Brilliant staff. Great for a game of pool or Darts. Very nice relaxing area thrpugh back with working fireplace for the cold weather.

What a great and friendly pub. Bar man Graham is a top bloke . Very relaxing and nice environment. Pool table is awesome,great pints. Old school traditional pub. Very welcoming and warm feeling pub, Please go in and give it a try

Very lively pub in village ,good food and atmosphere, great place to eat and have a pint , plenty of outside tables and if you can ,,reserve your table if it’s a weekend

Great pub, but no alcohol free beers, some people don't always want a beer, start stocking what people ask for, not what you think they want.

Went in on the spur of the moment and was very happy to have done so. Welcome was warm atmosphere inviting. Hadn't been in for years but look forward to returning soon

Quick drink here before dinner. What a lovely watering hole complete with cosy fire and friendly staff. Will definitely be back here.

great friendly old fashioned pub

Personally not for me. Shared accommodation with shared facilities. I like my own space with my own bathroom. There also wasnt any Wifi which is obviously the most important thing these days. So yeah overall not my scene. My room was clean and tidy though.

New managment are doing a fab job turning this lovely wee pub back into what a pub should be

Ripped off my DJ friend, refused to pay him after he had worked all evening. Beware if you do any work for them, get money up front. A dodgy bunch.

I haven't been in the pub for a couple of years, things were, I'm glad to say, pretty much as when I was last in, the people were pretty much the same, thankfully, old, good friends, the atmosphere as always, friendly, amicable and inviting, but it's the people that make or break somewhere, and it was full of the best, the old, as I am now, the young, and good, happy relaxed staff, it was my pub when I started drinking in the seventies, forty years later, it's still the best pub. Thank you Railway Inn.
