Food was absolutely amazing. The belly of pork was fantastic, best ive had in years. Paula was a fantastic waitress & the chef the Cool man was fab. Will definitely be back x

Literally waited 2-2.5 hours for our food! Then it was served barely warm, & would not have been much better hot? If only they had the decency to tell us they were running so behind? We could have just gone elsewhere. We had a Burger king the following day for 1/4 of the price, plus it Inc a drink, & it was absolutely delicious!! Over priced rubbish food, with unacceptable service.

Wonderful Sunday lunch! Beautifully cooked, flavoursome roast lamb special with perfect vegetables and Yorkshires. Delicious! Quick, courteous service from friendly, helpful staff.

A real shame. A potentially very nice English country pub ruined by the chain who own it. No local beers - only ubiquitous dross on keg. One cask beer and that wasn’t even local.

Greeted by Reece he was funny and very knowledgeable on the menu excellent service and the food was amazing love this pub

Great evening meal at the Plough, delicious food and great service by Reece. Halloumi fries highly recommended as an addition.

We were seated and served by Reece. He was very polite, helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! I had the king prawn, chorizo and scallop linguine followed by mini lemon tart and coffee. Delicious! Everyone enjoyed themselves!

Reece was a top lad, very funny and knowledgeable very handsome and knew everything about the menu!!! We come very often and will definitely be back!!

My husband and I visited on Saturday 9th. I booked online that morning and all times were available. We arrived just before 2:30pm. Table wasn’t quite ready so sat down at 2:45pm. Ordered our food and the menu looked lovely. I chose pork belly with Dauphinoise potatoes and roasted carrots. My husband chose the steak pie with chunky chips and broccoli spears. An HOUR later it arrived! The waitress, who was lovely and rushed off her feet, had chased it up when I asked after over had an hour. When it finally arrived, we did have free drinks to make up for the wait. However the meals were terrible. See photos. The pork was pretty dry, one carrot and a few sliced potatoes. Couldn’t even taste the cheese. The pie was over cooked and dry. We did complain when asked about the meal. More Dauphinoise potatoes and 2 carrots were bought out for me. But by then I had finished my meal anyway. We were hungry! Again the waitress was lovely and made sure we didn’t pay for our meals. We also ordered desserts and unbeknown to us were free too. But would rather have had a decent meal. The indoor restaurant was nicely laid out but needs a good clean looking at the seats. The tables were cleaned but could see the legs were grubby and state of the tables not good in general. The ladies toilets smelt as soon as you walked into them. Empty toilet rolls on floor and stained toilets. No excuse for this. So disappointing.

We came to the Plough for the first time and we were blown away by the incredible food and service that we received by all the staff,especially the lovely Olivia. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

This place always struggles to attract good staff for any period of time. Waiting in line for bar service and empty tables that are supposedly reserved?

I have visited the plough many times across the years. I would say that the customer service was exceptional. The downside was the food. We visited on a Sunday for a special occasion The Sunday roast was at best average. It was lacking flavour and most people had lukewarm meat on their plate. Other meals were OK but not the wow their london prices would suggest (yes, sunny Kent at London prices) Would i recommend? For customer service and location, yes. For food, meh

What an amazing meal we had! The staff made it exceptional for us from the minute we got there to the minute we left. The food was the best we’ve had for a while and came out hot and tasty every time. We will definitely be coming back. Such a lovely place, Thank you The Plough Inn

Attempted to visit this pub, but were told that they were at capacity on a Sunday and we had not booked. This is not an issue, but then receive a parking charge notice for a stay of less than 20 mins while we enquired inside. As we had tried to be customers and meet the parking conditions, I contacted the pub and they were very pleasant and accomodating in resolving this issue quickly.

We came for my birthday meal with our children and we were famished. The food did not disappoint, such great serving sizes for starters and mains. We went for sharing options, a very large pizza garlic bread, the tastiest halloumi fries and a substantial charcuterie board arrived first. They were delicious, in a good amount of waiting time after, a sharing platter roast dinner for hubby and I, a sizable children's roast and an adult roast for our teen. We were stuffed. The waiting staff were so polite and friendly. One nice gentleman even offered to let me have first dibs on the cauliflower cheese, he could see the desperation in my husband's eye!!! Great sense of humour! Thank you for a great birthday.

Lovely Monday evening meal with superb friendly service from Lucy. Great atmosphere and quick bar service from Olivia. Added bonus of 40% off mains this week too. 😄

I went to the plough inn enynsford today with my dad There today I had a very lovely cup of tea which I really enjoyed It was of the best cups of teas I have ever had in the whole wide world Also I had a coconut cake which I also really enjoyed it was of the best coconuts cakes I have ever had in the whole wide world The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely experience there today at the plough inn eynsford This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

Very warm inside, just right. Waitress so kind and helpful. Food delicious although next time we need to tell the chef to cook our vegetables a little longer as I don't like crunchy vegetables which seem to be what people are wanting these days.

Amazing place close to the river

Nice country pub with a great buzzy atmosphere. Food was average, mainly because of the price (didn't feel the quality matched the price). The place could kinda do with a refurb. All the bar chairs bases had gone, so you're almost sitting in the floor (we found cushions!) and the arms rests are pretty filthy. Toilets not so great too! I'd still visit, but when the weather is better to sit outside. Service was nice though and very friendly!

The food was terrible i had mushroom risotto which was semi cold and was obviously frozen and reheated my kids had margarita pizza each which was basically pizza dough smeared with tomato purée and virtually no cheese staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful very expensive too had much better food elsewhere for a lot less

Visited the Plough inn over the Christmas period. Not only was I met with impeccable food but impeccable service. Was met by a young waitress (Ava A) who ensured we had a lovely experience and a young lad by the name of Tristan who made our drinks. Safe to say we will be returning in the new year.

Awful experience. The guy serving us was invading our personal space, did not give us the festive menu, serving others and not serving us. he was all over the place. very un professional . We just left without eating. lucky we went around the corner to the Castle and had a great evening as a family and great food. Will be going back there and not to the plough in future.

Had a lovely family meal with plenty of choices Our server was really good (and patient) as we ordered off different menu options & the group took a while to get organised There’s a good size car park & it’s easy to find in the middle of the village by the ford crossing Food was delicious

Great atmosphere and very scenic location. Unfortunately, some of the food doesn't match the quality of the ambience. Mac and cheese was bland, although dauphinoise chips were good.

I attended the Plough Inn Eynsford for the 3 course Christmas meal with a friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The only let down was that I was advised by a worker that my chocolate dessert, which was the chocolate bomb would melt once the hot sauce was poured on it. However, this did not happen. Then I was advised by the manager that she shouldn't have told me that as the dessert was never going to melt and instead I was supposed to smash it. However, it was too late by then. Therefore, this was very unfortunate as I wanted to video it. Apart from this misinformation the rest of my Christmas meal and drinks were incredible. Also, my friend and I really appreciated the Christmas card we got from the staff there too. I would love to eat there again and would highly recommend it.

Went for Sunday dinner and staff were extremely welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was lovely and well timed so we didn’t feel rushed. Our server Reece was a breath of fresh air, so accommodating, helpful and upbeat.

Tristen was our waiter and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Service was 10/10. Food was lovely and despite it being Christmas eve the restaurant was not over crowded.

Lovely atmosphere and setting, the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. There was an extensive menu with some very tempting dishes, however I was disappointed with the amount of vegetables that accompanied my turkey, one small slice of carrot, three brussel sprouts and three small roast potatoes.

The food here is delicious, it’s a up market pub restaurant in a lovely quaint village we had views of the beautiful little river from our table on the first floor. Reece our waiter was excellent. Highly recommend

Fab table for a group with 2 babies in prams and Tristan looked after us amazingly. V attentive and even though we were separate from the main restaurant he was never far away and regularly checked on us. Thank you!
