The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were amazing. Definitely will go again and bring other people along, and the service was incredible.

A great venue with a lovely Friday buzz without being too youngster-focused. A diverse clientele being served a good range of food and drinks by a welcoming and friendly staff. Perfect for after work drinks or your Friday stay. The manager, Tania, was absolutely lovely and her manner reflects her experience and natural ability to build rapport with her punters. The pizza was very nice and appreciated being washed down with a beer cocktail. Toilets were clean and actually matched the vibe in the main bar as opposed to feeling like a portacabin bolted onto the side. A rare treat. Outside is lush with a large garden consisting of more intimate cabins or a gazebo-covered bench area. If I didn't live 130 miles away, I'd be here 3 times a week. Good. Vibe. Lovely staff. Great destination.

Some of our food order wasn't available because of a technical issue on the day, but the staff went above and beyond to find us an alternative; they were very attentive. Food was lovely (recommend their pizzas and chicken wings). Enjoyed the music they were playing too, great atmosphere.

It has amazing food!!! I am a usual and they give me free chicken wings. Pizzas are world class and fantastic. They have a neverending range of drinks. If in loughborough pop in and say hi.

On the 25/10/24 we visited, for the first time, The Jam Garden in Loughborough. As there was a local derby football game also that night, we thought it best to pre-book a table. Upon arrival the lady behind the bar was helpful, took our names and asked where we would like to sit. As the venue is quite large and appears to have 3 different section we chose a table near to the entrance. There was ample room to get around and the atmosphere was good. The folks were of different ages and nationalities – great. We ordered a bottle of Mount Rozier Sauvignon Blanc wine, which arrived chilled and in an ice bucket. The glasses were clean and not warm from the dishwasher! For food we ordered Pulled beef brisket lasagne and Mac & Cheese. Both were tasty and good value. If I had to be picky I would of liked more cheese sauce on the Mac, but hey, that is just me and meal was good. Both meals arrived hot and with a basket of cutlery and napkins. The staff were attentive but not in your face; checking if there was anything else we would like whilst collecting the `empty` plates. The overall impression on our fist visit was good and we will definitely be going back. Well worth a visit. Thank you to `The Jam Garden`

I had my 40th birthday party at The Jam Garden and Tania and the team pulled out all the stops! Everyone was so friendly, the drinks selection was great and the pizzas catered for all dietary requirements. We were checked on a few times to make sure everything was going well and the area outside sectioned off for about 50 of us was perfect! Would definitely recommend this spot for parties of any size and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much!

Decent pizzas and good service but despite three hand pumps all offering ales on this occasion (and previously too) , they didn’t have any. Four of us left disappointed.

Lovely to be able to sit outdoors and enjoy a Saturday afternoon with family and friends . Food was being served and was enjoyed by all!

We had travelled up for a wedding and were staying at the Premier Inn round the corner. Happened to coincide with the England semi-final in the Euros so the place was rammed. Despite being rushed off their feet with food and drink orders the staff were really attentive and friendly. Pizzas were great too. Friendly atmosphere, couldn't fault it.

Visited the Jam Garden on a Monday for the buy one get one free pizza Mondays deal. The pizzas were great and we're cooked relatively quick. We had the Rancher and the pizza of the month which was Korean pulled pork. Service was really good and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

A bar, that does great pizza and the atmosphere is just lovely.. especially in the summer with the large beer garden, it's also dog friendly!
