Great time! The Tony’s are legends and gave us such a warm welcome. Drinks are amazing and vibes were lovely! Busy and amazing view next to the river ☺️

I often came here back in the early 2010s. It was lovely to pop in and see some familiar faces still working here. The pub has changed. Looks like it’s had a facelift but it retains the same happy character. Both Tom & Tony served me and Annciarra served me lunch. A genuinely lovely experience. I’m a big fan of Nicholsons but this one is special.

We visited with friends on a Friday early afternoon for a a drink / bite to eat. Upon discovering the “Guinness zero draught” was canned I politely approached the bar to ask for another non alcoholic alternative for my pregnant wife. You would think I asked the Irish bar manager for one of his kidneys. His opening exchange was “do you think I’m a mind reader”. He was hostile, rude, combative and arrogant. Another member of staff discreetly stated that “unfortunately he’s always like that”. After returning to our table the Irish bar manager then accosted us at the table. His idea of customer service is ruining your day. The guy shouldn’t work in hospitality he only serves attitude!

Riverside vibrant - with quick service - very busy though

Had a lovely time visiting the inn with friends on Saturday. We were recommended a lovely bottle of Rosé which ended up as a lethal decision, happily enjoyed. Massive thank you to Tony for his friendly welcome! Can’t wait to come back

Food was good. Large place with lots of seating. Very busy, but was able to get table service very quickly.

Visited with friends on a Tuesday evening from 6-7:15pm - I had sirloin steak with chips and cooked vine tomatoes. My friends ordered the bacon and cheese burger, Gnocchi with halloumi fries, and steak ciabatta sandwich. Service was quick to order, I would go again.

We regularly visit this pub, the atmosphere and view is so nice outside, we usually order loaded nachos and beers I personally recommend nachos here. Whoever tried it really liked following our advice.

Visited with a group of girlfriends and had such a fun time! Beautiful riverside location, great atmosphere, and super friendly staff (especially Tony). The food and drinks were fab — especially the cocktails! Perfect place to relax and catch up. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a pub uou only go for the views of the city on a very sunny day. The place was crowded so staff were overwhelmed, they got our beer order wrong but it was just so loud to hear or speak. There’s better pubs in the area.

Brilliant place and as expected expensive too 😀 £8 for a Camden Pale. Fish n chips was nice. It's great that there are seats downstairs too.

A nice stop for hungry tourists. The dishes are typical. The portions are generous. We particularly enjoyed the “magpies”.

Went to this restaurant for the fish pie I saw on the menu outside, they unfortunately didn’t serve it on Sunday. Special thanks to Lakshmi who asked the kitchen if they could make it and they did! It was really good and the atmosphere is really nice.

We had been to this spot last time we were in London and came back a little later in the evening. It was my son, who is 6, and I and we needed to be done by 8-ish because the restaurant turns into a pub then. Our server, a sweet girl named “Lucky” took very nice care of us. She was very attentive and accommodated allowing us to take the food my son wasn’t able to finish home. This was a kind favor as he hadn’t eaten much… and it’s not the standard to allow for take-away at many restaurants here. Lucky was also super sweet with my son and she shared some interesting info with him that he liked! Thanks, Lucky (that’s a nickname), for a lovely last meal in London for my son and I before we head back home!

What a great evening we had! We sat outside and enjoyed the view and the atmosphere!

This was our first visit here and I cheekily requested a table away from the sport and with a river view for our party of eight – and got exactly that! Staff were really friendly and helpful, with prompt and efficient table service. It's a nice old pub with plenty of space, it's clean and welcoming – and has great views!

Enjoyed visiting this pub, which on a Wednesday evening seemed a lot less packed and generally more pleasant than others in the area. We'd booked a table just for drinks for a group of eight and it had been a bit of a struggle finding somewhere to do so in this area. But no problem here, and our table was in a nice pretty quiet bit with good views of the river. Looks an excellent spot for sitting outside in summer. We had table service which was good and attentive but also noticed there was never a huge queue at the bar.

The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent and the food was well presented and delicious. Reasonable price too.

It's a chain pub, so expect the same old same old in terms of beers and food. Can't comment on food, didn't order any. That said, it was nice to sit outside next to the Thames, watch the boats go by and relax. Having the Golden Hind attraction outside the door helps foot traffic, but it wasn't too busy when we were there.

We had booked a table, which I say is a must here . We have the beef roast and the chicken roast (big portion) The Bar service and the table service was Excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. All really good prices. Tables were clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. FYI Best nacho's you'll ever have

Wow! What a great pub - wonderful outside area right beside the river, and the Golden Hind, the is pretty much unbeatable there is also a great basement bar (that is available for hire) - great all-rounder

After a visit to the Golden Hinde it was nice to have this pub so close for a drink and a snack before my long train ride home (1.5 hrs) I had a beer and loaded chunky chips (topped with pulled beef brisket and mature cheddar chees)e) a very tasty snack The pub is very nice, very well stocked bar, friendly staff and a welcoming environment. I did not check out the full menu so I cannot comment on that

Really bad experience. I went with my friend and her dog to have a drink inside the bar. We order some drinks and only after the drinks were served they told us that dogs were not allowed inside. I was with crutches because I’ve got a broken leg. This is unacceptable that they tell you that you can’t sit inside with the dogs after you have order drinks and make me sit outside with cold weather in my condition. They should have been honest since the beginning and we would have gone to another place. The woman apologise but it is not acceptable de to my condition. The place was almost empty. Not recommend it

Superb outdoor space on the Thames. Unfortunately at 0 degrees, we preferred to take shelter, and the basement was able to accommodate us. Lots of great dining options nearby.
