One of 2-3 pubs in Callington open in Sunday. Pub does roast lunches so no food in the evening on Sunday. Visited with my take away food from excellent fish and chip place nearby. Enjoyed a few pints with my food. Made to feel welcome and watched football.

If you are in Callington and fancy a quick pint then don't miss this opportunity. Welcoming staff and well kept beer at a reasonable price plus a big screen for the sporting events!

We attended the Callington Honey Fair, which is held on a Wednesday, and we were delighted to discover this place was serving 'Sunday' roast, which we thought was very good.We were greeted upon arrival by the very friendly Landlady. The meal was served promptly and was very nice indeed. The pricing was very good and the team were all very pleasant and helpful.I wish them continued success as I think they deserve it.

The best landlady and landlord in Callington! Makes you feel very welcome and knows how to have a laugh! Drinks are reasonable and the karaoke is brilliant. Highly recommended coming to the clink for a good time around great people. Food is at a high standard and you get alot for your money. The old clink is the best in Callington.

Gone downhill rapidly since taken over by new landlady. Expensive, poor food & full of drunks, drug dealers and children! Used to be a nice local... shame

Pub serving food in a small space which is between the bar and the back door and kitchen. Lots of through traffic (especially smokers going outside and leaving the door open and then returning smelling of smoke). Food portion generous and well presented but not very hot, even colder once door was open. Staff helpful and friendly. Good value.

We purchased our local passes & enjoyed the amazing & inspiring exhibition ' SEA & DEAD MAN'S FINGERS. It was so worth visiting.

Lovely night at The Ship. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Had walked the coastal path and were exhausted. Nothing was too much trouble and they let us park overnight with our Camper. Great service, delicious pie, pub quiz on so great locals atmosphere.

Ordered hot drinks, Pastel de Nata and lemon meringue pie. The lemon had reported missing. The filling was lemon coloured but had no flavour whatsoever. It was disappointing as I particularly love lemon puddings.

We had a 2 night stay and it was great although if you sleep with the window open this is not the place for you due to its position on the quay and the seagulls. Jenny in the restaurant was great.

Negligence and incompetence at their worst—avoid Lowe's flooring installation at all costs. Lowe's installers ruined my interior stairs by improperly cutting the nosing off every step, leaving them dangerously short and not up to code. This issue was neither outlined in the measurement nor mentioned in the quote, and it led to multiple falls. I reached out to both the installer and Lowe's customer service but was consistently ignored. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, including scheduled calls that were missed by managers, Lowe's failed to address the unsafe conditions of my stairs. I ultimately had to hire an independent contractor to correct the substandard work done by Lowe's. Lowe's seems to prioritize sales over providing safe, professional services.
