Very welcoming pub, great atmosphere and staff, the young barmaid with black and red hair with great energy was very helpful and entertaining

A pretty good little spot, a proper pub. No food to be cooked, just the old style boozer with plenty of beer to choose from.

Fantastic pub off the beaten track. This pub has a friendly, calm atmosphere. The Staff are pleasant and helpful, the beer is well kept (Green King). The interior is comfortable with plenty of snug corners for a quiet natter. There are sports TVs dotted around but the sound is not obtrusive. The toilets are smart and clean. All in all very lovely experience.

Braugut Zeus here after meeting the lovely Ruth who's the landlady. The pub is warm and friendly and I honestly was so happy to take Zeus to the lovely garden that the pub holds. The service was great and just felt at home! Thankyou Rose GM

What a lovely little back street boozer. Went for Karaoke evening on Saturday and had a fantastic night. Very busy night and the staff working were all extremely attentive and were keeping the spirits high. The manager Ruth Was also such a lovely lady. We will return

Our first trip to a pub post lockdown . We were made to feel very welcome and were advised of the protocol with regards to safety. The pub is clean and the staff are friendly. Have lived locally for some time and only discovered the pub when out walking. Will certainly be back . Thank you Prince Frederick 😊

I was not pleased having a male cleaner take or seem to take a photo of me in the public toilets. Of course, as soon as I got home, I contacted the council and they replied saying they looked into it but staff are not allowed phones on them. They have devices that look like phones but they take pictures to show the areas they have cleaned as proof they have done a sufficient job. Far enough. However, I told them that the cleaner turned to face me and held his device up pointing at me as one would to take a picture. It was just us two alone in the public toilets. I felt extremely uncomfortable but he left quickly after. The council member just said that they informed the company and the company responded that they have spoken to their employees about public etiquette and they have basically been told how to and not to act around the public. I'm very annoyed and frustrated with his behaviour.

Good food (pub grub) and good selection of drinks available, quick and friendly service. But the bar area tables seating etc plus the toilets are in now in need of a full refurbishment.

Recently visited the prince frederick and even though it was busy the staff behind bar managed to give excellent service. I was served in a timely manner and was greeted friendly from the moment I walked in. The manager Leanne took the time out to make sure I was looked after. I will definitely be returning!!!

I have visited the Prince Frederick on a few occasions and although it was ok, since the new manager Leanne has taken over you can feel the difference. The atmosphere has greatly improved and the change in management is the best thing that could have happened. It’s a friendly environment with lovely staff. Leanne especially is very welcoming, helpful and has very good customer service. I would definitely recommend the Prince Frederick to friends and family.

Took a one off trip to visit the pub as family used to own it many years ago. Was not disappointed, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a wide range of drinks and it's is very clean. The menu is limited but their lunchtime meal deal is incredible value for money and it was fresh and hot. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the venue is getting a bit run down and neglected. Green King need to invest some money in the building itself so that it can reach its full potential. Thank you for a lovely afternoon and some great memories to finish our holiday

Pub has been our local since 2004 and we’ve seen many changes & management, have to say the present ones (Rob & Jo) are by far the best for a long time, bar staff past & present have been good (a couple of exceptions tho!) the present ones deserve a mention, particularly James, Sean, Madelana & Leanne, although James will always sit down in his break & chat, it will continue to be our local for the foreseeable

Friendly and attentive staff especially Leanne who was very informative on the beers and advised well on which to select due to popularity and feedback she had received . All staff otherwise was friendly and polite but the effort and patience of leanne stood out above all . Will be back in the future

Went to meet a few pals to watch the England matches. So pleased to have found this place. Old school pub and people which is truly hard to find now. Being a single girl walking into a new pub I have already been accepted as one of their own and made lots of new pals. Love that they do pub nights out too and have put my name down for a night of racing. Guvnor knows how to run a pub!!

Friendly, back street Victorian pub with beer garden. Hard to find but easy to enjoy. Village atmosphere with wide choice of well kept beers and lagers. Simple food menu but big portions

It's just a down to earth local pub. Always people to talk to, and they allow dogs inside. Sunday roast is amazing, and their lunch specials are great value! Pub quiz at about 7pm Sundays is always fun with a few friends.

Went for A Sunday Roast. It was very tasty. The portion was big and couldn’t eat it all. We were delayed getting there and they kept our table that we book. The pub is cozy and the staff are ever so friendly.

This is a local tucked away in the back streets of Bromley, with a regular clientele and sports screens. The food is quite good for a little pub. There is a decent car park for patrons off to one side.

A casual enquiry about the history elicited an introduction to another customer and then a brief history of the pub, the area, the original brewery, and a recommendation of a book, all of which is exactly my cup of tea. I love this pub

Could not have had a better welcome: full eye contact and a big smile from the Lady behind the bar, so obliging and friendly, she even offered to carry my pint to a table because of my injured hands. A splendid choice of hand-pulled beers on offer and the beefburger with dressing was spot on. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars. I will be back.

Been to many pubs but this is the best. Hidden behind houses which is great as it's only locals who pop in as they know it's there. It's one of them rare pubs where everyone is friendly, chatty and no trouble what so ever. I usually pop in there on my electric unicycle, sit down and chat to the regulars. Can't do that in any other pub in Bromley. Made some great friends there, and always guaranteed a safe, happy, friendly environment. Always be my regular and the owners and bar staff are fantastic. They don't just ask what you want, they ask how you are, happy to chat away while serving pints and makes you feel welcomed. Can't recommend this pub highly enough. 10/10 and I will never find a pub like this anywhere else ��

Well, it looks like my little local has gone back to being a good little boozer again.

I used to drink in this pub for many years but not for a long time since 2004.

This is our local pub and I'm really sad it's not more welcoming. We moved in and were excited to go in make friends and find a new local. We were ignored for 10 mins by the young barman. When he decided he would make eye contact with the strangers he grunted and served us begrudgingly.. first impressions not great but we tried on a couple more occasions and the older gentleman and Lady behind bars are much more friendly. Wine and beer is good value and food looks nice. Just never felt welcomed enough. I appreciate locals will always be looked after but give other people a chance and there could be more business for you! The landlord and landlady have always smiled and been friendly to their credit and a couple of the guys in the bar. Will try again and hope for the best!
