Busy cafe in the centre of Bude town with good coffee and selection of pastries and cakes ...good cup of coffee ...

Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere with consistently good drinks.

The coffee is taste horrible never want to go back in bude Costa again 😫

To be honest, I come in to Costa before I start work because they’re my first port of call for social contact. They proper pick me up and start my day perfectly. I too, work in a cafe environment and I have to say that the attention to detail, friendliness and banter is just bang on. I’ve tried to implement my team the same way. Shout out the Kat, who’s always there and just a pure delight. You guys never stop and I’ll never go anywhere else for a coffee ☕️ Thanks guys x

The first time I came to Bude I Costa had water and I had to go out when I came back again to Costa coffee shop with my daughter who works in Bude also, asked where the toilet was, and a blond lady with an abrupt face told me I had to be a customer to use the toilet, and I was a customer also but I could feel she was racist towards me now, as I had to come back to costa which I wouldn't want to come again but I did as it is the closest to my daughter’s workplace, I sat and seen people coming asking toilet without purchasing something she let them go and use the toilet, how come she won't let me use the toilet there is only racism I think of. I actually avoided coming to Costa Bude for weeks but I had to come. Terrible for Costa

Best home-made cornish pastie I've ever had.. it was delicious yum 😋, the staff were very friendly and helpful, would go again just for the pastries 😋

Being asked weather I have coconut milk for preference or alligies is not excellent customer service will not be going in there again. I am a vegan due to my health conditions.

Shocking quality coffee imo. Service is fine but the staff really need training up on how to make coffee. Never in my life have I been served such puddlewater for a flat white! Puddle water that is 90° degrees odd, way way to hot, zero texture. 5k+ worth of coffee machine there and it's being used with zero skill what so ever. Sad times.

Nice little Costa in Bude Town Centre. Outdoor and indoor seating. Quick service. Drink was very nice, vest latte I had in a while. I had a takeaway as needed a caffiene fix as I walked around the shops. Staff were friendly and chatty

The shop staff and coffee were fine and staff very, very helpful. I lost my car keys whilst there and tried to contact Costa to verify if they had been found which proved impossible by phone or online and rediculously time consuming. So five stars to the shop and staff and no stars to Costa The worst customer experience that I could have possibly imagined trying to make a simple phone call or contact the organization.

The friendliest greeting we've had in any Costa shop! The shop is clean and tidy, with a lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend this coffee shop.

It's probably the best coffee in town. Costa has a very good blend of coffee, which is used in all Costa outlets. Coffee is a personal thing, and some will prefer the softer tones of coffee found in other coffee shops, but I love the tast of Costa Coffee.

The only thing i was upset about is they have removed the black forest hot chocolate from their menu this year!!! Gutted

It's always nice to get a drink after dance and the people are nice a bit slow but nice and it's in a nice area. I get the same drink every time and it's amazing xx❤️☕️🧋

Was amazed at the professional service in this Costa. One of the best I have been to. The waiter Troy was an extremely hard worker. Clearing tables and wiping them down very quickly. Serving drinks and putting the dirty crockery in kitchen at back very efficiently. He deserves a recommendation.

Lobley friendy staff ,I couldn't remember what the name of the drink my partner asked me to get him ,I explained it to the lady and she knew what type ,and explained the colours so I knew which flavor he had ,also very good disabled facilities

The worst Costa i have ever visited. Tried ordering the drinks we wanted but when i was informed my order was not available due to stock issues i was made to go to the back of the 7 person que. Once i ordered an alternative drink and cake for my wife it was slopped together and tasted disgusting, the cake was stale and hard, the table and chairs didn’t look like they had been cleaned due to the sticky residue on the table. This Bude store and my local in Pilsworth bury are world’s apart.

The coffee is good, I prefer Costa coffee to most places. Clean and pleasant staff that are working hard.

Coffee shops are spreading like wildfire, and in the UK, led by Costa Coffee. I'm not an everyday customer, but visit at least once a week. The facilities are always clean, I always see someone clearing and cleaning tables. The range of products from food to drink is very good. Any sort of coffee is available with a huge range of variables. Mine's an oat milk late with non sugar syrup. Lovely. Its always consistent and served to me with a smile. I love watching the baristers at work, the art of making coffee is part of the delight of drinking it. Costa clearly gives good training to its staff and over the past 20 years I've never not seen a smile or witnessed bad customer service. The price of products is competitive with other coffee shops and of course there's the Costa app or card for savings etc. Well done Costa Coffee for your continued growth and success. Keep the coffee good and the continued improvements. 👌

Asked for and charged for a large decaff extra shot of decaff and soya milk to drink in. Got a regular with cow milk. Tables filthy and people serving look bored

Lovely little break for an almond milk cortado and gluten free tarts from Costa coffee Bude.  Full 4* review at CoeliacWellNES.com. Good awareness of cross contamination procedures even if the staff hadn’t heard of coeliac disease! Feel safer drinking in other costas despite their use of Oat Milk as a result of our visit.

Very enthusiastic team, great little cafe

Great caramel frapachino PLUS you can steal things from the food cabinets when the dozy birds that work there ain't looking! Get stuck in!!

Really friendly place, training up new staff on my visit but kept calm and positive even when customers are waiting and looking a bit funny. Bring on the summer season, these guys will shine :)

The food and drink was nice the high geen levels to the tables between customers wear just wiped over with a damp cloth unattettable in this climate .

Much better than the last visit to Costa in lincoln. Great service, good product as always and you know what yo expect.

Drinks are delicious. Food is lush. Nice cosy little place. Not enough choice for children food wise though. 90% of food is aimed at adults.

I know it’s a Costa, but the level of care from the staff and the good coffee, plus great tight management, makes it a bespoke place to meet. In a small seasonal town, it’s essential to have that. It’s so much better than the soulless place next door and is always a friendly place to hang out. The staff remember you and nothing is too much for them! Bude lacks just a coffee house (not an eating place that serves coffee, loads of those) but one where the coffee is more important than the food and this one, serves its purpose.

Typical Costa, just a shame we ended up here in such a unique location, nothing else was open!

If you come to bude plenty of nice walks .and plenty of places to eat and plenty of nice beaches and if you come stay in the premier inn nice beds and clean rooms and the staff helpful

the worst hot chocolate I've ever had it was not even warm and the powder was not even mixed in to the drink my mum's coffee was no better very disappointed

Worse coffee I have had for a long while. Waited a long while not their fault very busy. When we got our drinks mine was cold my daughter had hot chocolate which was so cold the powder had not mixed in.

Costa is costa! Though as a regular I think that the coffee is different? I don't like the new blends, because they are only there for a short while and they disappear perhaps have a poll on new blends and if it's good go with it?

There are many other wonderful independent coffee shops in town!! This Costa is dark and dingy, when you could be having a coffee at a independent shop overlooking the sea!

A fairly new one in bude. It was not here in 2014. A very spacious and clean one not too full of seating. Plenty of space for wheelchairs.
