We had a lovely meal at the Packe Arms served by the attentive, friendly Abi and Kim. The welcome was great, service spot on and the food was amazing. Didn’t have to wait for anything and food was piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend

On Tuesday 16th July, we came to the Packe Arms for my mother in laws 90th Birthday meal. From the moment we stepped inside we knew we would enjoy it. The staff were fantastic, friendly & very helpful in accommodating a party of twelve. Food was amazing, plentiful and delicious!! Excellent service Lovely cosy country pub and laid out nicely. The staff looking after us were amazing so a massive thanks to them. The family have been several times in the past but I was very impressed upon my first visit & will be visiting you again! Some food was good, but service was indiscreet and rude. The burger was very greasy, overall not a great experience. Not a place to eat currently.

Came in for lunch after a walk with my dog and can only praise the place. The staff (Danny I believe her name was) was so attentive and my dogs new best friend. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were great value for money and the proper job beer was amazing! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area thanks again Danny and team!

We popped in for some food on our way back home to Birmingham after taking our son for a track day experience at Prestwold the pub is lovely and Cosey the staff are very friendly our waitress was lovely and the food was beautiful great service and a great little pub if we are ever down that way again we will be sure to pop in it really is a warm and welcoming pub

Visited with friends main meals all fine and three of the sweets were fine I ordered Eaton mess which normally means a show stopper in a tall glass with fresh fruit and honeycomb loveliness but on this occasion meant a sloppy mess on a dish very disappointed with thos sweet.

As this place is only a few miles from me we used to go quite often. But several years ago it took a turn for the worse and we stopped going, not sure if it used to be private then a chain took it, don’t know . But as we were passing recently and a bit peckish we decided to give it another go. The building itself hasn’t changed much, it’s always been a traditionally decorated place that feels nice and cosy. The food however has really stepped up its game from the last few meals we ate here along time ago. Good menu choice and I’m sure you’ll find something to suit your palette , and when it came out I simply could not make any comment that would mark down my review. Additionally the staff here are very attentive and it actually feels like they’re interested in what they are doing. We were served by Thomas mainly for our meals and his table etiquette was exceptional. Not to the point where it seems over the top and gets too much, it was just spot on. When another waitress brought over some extra drinks for us, even she was again very polite and courteous without it seeming false. Definitely back on our list of local places to visit. (We went back two weeks later and the same review could be written again) If I did have to try and pick fault, the outside could do with a lick of paint, but don’t let this put you off !

A lovely evening and delightful atmosphere. Kim, our waitress was very polite, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding any questions we had, particularly regarding requests concerning gluten free food. We have been before, and we will be back!

Abi is wonderful, friendly, happy and very attentive. The food was delicious, provided on a good timeline. We were neither rushed, nor left feeling like we had been forgotten. A lovely experience that we recommend for everyone to come and enjoy 😊

Went for a meal after watching my grandson run in a national cross country race near by. Arrived 15 minutes early and shown to our table straight away. Orders taken for drinks and food for the six of us in a short period of time. WE all enjoyed our food and looked after by a very nice gentleman. Would go back again if in this area.

We really enjoyed our Sunday lunch but we were disappointed with the service , staff were nice and friendly but lots of sitting about waiting firstly for plates to be cleared then for dessert menus then for them to take our dessert order , after waiting a very long time we left without dessert as no one came back to take our order

Amazing Sunday lunch for a family of 5 and a pooch. Very accommodating. Food was out of this world and plenty of it. Lovely atmosphere. 2 of our group had the Signature burgers, 3 had the Trio of meat Sunday lunch and the pooch had a roast turkey Sunday lunch. Will definitely recommend this pub/ restaurant and look forward to dining here again!

Lovely, relaxed pub setting for a family lunch today. We were looked after by friendly and efficient Abi who was very accommodating of our delayed arrival time and made us feel welcome. We ordered from the Nibbles menu as starters, which was delicious, followed by tasty main courses. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely lunch at packe Arms, am coeliac so needed GF and chef made me my own shepherd's pie! My husband said you'd better eat it all now...well no worries about that it was delicious. Great atmosphere here, dog friendly and highly recommend!
