Lowes doesn't want you to save money 1 if you are a contractor your best is to go to a different store with better return policy Lowes change the policy in for home owners is even worse but for contractor is bad when you have to go to the store to many times in you don't want to go to return something you got the it is broken in stop it is easy to buy e different one in take a different day wow Lowes if you lose your recipe your return is now garbage I give 2 points because it has great people working 💪 there but I hear that other way nooo better support small businesses because they get too know you in appreciate your family in you better

Restoring bathroom vanity got home sink was cracked

Bought a washer dryer and oven over 3 weeks ago.not one has been delivered . They screwed up on delivery date sold ours off the floor absolutely a discrase.Will let you know how we make out when we actually get our appliances.Horrible experience

We are finishing a room in our house. We purchased all the shiplap from the store and they didn’t have enough so we ordered the rest online, same item number. The slats were a different color and finish. Despite this major inconvenience we placed another order for plywood to be delivered. They shorted us 2 pieces. We were paying a contractor to install floors that day and needed all the pieces. Melissa in customer service and her manager were highly unprofessional. I was put on hold several times while in mid sentence. The manager and Melissa denied this but they were on speaker and several people can confirm. They were rude and unapologetic. They did not care about the time or money this caused our project and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.

Lowe’s charged me for a pickup order and I drove 30 minutes to pickup and they said I never paid…. It posted to my account, it’s completed, they won’t give me my stuff I will never! Shop at Lowe’s again, you gotta be kidding me, I’m done you guys are jokes!

Terrible customer service! I purchased a refrigerator/freezer in May 2023, which stopped working after about 3 months. After months of back-and-forth with Frigidaire, they issued a return authorization, but after Lowe's picked up the defective fridge from my house, they called me and refused to refund my credit card. They offered me store credit instead, but after my bad experience the last thing I want is to buy a new fridge from Lowe's! Edit: after leaving this review, the store management agreed to refund my original payment method, so I'm updating to 3 stars.

Bought a product online and went to the store for pickup. Got home and realized the store gave me a product that had already been opened/tampered and had been put back together with scotch tape. They didn't even scotch tape it well! If you're going to try and get over on somebody, at least put some effort into it. Alas, I tried several ways to contact the store and no one even cares...great management!

Used this lowes mostly for remodeling my apartment. the staff was helpful when i had questions about anything i was not sure about.

I found what I needed that Walmart didn't have. Customer service is a plus.

It's nice that Lowe's was informed by my family that I had a seizure and was out for a while, that they still fired me. I thought Lowe's actually cared about their employees health. Edit: HR-Lowes isn't good at helping either. I called Quakertown Lowe's to find out about my Start/Leave date. Management said to call HR Lowe's for that information. When I called, HR Lowe's told me to call the store I worked at for that information. So, which is it?

Always find what I'm looking for. Also, have better success with asking employees for help vs. their competition.

Very personable and helpful staff that looked to include a nice stable of cuties. Neatly and amply stocked shelves and floor displays. Comparable prices to the other brick and mortar big box stores. But they usually have some nice deals on stuff you actually need now and again on occasion. Clean store, with a large parking lot, and the lines and self checkout kiosks are rarely crowded. I do think their house plants and garden sections have better quality wares than Home Depot, so there's that, too.

Been disappointed so many times here. Management is mediocre, selection is lacking. Products I want are frequently not stocked on the accessible shelves and I need to find an employee to assist with “top stock”. Happens far too frequently. Customer service is really hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s not. Home Depot generally does a much better job in my experience, but they aren’t as close or convenient. Edit to address Lowe’s reponse: This review was not based on one experience. This is many, many trips to Lowe’s over years just to be disappointed and need to go to a competitor instead. The Quakertown Lowe’s is just generally unreliable. I’m also noticing the lack of certain necessities for general maintenance even being carried as in-stock items. Recent issues that I’ve been stunned Lowe’s chooses not to carry, name brand plumbing repair valves, general house maintenance items, dryer vent brushes, general ductwork supplies and tools, water heater runoff tubes (they don’t carry the style for center-mounted runoff valves at all), and many more. These were just items from my recent searches on the Lowe’s app. If I’m going to order something, I probably won’t order from Lowe’s. Especially if a local competitor carries it in stock. Recently, I’ve just been taking the 30-minute round trip hit and going to Home Depot, the local branch is very well-run and stocks everything I’ve needed in recent memory.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANY APPLAINCES FROM LOWES. Their new policy states their are no returns after 48 HOURS. They breached their contract and policy which is fraud. They sold me a range that was a lemon- it never worked from the beginning. I even bought a warranty from Lowes. Lowes broke the contract (and Frigidaire)- they won't FIX the oven or replace it. There are 2 service contractors that are allow to service the oven : Whiteman Appliances and All Applaince. Whitman did originally come out- but couldn't fix it. I tried to schedule another appointment because the oven wasn't fixed: and they REFUSED to come out. All Appliances kept canceling and refused to come out as well. I contacted Lowes and they told me that only those 2 can come out. But I can't get any of their approved contractors to come out. Lowes knows this and yet REFUSES to replace my oven or fix the problem. They breached their contract and policy which is fraud. Please buy an appliance somewhere else- I literally had to buy another range and was cheated $1000 from Lowes.

They try to help and at least pleasant and polite usually. Other locations seam to have much more knowledgable employees.

My mower broke down and I took it back to store. They sent it out a month ago and I won't get it back till end of November. They won't let me trade it in or get a refund. Only use it like 12 hours of run time. Not a happy customer.

I prefer them over home Depot the closest home Depot to me is South Allentown and that's a cluster whereas the Lowe's in Quakertown is actually really organized and has friendly people to help you And all seriousness I've been doing a massive project at home with PVC and plumbing and fittings and doing a whole complete custom job even going through the wall of the house outside and holy hell it's been a project in a job and I just want to say thank you to the people here sometimes we all need a little steering in the correct direction of course I have other things to do in the house but I can tell you this That's the place to go to get your stuff pretty much with the layout of the store and how easy it is to find things it's quite amazing I don't have to really ask for help just to find items when I have to do that I leave the store. But this place awesome easy and easy out gas stations around if you need to get something for you after getting your supplies no matter which way you go north or south on 309 you have a Wawa so that's a bonus right there

Still my favorite home improvement store. always easy to find help at this Lowe's and sales associates are very helpful. Large selection of items in stock. Often find that Friday afternoon is the best time to go and find deals on clearance and special order items

I'm a owner of a contractor and HVAC business and Lowe's is not for professionals they are more for the weekend warrior or home owner. Store is clean and employees are polite tho, just my personal and professional opinion .

Well stocked and staffed store, clean and well maintained

Charged me 625$ took since last October to straightened out and still didn't get it rite because of them I have 724 $ credit, but can't use it. Screwed up my credit score 77 points. Their fault on credit it says card restricted.

I used to shop here for everything but more and more of the employees have attitude problems. I think it stems from the top. I’ve gotten the most attitude from the night manger. Of course the employees will act that way, they see how their superior acts. It’s so blatant I can’t shop here anymore

Better than home Depot but still hard to find help in there

We saw a lawn mower with a sale price, but when we walked away and came back, the sale price was taken down. An employee gave us the sale price.

Don't put people in the garden center that have no experience with merchandise. Extra trip and return even though I told her about the two items fitting the trimmer differently. Disappointing... I know this cause the last tech was on point. TRIMMER IN HAND BECAUSE

Lowes was out of stock on both items I wished to purchase, one cleaning supplies, one garden.

Free coffee m-f until 12pm, plays upbeat classical music while you shop, and greeted by cheerful lady at the entrance by self checkout.

Katelyn was very helpful and customer concentric. She helped me find dominick who was suppose to help me cut a new mailbox key. He denied me service saying it was illegal to duplicate that key which would otherwise be respectable if not for the fact that it was a personal mailbox. He didn't bother asking for any personal information and even denied help when another lowes employee passed by and asked. Very unprofessional and amature in my experience

We had a frustrating day after learning that plumbing pipes and fittings aren't true to size. We had traveled back and forth to the store purchasing items we thought were correct and finally decided that we better ask someone for help. Store employee Dean knew exactly what we were talking about and helped us find exactly what we needed! Give him a raise! :)

Okay so sometimes I have a love-hate relationship with big box home improvement stores. But today 5 Superstars stepped in and saved the day, or at least this contractors day. After an online order error Nelson and Jonas both stepped up to try to resolve the problem and when that wasn't successful Rachel Sean and Candy at the pro desk all stepped in and work together to find what I needed to keep the job moving today. Thank you so much! Excellent teamwork

There are some employees at lowes that are outstanding, and for the most part i can get everythingi need of the shelf. However a few terrible encounters at customer service desk and the nearly impossible phone service for orders and/ or pro services is why only 3 stars.

Best service ever especially the plumbing department . If you need some helpful tips and expert advise you can ask someone in that department will be happy to help you.

Love the plant selection! Picked up a few new plants over the weekend. Only complaint would be there just isn't enough room around the indoor plants especially with the pots on the wall behind them. Major cart traffic jams but I still got the plants I wanted and maybe a few extra 😜

Dont know why garden center doesn't open same time as rest of the store so people can get an early start.

Talked to Eric in the grill area and he was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right grill to suite my needs.

The organization of vendor product lines is counterproductive and frustrating! The separation of related parts, assemblies, and components into different departments is ridiculous! (i.e. the removal of water heaters and their associated parts, and connection components to the rear of the appliance department, is a frustrating attempt to force people to walk past items they are not shopping for)! This practice is a waste of time, which means higher costs to consumers paying for contractor services. It also interferes with the timely completion of projects across the board. Another frustration is the lack of stock inclusion of some of the most commonly used sizes for residential and light commercial components. They will carry ½" in one part but not the same part in ¾" for example. Another common shortfall is making a jump from a small size to a larger one without including the commonly used in-between sizes. Not maintaining stock of commonly used items is a problem. Lastly, poorly trained people who have little to no knowledge of a department will give FALSE INFORMATION instead of just being honest and saying, "I'm not sure about that. But I'll get you somebody who is!" That would be huge!

I was looking for a light bulb for my oven and one for my microwave. I asked for help because I didn't see the oven bulb in the lighting isle. I was told it's there. In the isle. Ask a person in the red vest that is closer to there. They will know where it is. Well, no one was there. So I looked for about 20 mins then decided to just order it on Amazon and left. I did that right in the store. I'll have the bulb tomorrow. I expect better help and knowledge from the staff at lowes.

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. The inventory is mostly in stock and well organized. The tool section has a large inventory and a big selection of brands. I love that Craftsman tools is now part of Lowes. The Craftsman selection is great. The bathrooms could use a little more attention to cleanliness but otherwise this store is good. Great outdoor and seasonal section as well.

The Lowes app is "ok", not great. Many times the location shown on the app is wrong. Shelves get reorganized and the app isn't updated to match the new location. That may just be that my particular Lowes is lacking in discipline and employees aren't following procedures. Point #2 is the lumber is usually warped and requires a lot of searching to find ones that are even close to being straight. Many 2x4's etc would serve a better use as hockey sticks. 🏒

So happy to see they respect their veterans with special parking spots. Always out of a ton of screws, nuts and bolts because they don't carry certain sizes and do not restock what they are out of. Need someone to keep up with stock vs sales to ordering so stock is not continuously out.

1:15pm on Friday afternoon. One regular checkout open other than contractor checkout. Every other isle had 2 or 3 employees with Lowe’s vest on talking with each other. No help at all. Other customers frustrated with lack of help and acknowledgment also. This place needs customer service training!

We needed to reorder an item that we purchased here two years ago. Because the original item size had not been in stock, it had to be special ordered. This time we first went to Customer Service where the representative had a difficult time with your system determining how to best process our request. Several of her colleagues attempted to assist her, without success. Then, by chance, John appeared! He took the bull by the horns and said "follow me." He led us to his area of the store in Windows and Doors. There he spent a considerable amount of time and effort before he found the solution that worked to resolve the issue. Thank you to John and to his colleagues for doing what it takes to make their customer happy.

Please save yourself the stress and anger from ordering carpet from Lowe’s. They promised installation in 5 days or less- here I am over a month later waiting for our in-stock carpet to “ship in.” Lowe’s never called us to schedule an estimate or installation- we left many emails and voice mails with rare return answers. Customer service was very poor in person and on the phone. Lowes uses third parties to install the carpet but they don’t communicate with each other so the answer to every question is, “Call the (store/installer), we can’t answer that.” Save yourself the hassle and buy carpet anywhere else or hire a handyman. This was our first and only time ordering from Lowe’s- which we ended up canceling. I highly, highly recommend not using Lowe’s carpet services. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had the greatest experience trying to pick things out and had the nicest salesperson that was so informative and knowledgeable his name was Ron LeBlanc. He was the best salesman cuz he never left u hanging or going away to help someone else! I got a countertop and a new sink from Lowes Home Improvement and they replaced the countertop and did the sink and the new faucet. I wud recommend Lowes for everything! Thanks so much for everything!!!

Picked up a few items. Was helped by the person in front to find the storm doors as I wanted to check them out too. Didn't commit to one yet I really like that dogs are welcome here. Our dog came along this time. He did well and I think employees that are dog friendly really enjoy getting to meet the dogs. As we were leaving I saw a Bernese Mountain Dog coming out with it's people. How'd I miss that one ?? Gorgeous.

A very rude customer service center. Ask on employee a question and the other lady barks out the answer. The store was reorganized so that no employee knew where anything was. We asked 3 employees for the same item and twice we where told "I don't know ask someone else or customer service ". We are not going to return to this Lowes. Bad service and a veteran has to join a club on thier phone to get a discount! Bad service! Had a dryer delivered. We NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT DELIVERY TIME AND DATE, JUST A CALL ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE DELIVERY!!!!! The service men where rude, obnoxious, and the one called my husband names when he went down and turn off the gas for the dryer to be installed. They did NOT COME WITH ALL THE NEW HOSES AND CABLES TO INSTALL THE DRYER. ones that I paid $86 dollars for!!!!!! They did not care about scratching up up basement doors the where in the hallway that they had to get by to bring in the new dryer and that out the old. I had to go back to Lowes to get my money back and loged a complaint against the delivery men.

I had a good experience at this store last night. Kim from the appliance department was very helpful, patient and so kind. She and her partner helped me tremendously with my purchase. I can not thank you enough you guys are awesome.

The service was Very Good and Also Help that we had Too!

Ordered a Whirlpool freezer through Lowe's. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received a phone call from the delivery person. He said "we are on our way but we have a problem, the freezer you ordered is dented." I ask how would he know that since the freezer is in a box? Obviously they knew this from the beginning and were trying to get customers to accept damaged appliances for full price. I said don't bother bringing a damaged freezer. Today lowe's called to inform me they have refunded my money in full! They suggested I reorder the appliance. All I wanted was for an undamaged freezer to be delivered. It does not look like lowes is able to do that. Are you beginning to see the picture? After doing some research lowe's and the other big box stores are not offering much of a deal on appliances compared to the local "mom and pop" stores. My recommendation is to look beyond the big box stores for the real service and real deals ! I have learned that it looks like the manufactures set the "sale" prices and they are basically the same between the big box stores and the local stores.
