We have returned to the park to use all our points up as Harrogate s' The park 'is closing to be referbed and become more premier inn rooms, etc, and no longer the public can come for food only those staying at the hotel. We have always enjoyed our meals and time at the park! Friendly, kind, and helpful staff! Especially when we have come for the kids birthday s and some staff have put up birthday banners s! Our sons chicken burger will be missed ! We will miss you x

Popped in for lunch as had a birthday voucher. Connor looked after us and made us feel welcome and never under any pressure to order quickly. Food good -mixed platter - steak tender, gammon tasty as was also the chicken. Service by Connor excellent- shame Table Table are closing this venue on 4th July.

Good, quick, friendly service, but food poor - hard-fired 'crispy-coated' mushrooms, dejected chips, and brick-like jam rolly-poly.

This is the third time we have stayed at Premier Inn and have never been disappointed until our arrival on 01/06/24. We found the bar has reduced their opening times and the last orders are now 9.45 PM. We were not formally told until we arrived back to find the pub in darkness. This was a huge disappointment as we always head out into Harrogate and came back to enjoy the evening. This made such an impact on our visit as also other visitors had raised their concerns. My partner is also type 1 diabetic and we always grab a few snacks to bed from the pub. We headed over to the vending machine to realize it was out of order and no where to get anything. They did have biscuits on the counter Fortunately for us a nice lady gave us a couple of pounds as we had no cash on us and they wouldn't take card payment for these. I loved this premier inn unfortunately i wont be returning. I

We stayed next door at the premier inn and stopped there for dinner. The food was great and we were well looked after by Connor despite requests for changes to the menu and and more custard. Nothing was too much trouble and his service with a smile was greatly appreciated.

We've been here for the last 3 nights while visiting a nearby event. We've had good food and great service for both breakfast and dinner over as the days. Thanks to Connor for looking after us.

Great couple of days eating here. It's a popular restaurant and we see why. The team are friendly and helpful and food was brilliant. We will be back.

Fairly average chain pub. Nice enough, service OK, decent value for money, nothing special though.

Service is very slow even when quiet and the food is very average.

We had a buffet at The Park today for a family gathering and it was absolutely fantastic; there was so much food and it was all absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend.

£4.65 for two tiny slices of cheesy garlic bread which took 30 minutes to arrive. Don’t think we will bother with a meal if it takes that long. The place wasn’t even busy

Absolutely diabolical. Ignorant staff. Got in at 5pm received did an hour and half later cold food. Children’s food looked like second hand food. Never go there again. Avoid at all costs

Premier Inn restaurant/bar. Good drink selection and typical pub set up. Food is nothing to write home about but filling and satisfying. Car park at front. It's OK.

Very disappointing. Started well, seated quickly and a good menu. Sadly the food took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did arrive, one of the meals had a hair in it. Other meals were decent, but would have expected it to have taken 20 minutes. Service staff tried their best and the meal was discounted. Probably best to avoid.

Turned up today at 10:45. Ordered full English and a Continental. Only 5 mins later was told the cooks won't cook anymore hot food now as we won't have enough for tomorrow. This is a lame excuse for somewhere selling food all day , or a east until 12. Won't be going back.

Waited ages just for food order to be taken, even though restaurant was practically empty. After a long journey we just wanted to eat and sleep.

Took my elderly Mum for lunch. The lady who took our order was lovely. The other staff were too busy to offer sauces or vinegar when serving us. The food was nice but cold. I went to the bar to pay the bill as I failed to be acknowledged by a single member of staff. An elderly lady on the next table waited and waited to be noticed by staff. She only wanted a spoon. I helped myself to one for her from the cutlery tray I found earlier whilst searching for sauces.

Service exceptionally poor. Table booked for 5pm, turned up to a somewhat empty pub/restaurant. No drinks or food menu on offer. After ordering starters (gluten free nachos and a prawns starter), after 30 mins I had to ask where the food was. I was told rudely by staff that it takes longer to prep because I’m gluten free. Understandable but I have been to Italian restaurants and been out within 45 mins. One of the staff serving (the rude one that pointed out it takes longer) very rudely threw starters at us (I assume because I had to ask where our starters were in the first place). Food brought out in dribs and drabs, 9 year old child served last. Food was ok at most, nothing special. I would advise heavily on not using this restaurant for a family friendly food/drink experience.

Always a smiling, helpful manageress excellent service and lovely food

Not a bad breakfast, and the price considering kids eat free is very good. Service took way too long to come to our tables, and we had to ask for someone to take our order. Service following that was good. I prefer the full English breakfast buffet many of these restaurants host compared to having to list every item and quantity to order, but that's just personal preference.

Absolutely appalling service. Mediocre food

Waited over 5 minutes to be seated as greeter was also only bar staff. Annoying when customers who just wanted a drink went straight to bar and were attended to first. Service was slow. Venue not busy. Main courses arrived and were ok. Service again slow before ordered a pudding and it arrived after 20 minutes. Refused to accept. No/ shortage of staff!!!! Will not be returning in the near future.

Service excellent, relaxed and friendly. Reasonable prices and good vegetarian selection. Immediately ask if any allergies or dietary requirements Definitely recommend.

The food is ok nothing special but not bad. When on the weekday deal, 2 mains for £10, its very good value. But the service is spectacularly slow. Really suffering from low staffing levels front of house and in the kitchen it seems. A meal of a main and a dessert took two and a half hours and it was empty when we came in (although busy by the time we left). The dessert took almost an hour to come out after ordering. Kitchen and servers simply couldn't cope with the volume, blaming the delays on the Chef as 'in training'. In general it was a little disorganised, imagine it became more chaotic after we left. Felt a bit sorry for the servers and the customers who came in after us.

We were sat down and left to our own devices for a rather long time before someone eventually turned up to offer to take our order, others around us came in later and were served sooner. They were also informed of the kitchen limitations upon arrival, unlike us. This place used to be incredible a few years back and I have tried previously. But with lack luster food and bad service I think I will just avoid it in future. Nice place for a pint or a coffee though.

Staff friendly and polite. We were shown to a lovely quiet table tucked away. Plenty of choice on the menu and food was presented well with lots of flavour. Really enjoyed our experience.

Very good food, staff on shift worked really hard but could do with a couple more in shift. Despite that service was very good.

Only went for drinks. They do tasty mocktails at a good price. Nice clean place.

Brilliant food and brilliant service

Stayed at Premier Inn next door. Had to wait for some time to be seated. Tables were sticky. Waitress was attentive and friendly enough, drinks within 5 mins, food within 20 mins. £40 for two burgers and chips and 3 drinks.

Just a quick review the meal was nice it was hot when it arrived but had to wait over 30 minutes my wife went to find where our order was and they said it had just been plated. This was for fish and chips and a mixed grill you may find this ok but we were the only people in the restaurant. Just a few people having coffee when you have to wait for so long for food maybe that's why the restaurant was empty.

Worst fish and chips. Could not drink house dry wine tried 2 mm not good. Staff very good but another tables bill. They called me back sorted it out. But food mm very sad now coke was OK and bread butter good. Fish dry chips mmm sad 3 years ago was really good bill 45min to sort

Had a lovely meal here, mid week so very empty. Booked on the understanding it was brewers fayre as per advert on brewers fayre website. It isn't, !! How ever staff very friendly food good, menu exactly the same as brewers fayre. Would return.

Brilliant meal deal, 2 cracking dinners for £9.49. I thought it would be tiny portions but it wasnt and it was delicious. The staff were very attentive.

The food and service here is brilliant. We stayed at The Premier Inn and enjoyed breakfast here and dined in the evening aswell. Good selection of breakfast. The main courses and desserts we had were lovely. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are a credit to this establishment. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Service very slow 🐌 took ages to take drinks orders and then another 15 mins to receive seemed like they had a number of staff but doing the wrong things front of house poorly managed.

Had the best full English breakfast I've had since Gary Wilmot's wedding.

Simply the best in Harrogate, great staff, great food

Three pie experience! Wow. Incredible flavours and sided with chips, peas and gravy, a hearty manifest! Breakfast in the morning I enjoyed THE MOST PERFECT poached eggs and bacon. Petite blonde staff member super helpful, smiley and friendly. Camera doesn't do the food justice, amazing.

Came into the park 3 guys were in front quite posh lady served them took their order & completely ignored me even sat next to the table she served, when I asked for a menu & she could see I was ready to order food! Over 30 mins she just ignored me disgusting service won't be ever going back again!!!! She never came to serve me so didn't order anything out of principle the fact that I was in work gear & they were dressed posh!!!! Will be telling all my friends & family not to use SHOCKING!!!

Service was a bit slow, but the food was perfect, if they had a problem with staff shortages they could have mentioned it.

gave 1 star as had to give one to write a review. Terrible service, main meal brought had to ask for side orders as they didn't show up. ordered a sundae which only just made it half way up the glass, was told that pictures on the menu are not a true representation. but for £ 6 you expect the glass to be full. miserable waitress took it back, it came out with a spoonful of brownies on top. in all a 2 course meal took 2 and half hours.

Advised by premier Inn we didn't need to book as the restaurant wasn't busy - it wasn't. Hostess was miserable and advised they were fully booked but we could eat in the bar area. Chose this option but had to wait nearly an hour for two meals. Apparently 2 large tables caused our delay - there was 10 tables in the restaurant all but 2 had no more than 2 people at each. The 'big' were a family of 5 and another family of 6. Terrible service. Food was mediocre.

Staff are polite and friendly, food isn’t the best but does the job. Think Wetherspoons quality but more expensive.

Meal portion are small for price not as good as they were

Friendly staff, waited ages for cooked breakfast. Ran out of pastries and yoghurt. 1 toaster for everyone so queues. Fruit didn't like appetising, coffee was very nice. But its a cheap meal.

Took grandchildren for breakfast before a day out. Everything really good, with plenty of choice for the Continental and Cooked Breakfasts. Hot food cooked to order and served on hot plates. Staff really helpful and polite, nothing too much trouble.

As we were staying next door we decided to treat ourselves to dinner and breakfast at The Park. We went down just before 7 pm and could not believe the size of the place we were sat at a clean table for two all the staff were lovely. They currently have a smaller menu but we still found plenty of options, we both had Gammon, eggs, chips and peas, we had asked them to remove the peas from one of the dinners but they forgot however it was not the end of the world we just left them. We had chosen this dinner so we could also have a sneaky pudding which we did not regret as we both had the brownie which was amazing. Breakfast the next day was equal good, the pancake was a little dry to my liking but everything else was amazing, I love they cook the hot food fresh and don't put it in a tray to help yourself. Plenty of tea to choose from too which is always a bonus. This play has made me more interesting in visiting my local T&T table restaurant.

Good pub food and dessert options. Service was quick for a Sat evening. Aleesha served us - was very pleasant and helpful.

The food is great. Tastes authentic, we ordered fish & chips & chicken tikka, unfortunately chicken wings is not available at the time we came in. The price is worth it! Aleesha our server is very helpful and very attentive to our needs. Will definitely go back!

Stayed at the Premier inn for 2 nights and went to eat at the Park for breakfast and a evening meal on both days. The food was great as well as the service by the staff. Would like to mention 2 ladies Hailey and Annie who were fantastic at their jobs they were attentive and were friendly and cheerful even when they were extremely busy. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable by looking after us so well.

Great place to eat. Chicken was very nice and cooked well. Staff are very friendly and service was prompt! Definitely coming here again and highly recommend!

Had breakfast here but i would not recommend it. The tea/coffee was luke warm, the hottest thing about the fried breakfast was the egg. Did`nt take a hoto as it did not warrant my time for it. ut eat somewhere else if i were you....needless to say i will not go back.

A nice place for a hike with a Mountain bike circuit

First impressions. Kept waiting at entrance for over 7 minutes and then kept waiting for food order. Two tables next to us were not cleared for over 20 minutes and was not even busy. Apart from that food was great.

My father took the whole family to The Park (Table Table) for our Christmas Dinner. It was brilliant, the staff were cheerful and pleasant and the meal was well cooked and served hot.

Good choice of food, great service and value for money.

Guy behind the bar with long hair in a pony tail and glasses was fantastic. He remembered seeing me earlier in the evening, remembered my drink order and asked me non generic questions. Might seem little but it's good hospitality, guy should get a shout out. Love to see it.

We had a very pleasant experience, we had an evening meal at short notice (& at a busy time) & breakfast two mornings in a row. We were made to feel very welcome & the quality of the food was great. The customer service was excellent & it made for a really lovely family meal on all 3 occasions.

One of my usual local pubs to visit, nice seating both inside and outside with friendly staff who are always up for a chat. Small selection of draught beers and ciders. With a good atmosphere comes good food, the burgers are delicious and I'm sure everything else is at the same standard. Would recommend as it is very close to the train station at hornbeam Park.

Nice food & was able to take advantage of the 2 meals for £8.99 what a bargain. The staff were very nice & helpful & the whole place was clean & well organised felt very safe, will be visiting again.

The stars are for the staff, who were very pleasant, the food was OK, the desert at nearly £6 was a joke, it looked nothing like the picture and I had to go anx ask for the accompanying icecream, it probably cost less than a pound to put together, we left a tip but again only coz the staff were lively
