Shame about the sausage as rest of breakfast was great and bacon was the best I have had in a cafe for a while

Great Staff and the service is always on time.

Lovely little cafe and really dog friendly (as all cafes should be!). Wonderful food and friendly service, in a clean setting. It is incredibly expensive though! There are a few options nearby that are just as nice, with lower prices. I do hope the owner that was rudely responding to past reviews has moved on. If so, we might pop in again as a treat every so often. If the owner is still the same as the one arguing with customers in the review section, I definitely wouldn't return.

Prices seem high for the portion sizes. No toast when ordering an 8 quid breakfast seems a bit mean.

Very tastey food the tea is good, the Full Monty a must with bubble.

I have used the pantry many times but not for some time .I went for breakfast yesterday,unfortunately the eggs didn't match my personal taste I didn't complain because the staff were lovely and it was presented well the lady came to clear the table after we had eaten and asked if everything was OK I explained the problem?? With my breakfast and she apologised profusely and offered to cook me another one I said no I had eaten it and it was fine we all have personal preferences on how our eggs are done it was cooked fine and tasty but a minute either way makes a difference. The lady came over and refunded in full my payment I felt a bit guilty because everything was brilliant possibly just me being fussy I appreciated your gesture and will continue to use you Kind Regards Peter Gardner

Used to get good size crumbles however they are certainly smaller now. I don't think it's good value for £5.50. Wouldn't order again, thanks for the crumbles in the past.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Good quality bacon and sausage, fresh eggs and a very nice bubble and squeak. We will definitely be back!

Went last week with friends, being the only vegan I felt humiliated when asked if they had soya milk. The person on the counter looked at me as if I had murder someone. Ok I know this is a greasy spoon but surely soya milk is now a necessity in cafes as some people have allergies. They really need to rethink their attitude, will never go there again.

Great breakfast cafe with no shortage on what to have. Friendly staff and cleanly environment. This restaurant mainly seems to take cash but there is a cash machine just across the way at the coop. Order your food and help yourself to cutlery and watch the coast road pass you buy with lovely food.

What a great place, so glad we found it. The food is very good we had amazing cooked breakfasts here. The cafe is spotlessly clean, fresh and bright. Jackie and her team are so friendly and very passionate in their roles. We were only staying nearby for a couple of days but will definitely stop again whenever passing through. Plenty of parking nearby. Really good value. Thank you

A1 meal, had mushroom & cheese omelette with salad for lunch. Large omelette with plenty of crisp salad, absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast ingredients were good quality. It was good to have a good colour yolk. Bacon and eggs cooked exactly as we like them done. The bubble was proper bubble unlike some places that give you just fried mash. Reasonable price and the big breakfast is big. One of our favourite breakfast places.

My first visit - Friendly staff, hot food, great choices what more can you ask? Would definitely come back. Oh and no “unwashed looking customers “ either!!!!

Food was ok but a bit pricey for what it is i was wanted a cold drink with breakfast instead of tea or coffee was charged £3.60 for 2 cans the old owner had done a better job

Over priced and didn't enjoy the food. Everyone else seemed to like theirs so maybe I'm just being picky, but I didn't enjoy their fry up.

Food quality good, operation clean and efficient - somehow lacks a bit of pizazz but at GBP 5.00 for bacon sandwich & tea there's no reason to complain.

Arrived about 9.30 for breakfast I had the full monty wat can I say absolutely delicious food proper builders tea staff friendly we sat outside a bit of people watching only waited 10 minutes for breakfast. Thank u we r coming back on Saturday .x

Called in after playing golf locally and we were not disappointed. Very clean and tidy café with outside seating. Staff very friendly and all COVID safety arrangements in place. Good selection of meals snacks etc at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Lovely little family run cafe, well known to locals. It was clear when we arrived most were regulars as the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. We enjoyed a sunday roast and the fresh made desserts. Managed pictures of the dessert but the roast was eaten to quickly! Massive menus for the size of the place and very fair pricing. The owners son even came and chatted with us for a bit (see picture) and the food was quick and very tasty. Lots of choice when it came to the roast and trimmings and the desserts were classic comfort food. Learned today that they do take away to collect. Will be considering that the next rainy afternoon.

Hi, I have just had a lovely Breakfast at the Pantry, very pleasant staff, and impressed with the way they are dealing with the present situation, well done.

My friend and I popped in here for lunch, both of us had a roast dinner which came with an assortment of vegetables including Brussel Sprouts, I love sprouts but so often roast dinner in a cafe offers only peas and carrots Well done to everyone that works there, you're doing an amazing job

Out walking and saw this cafe doing takeaway food so we had a delicious breakfast bap and coffee it’s well worth a visit.

Myf friend and I visited last week and we both had a roast chicken. They were excellent, the cafe is very clean and the staff very obliging and polite.

Me, my boyfriend and family went to have breakfast here a few months ago. It was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had! The cafe is small yet cosy and the staff are so friendly. The way they work together really makes it seem like they are family rather than colleagues. The breakfasts are really well priced and the portion sizes are amazing. Amazing environment to enjoy an amazing breakfast! Will definitely be returning :)

I was charged 30p for a dollop of ketchup in my take away sandwich!! Not impressed by this 'extra' charge for simple condiments which would have been included if I had eaten there using a table, chairs, plate, staff serving etc. Good job I didn't ask for pepper and salt as well - would probably have been another 30p each!!

I've been going here for about 10 years, not been for a good while as last time I went the standards had slipped. I tried it again today and it was the worse breakfast I've ever had. The sausage must have been the cheapest they could pick up. But the mushrooms really made me feel like I should say something. I think they were deep fried in months old oil. They were yellow in colour and dripping in grease. I will never step a foot inside this cafe all the time it's in its current ownership, I assume the man that use to own it has moved on. A shame as this cafe was up there as one of the best... Not its the worse. Good job

Had a lovely take out Christmas Turkey meal . I enjoyed it a lot, will be having others and trying the breakfast soon!
