, and I will NOT recommend to any of my family or friends. Some people really need to learn some manners and how to speak to people.

Really nice old fashioned pub , great beer and friendly service , would come again for drinks and food , may be a; overnight stay It’s been refreshed lately it looks good

Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff. Really good pub food. This is the sort of pub you should support with your custom. Really hit the spot after a cold day on the hills.
