Went for Sunday lunch 5 of us 2 had the chicken 2 had the pork 1 had the beef.can honestly say that it was the best sunday lunch we had for a long time the only thing I would suggest is a little more of the lovely veg .The caramelised perfitarolls was amazing all the sweets we had was just 10 out of 10 .and the two hard working girls were fantastic great service great food what a lovely day we had defantley would recommend this lovely place thankyou .

amigo de Señora va aquí regularmente a cenar asado de que no soy que desee. Es un poco de una cocina de sopa con colas de billies aquejadas de Bexhill colas para conseguir su grub. El lugar ideal para tomar 'amigos' para tener una comida y bebida barata.

The Green
As a local, I visit here fairly regularly. But really only because it is 'handy' and visitors want to try it. Last visit on Easter Saturday evening was appalling. Really busy (which is good) but only 1 guy serving at the bar, so was constant queueing. Had a table booked to eat, but was sharply told we had missed it- apparently it was an hour earlier and they couldn't now accommodate us! I wouldn't mind, but had already spoken to the bar guy about it and said I'd be back nearer our booking time. And then we had been sitting under his nose, trying to pass the time until our table booking. Horrible service and won't be back any time soon.

Bexhill RoadWe were a group of 12 that had booked a table. We were shown to the table but were told that we couldn't have pizza because the pizza oven was broken. I ordered my drink at the bar and ordered the carvery (you pay extra for 3 pigs in blankets). Staff were friendly and polite. The roast meats looked OK, I had gammon and turkey. The veg was adequate, the peas were starting to brown under the heat lamps. There was plenty of veg choices. The gravy was not next to the veg at the end of the food run but on a completely different counter which was a bit confusing. Overall the food was OK, it was a good price.
