placed online order at 18:30 food arrived after 20:00, won't be ordering again, terrible service.

As a group, it was ok. Food wasn't spot on. Do have up and down your having bad night

Ordered about 6.30 with estimated delivery time 7.40-7.55. Called them at 7.50 to be told they were waiting for a delivery driver. Then estimated delivery time changed to 8.35. Food arrived at 8.45. Received chicken biriyani instead of chicken tikka biriyani I ordered. Not happy.

Delivered 2h 45 m after ordered……nearly so late it was ready for breakfast. When ordered it was showing 35-45 mins wait time

The bag containing the food had been knocked about and the food containers had opened spilling the contents inside the bag and all over the containers. All of the popadoms were broken and were all over the inside of the bag. A complaint has been submitted.

Lovely food. Timing estimated was later than requested but it was a very busy time (early Saturday evening) so found that very acceptable and it arrived at the time given.

Best Indian takeaway. Been using for 25 years. Love it, great staff.

We ordered 2 chicken biriani meals in January of this year where we found in both meals that there were about 4 small pieces of chicken. We have had another delivery tonight of the same meal where again there were 4 small pieces of chicken in each meal. Having thought that our first order was a mistake that there were very few pieces of chicken, we’re amazed that it’s the same tonight, shameful !!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU AGAIN

The food is usually amazing. I believe tonight there was a problem with drivers. Not entirely the restaurants fault but meant our food was not hot.

the starters, naan and rice were tasty but unfortunately the curry lacked flavour and spice.

This is the only Indian takeaway that we purchase our Indian meal from absolutely lovely food

95 mins to get the food. All of it was cold and the chips uneatable

Order at 7.15 with the wait time saying 30-55 mins. Placed the order and it changed to 8.30-8.50. We didn’t receive our food until 9.00! Chips were cold & hard, naan bread was burnt. Really disappointing, waste of money.

Was disappointed tonight ordered the omelette & chips for my 10 year old daughter and she couldn’t eat the omelette as it was full of onions! But its listed as a plain omelette

onion bahjee was burnt, chips were extremely salty and over-cooked like they had been fried 4-5 times. poppadoms were stale the only decent thing was the tikka masala.

Ordered dinner at just gone 6pm with a 30-50 min wait time. Turned up just after 8.30pm after several calls to restaurant.

The food was fantastic but it took nearly 2 hours to come and was 25 minutes after the latest delivery time.

This was a delicious meal! All the items we ordered were piping hot, fresh and bursting with flavour… 10/10 for me and my first choice for Indian takeaway and the standard I hold others too!!

Absolutely delicious!!! Fresh chicken breast rather than pre-cut frozen chicken some use.

Almost a 2 hour wait for our delivery to arrive, restaurant was rude and blamed it on just eat regarding our address. This isn’t a customer issue but the blame was put onto us. Tried to contact the restaurant multiple times to have an up to date time of delivery, all calls ignored. Applied for money back as suggested by just eat, restaurant clearly thought it was acceptable and refused any discount. Will not order from this restaurant again and strongly advise customers to avoid.

Order was expected between 5.50 and 6.10. It arrived at 7pm. The driver said there had been a vehicle breakdown. The food was like warm.

The chip are horrendous half cooked and big thick chips makes half cooked even worse just a all round poor curry not be back

We are 10 minutes away, got message to say on its way so made way round to pickup point, 30 minutes later called restaurant who said " I pressed wrong button" no apology. Food arrived 40 minutes late, cold, pretty mediocre. Let's face it Just eat make their money from restuarants so they don't care about customer service.

Serious lack of quality control, oil all over the bag of food, ended up staining our kitchen top. Most dishes tasty but Balti and Chilli chicken there was sooo much oil, the dishes were swimming in it and spent time spooning out the oil into the sink. Really disappointed, chicken was also not moist but quite tough. Will not be back.

Not impressed honestly. We used to order regularly here, but the veg curries are now just tubs of sauce with about 2 potatoes in and barely any veg??! Although the sauce and rice are tasty, there's just nothing in it! I begrudge paying £15 for 2 tubs of sauce essentially. This is actually a complaint we've made before, it's a shame they didn't listen. We'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. We also preordered for later in the evening due to work commitments, but it still arrived 20 mins early.

Good food but the delivery was 30 minutes late, no apology or notification of this.

I pre ordered to ensure there was plenty of time for my meal to be delivered at the selected time, as it is indeed a Saturday eve, I don't mind waiting up to 15 minutes but almost an hour is not really acceptable. And by the time I did receive it, it was too late to eat and enjoy it, so it went to waste. Probably best to collect if you want your meal on time.

Don’t usually write but nothing major but the shami kebabs were over cooked and the chips wasn’t nice , they are a busy place so i wasn’t to concerned about time have eaten from there many times and will continue
