When it finally Arrived over 2 hours after I ordered, tasted awful, the rice was extremely overcooked also not what I ordered, I’ve never had butter chicken that looks or tastes like what I received the korma tasted like baby food it was all horrific

Good biryani but poor tika masala - looked like blood pudding!

Very disappointed, the food was cold, the chips were not fresh, the popadoms were all broken and stale, we didn’t receive the dips we ordered (again!!), the chicken tikka masala the chicken didn’t taste freshly cooked either.

Was disappointed, very oily, not like it used to be there. Hadn’t been there for awhile as bad experience last time, this will be my final time. Never again !

After a wait of an hour and a half I received the wrong food which was tasteless and poorly cooked. Not even a complimentary poppadom. Will order elsewhere next time I want a curry

Great taste and good value for money.

One prawn (really) lamb dish only 4 piece lamb in the dish . The mixed started came in paper bag . No popodom even though it was more than £18 . Don’t know what’s going on but it’s not the same as used to be . Won’t order again

The worst meal from this restaurant very oily

It was our first time ordering here as our usual was shut today. The food itself was actually pretty good (naans and bahjis a little cold) but the delivery was 2 hours from the time it was accepted by the restaurant! Estimated arrival from 7:45pm and it didn’t arrive until 8:35pm!!! We also had no apology for the lateness and our request for some money back was rejected… Due to this, we won’t be ordering from here again!

Passing through fancied an indian, Found this place on maps from the outside doesn't look much, go in then down the stairs and it's really well laid out, lighting is good and nice decor, food was absolutely delicious haven't had an Indian in a while there's a shame it's not local to me (south wales) would be in here regular, decent prices too, pleasant staff, clean toilets what more could you ask for.

I ordered my food around 5.30pm for 7-45 pm the app said food was delivered but wasn’t when I finally got through to restaurant at 9pm they said it would be ready soon finally got my food delivered at 9.30 , which is unacceptable so I would like some sort of recompense for the lateness and inconvenience ???

Restaurant didn't start delivering till 17:30, we ordered at 16:50 and it was delivered 17:30, what amazing great service thank you. Delicious food as always

Very good place. Went on a Thursday for the Buffet, good choice and with there being 7 of us we did book but plenty of space. It was my birthday and they did a cake and sang which was very cute! One thing I will say is if no one is talking it’s very quiet and off putting as no music was played. But staff were great and attentive and food was hot and always available, and full of flavour.

I ordered meals for 3 of us for delivery. All main dishes had an unpleasant soapy taste. The lamb dish had obviously been made with mutton judging by the toughness of the meat and all of us were left with an unpleasant oily coating in our mouths. But the worst aspect was that all of us experienced upset stomachs with frantic dashes to the toilet within 30 minutes of eating. Never again will i order from this takeaway/restaurant! I will be requesting a visit by the Food Hygiene people.

Everything was cold chips and nuggets were not cooked properly and forgot mint sauce and salads and I ordered extra chips didn’t get

The food is fantastic, but I'd recommend getting it as take away from now on as they don't sell alcohol anymore. Curry without a beer? Terrible business move in my opinion. You can take your own booze in (which is cheaper obviously) but it's not the same experience. Edit: Beer is now available for purchase in the restaurant! Good choice! 👌🏻

Sadly this was below par… food was lukewarm and delivery was 35 longer than the time quoted… Prince of India is normally my ‘go to’ Indian takeaway/restaurant but definitely unimpressed with todays order

1 hour and 40 minutes for food to arrive which to be honest is shocking for early Friday evening, food was good but not very hot which is probably due to how long it took. called the restaurant when it was past delivery time and was told it's left and wouldn't be long, it still look 15minutes for a 5 minute drive. very disappointed

Shocking delivery time for 1 chicken korma and rice , waited an hour and 10 mins. At least 10 mins over the maximum delivery time .

Curry was very watery and chicken felt dry when chewing. Never usually have an issue with the food but today was a let down. Delivery driver was lovely though!

I ordered my food at 5:50pm it didn’t turn up until 7:30pm, the curry and rice was cold. Never ordering from there again.

Lovely meal from Prince of India. Saag aloo was undercooked but I was given a refund so I won’t remove a star. Otherwise, everything else absolutely delicious.

Is there a different chef? The chicken tikka curry was much stronger and no oily veg base. The chicken tikka masala was spicier than normal too but lovely. We also got one extra chicken tikka masala instead of the white rice that should have come with it - but that was kind of a bonus.

Fast delivery, food was piping hot and even got a couple of freebies. Always had good food and no problem ordering.

We visited last night, early evening, family of 14. Waited a while for starters, which didn't all come out at the same time, luke warm. Waited what seemed an age for mains. It appeared they were more interested in getting out their home delivery service. Mains were luke warm. Very disappointing as we used to visit some years ago and was always very good

Nearly 2 hours late but good was good and tasty lots of sauce on the curry.

We have been eating here quite frequently for 25 years. It is consistently good. I cannot remember ever being disappointed there but I would advise sticking to bottled beer. Staff are friendly and it is a wonderful restaurant. Pricing is reasonable.

Order was late. Tried to call restaurant and no one picked up even after serval times trying to phone. Also when food arrived it was cold! We have order through them a few times before but over time we have realised time is always late. However tonight has been the longest. I’m afraid after this evening it has put us off and we will not be ordering agian. You never receive an apology. Service has gone down hill.

Enjoyed the food, first time we have ordered from here, original delivery time was 19.50 and then delayed! Will probably order from here again though as different from our usual.

This used to be a great spot for a delicious curry, but not anymore. Staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there, over an hour’s wait for the main course which was lukewarm and a curry that was more a bag of frozen veg with a few bits of chicken added. Never again.

Incredible balance of flavours, good-sized portions and everything tasted fresh.

Food always spot on! Plus I’m a Coeliac and they have never made me ill. So great to have somewhere to eat that’s local and reliable.

Excellent food every single time! We eat here regularly and the food is always absolutely spot on. It's a family run business and everyone is really friendly and professional. Despite being busy all the time, the place always has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Can also recommend their takeaways as food always comes out great each time. Decent prices too!
