I was trying to repair the trash product I bought from there a few months ago .In the process the replacement part was in the wrong location. So when I got home to repair the fan motor I discovered that it was the one for a different model that was in the wrong place at the store . When I went to exchange the part the customer service employee that seemed like they were on drugs and was not suitable for a customer service position. The associate was not helpful or understanding in the least. Then when I walked away and asked another store associate to speak to a manager no one seemed to understand the concept.

Went to the Quakertown store Friday, Nov 15th to purchase a new dishwasher. The lady in the department was busy flirting with a male employee. My wife approached the female clerk telling her we have questions. The clerk moved in our direction a few feet and asked what we want to know. My wife asked about colors. By now the clerk was irritatated and hollered back ‘they only come in stainless’. With that, we went to home depot and bought a dishwasher and refrigerator in a slate color…roughly $3000 in appliances. This employee really soured my wife om lowes!

Went in to get a quote on a bilco door, waited at the window and door desk for about 10 minutes. Finally went to customer service to have someone paged to come and assist. Then waited another 10 mins and still no one came to assist.

After a horrible experience with Souderton's Home Depot, we cancelled our dishwasher order with them and decided to purchase from Lowe's with such great customer service from Rob and also a savings of 400.00.

No manger wants to take responsibility when the store and the delivery team makes a mistake called the store about an issue with a new washer we purchased. The store manager blew me off with a phone number for the delivery team call that department and said someone would call back nothing don’t buy here drive to Hatfield and buy from bergey’s appliances you will get better service

Lowe’s is my go to for anything I need for home repair. The staff are always friendly and plenty of different options to choose. Just do your research when looking for something for an odd job. Staff wont always have the right answer when it comes to situations out of the norm.

Great local pub. Just at the end of the NR3 cycle route at Pentewan. John, Stella and family made us very welcome, Great food real value for money and freshly made. The wait for the food was worth it. Good choice of beers. A great stop off after a walk from the campsite we were staying on.

Best thing about the quakertown Lowe's is the Hang over cafe's food truck outside! Amazing food!!

In a cold unfriendly world especially in a corporate retail space, it was very refreshing interacting with Pete in lumber. He went above and beyond to help us women when no one else wanted to answer any questions much less give us advice and information above and beyond. Thank you Pete you’re a great person and they have a wonderful employee-hope they know that!!

Lovely rustic old school house highly recommend a visit. Lovely staff very welcoming good choice of drinks & food was amazing at a reasonable price.

There is no such thing as customer service there everyone seems to be milling around You can't even get someone to check you out they look at you and tell you to do it yourself I hate this place. I don't believe in self-checkout. If I have to check myself out then I should get a 10% discount since there is no employee involved

Rustic old converted schoolhouse, interesting, very friendly, relaxed and the food was excellent! Fish finger sandwich with ‘proper’ fish, batter as light as a feather and proper bread not chunky doorsteps. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Can’t recount too highly. Negligence and incompetence at their worst—avoid Lowe's flooring installation at all costs. Lowe's installers ruined my interior stairs by improperly cutting the nosing off every step, leaving them dangerously short and not up to code. This issue was neither outlined in the measurement nor mentioned in the quote, and it led to multiple falls. I reached out to both the installer and Lowe's customer service but was consistently ignored. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, including scheduled calls that were missed by managers, Lowe's failed to address the unsafe conditions of my stairs. I ultimately had to hire an independent contractor to correct the substandard work done by Lowe's. Lowe's seems to prioritize sales over providing safe, professional services.

Great family run little pub, close to the campsite, prices very reasonable, compared to other local pubs. Visited three times in our week's stay, had the food which was great, and priced well. Wednesday evening is bingo night, Thursday is a quiz, Friday is karaoke, and Saturday live music. Great big garden with a swing and bouncy castle.

You can find just about anything you need here for your home projects and repairs. Sometimes it can be a little difficult finding someone to help you if you really need it, but locate a call button and someone will come.

I was in Lowes today to purchase a battery for my garage door opener. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Austin. I couldn’t figure how to open the opener to see what battery I would need but Austin knew exactly what to do. She took me to where the batteries were located and found it for me. I paid for the product and Austin put the new battery in the opener for me. This young woman was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She gave good old fashion incredible customer service. When I got home, the opener opened the garage!

Went in to buy a refrigerator and knew dimensions and features wanted. Also had a budget of $2000 maximum out the door delivered with tax and warranty Robin and Nichole guided us to the brand and model that precisely met our needs. Long warranty and exact features

Lowes doesn't want you to save money if you are a contractor your best is to go to a different place Lowes is done . For home owners is way worse but many people don't know into you go to Lowes is the worse place to buy anything

Went in store to buy a tub set and had it delivered, arrived damaged and they said they would issue a refund once it was picked up. It was picked up and over a week and half later still no refund and we are getting sent bills from our lowes credit card. Called in to customer service for this location and was hung up on THREE TIMES. After the 4th call back they said it would be issued in a few weeks. Their call system is horrendous.

I went to Lowe's today for a new washer and dryer set. Was greeted immediately by Rob the sales person. I explained exactly what I wanted and he showed me the exact ones first product. He took care of the installation, removal of old appliances, parts, delivery and set up within 2 days. He was kind and efficient. I am extremely happy with my visit to Lowe's today!

Visiting mevagissey with my dad remembering my mam who passed away in February going to all the places they went too and stumbled across this brilliant little pub that showed the football matches but with a great owner who has a brilliant character and welcomed you with opened arms of you don’t love him you should be in a pub there’s nothing he woundnt do for you 💙 walk past the ship towards the old garage and it’s on your right 💙🍺 enjoy we did 💙

Always consistent and nice service. HOWEVER, I've begun to use my ebike for quick errands. I now need to drop this to 2 stars as there is NO BIKE RACK. Unfortunately, some of the most popular racks today do not meet APBP’s security and functionality standards, such as wave racks (undulating bent steel with anywhere from three to nine “loops”)

A very rude customer service center. Ask on employee a question and the other lady barks out the answer. The store was reorganized so that no employee knew where anything was. We asked 3 employees for the same item and twice we where told "I don't know ask someone else or customer service ". We are not going to return to this Lowes. Bad service and a veteran has to join a club on thier phone to get a discount! Bad service! Had a dryer delivered. We NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT DELIVERY TIME AND DATE, JUST A CALL ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE DELIVERY!!!!! The service men where rude, obnoxious, and the one called my husband names when he went down and turn off the gas for the dryer to be installed. They did NOT COME WITH ALL THE NEW HOSES AND CABLES TO INSTALL THE DRYER. ones that I paid $86 dollars for!!!!!! They did not care about scratching up up basement doors the where in the hallway that they had to get by to bring in the new dryer and that out the old. I had to go back to Lowes to get my money back and loged a complaint against the delivery men. Wonderful service today. Kim and Rita helped me with everything. It was so nice to have customer service like that. Great job ladies in the appliance area!!!!

After traveling to 3 different Lowe's to find the correct belts for a Craftman lawn mower we purchased from them- we were disappointed in every encounter. But this one was the worse. Kayla from The Lowes In Quakertown acted as if we were an inconvenience to her daily job- which I thought was to assist the customer in finding the right product. Kayla was rude and stood at her computer for about 10 minutes in silence. After those wasteful minutes- we had asked her if she could look up what was equivalent to the belts we needed with the belt part numbers- she said that would take me over 30 minutes to do and alot more research. I felt like this should have been her job, whether it took her 30 min or 5 min. We went back to the belt section ourselves once again and she’s casually walking around talking to other employees. Kayla, thank your uncommon sense and non helpfulness; as paying customers needed. In the near future, try to be a little more helpful to your customers because without them- Lowes wouldn’t be able to cut you a paycheck. Just a friendly note Kayla to help you do your job- FYI- Lowes has a PDF on their website for cross referencing belts. (We found this file thanks to another hardware store) Took me 4 minutes to get the belts I needed for my mower using this tool that Kayla couldn’t suggest to us because she was too busy chatting with her employees and being annoyed a desperate customer needed some type of help.

Restoring bathroom vanity got home sink was cracked

Bought a washer dryer and oven over 3 weeks ago.not one has been delivered . They screwed up on delivery date sold ours off the floor absolutely a discrase.Will let you know how we make out when we actually get our appliances.Horrible experience

We are finishing a room in our house. We purchased all the shiplap from the store and they didn’t have enough so we ordered the rest online, same item number. The slats were a different color and finish. Despite this major inconvenience we placed another order for plywood to be delivered. They shorted us 2 pieces. We were paying a contractor to install floors that day and needed all the pieces. Melissa in customer service and her manager were highly unprofessional. I was put on hold several times while in mid sentence. The manager and Melissa denied this but they were on speaker and several people can confirm. They were rude and unapologetic. They did not care about the time or money this caused our project and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.

Lowe’s charged me for a pickup order and I drove 30 minutes to pickup and they said I never paid…. It posted to my account, it’s completed, they won’t give me my stuff I will never! Shop at Lowe’s again, you gotta be kidding me, I’m done you guys are jokes!

Terrible customer service! I purchased a refrigerator/freezer in May 2023, which stopped working after about 3 months. After months of back-and-forth with Frigidaire, they issued a return authorization, but after Lowe's picked up the defective fridge from my house, they called me and refused to refund my credit card. They offered me store credit instead, but after my bad experience the last thing I want is to buy a new fridge from Lowe's! Edit: after leaving this review, the store management agreed to refund my original payment method, so I'm updating to 3 stars.

Bought a product online and went to the store for pickup. Got home and realized the store gave me a product that had already been opened/tampered and had been put back together with scotch tape. They didn't even scotch tape it well! If you're going to try and get over on somebody, at least put some effort into it. Alas, I tried several ways to contact the store and no one even cares...great management!

Used this lowes mostly for remodeling my apartment. the staff was helpful when i had questions about anything i was not sure about.

It's nice that Lowe's was informed by my family that I had a seizure and was out for a while, that they still fired me. I thought Lowe's actually cared about their employees health. Edit: HR-Lowes isn't good at helping either. I called Quakertown Lowe's to find out about my Start/Leave date. Management said to call HR Lowe's for that information. When I called, HR Lowe's told me to call the store I worked at for that information. So, which is it?

Always find what I'm looking for. Also, have better success with asking employees for help vs. their competition.

Very personable and helpful staff that looked to include a nice stable of cuties. Neatly and amply stocked shelves and floor displays. Comparable prices to the other brick and mortar big box stores. But they usually have some nice deals on stuff you actually need now and again on occasion. Clean store, with a large parking lot, and the lines and self checkout kiosks are rarely crowded. I do think their house plants and garden sections have better quality wares than Home Depot, so there's that, too.

Been disappointed so many times here. Management is mediocre, selection is lacking. Products I want are frequently not stocked on the accessible shelves and I need to find an employee to assist with “top stock”. Happens far too frequently. Customer service is really hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s not. Home Depot generally does a much better job in my experience, but they aren’t as close or convenient. Edit to address Lowe’s reponse: This review was not based on one experience. This is many, many trips to Lowe’s over years just to be disappointed and need to go to a competitor instead. The Quakertown Lowe’s is just generally unreliable. I’m also noticing the lack of certain necessities for general maintenance even being carried as in-stock items. Recent issues that I’ve been stunned Lowe’s chooses not to carry, name brand plumbing repair valves, general house maintenance items, dryer vent brushes, general ductwork supplies and tools, water heater runoff tubes (they don’t carry the style for center-mounted runoff valves at all), and many more. These were just items from my recent searches on the Lowe’s app. If I’m going to order something, I probably won’t order from Lowe’s. Especially if a local competitor carries it in stock. Recently, I’ve just been taking the 30-minute round trip hit and going to Home Depot, the local branch is very well-run and stocks everything I’ve needed in recent memory.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANY APPLAINCES FROM LOWES. Their new policy states their are no returns after 48 HOURS. They breached their contract and policy which is fraud. They sold me a range that was a lemon- it never worked from the beginning. I even bought a warranty from Lowes. Lowes broke the contract (and Frigidaire)- they won't FIX the oven or replace it. There are 2 service contractors that are allow to service the oven : Whiteman Appliances and All Applaince. Whitman did originally come out- but couldn't fix it. I tried to schedule another appointment because the oven wasn't fixed: and they REFUSED to come out. All Appliances kept canceling and refused to come out as well. I contacted Lowes and they told me that only those 2 can come out. But I can't get any of their approved contractors to come out. Lowes knows this and yet REFUSES to replace my oven or fix the problem. They breached their contract and policy which is fraud. Please buy an appliance somewhere else- I literally had to buy another range and was cheated $1000 from Lowes.

They try to help and at least pleasant and polite usually. Other locations seam to have much more knowledgable employees.

My mower broke down and I took it back to store. They sent it out a month ago and I won't get it back till end of November. They won't let me trade it in or get a refund. Only use it like 12 hours of run time. Not a happy customer.

I prefer them over home Depot the closest home Depot to me is South Allentown and that's a cluster whereas the Lowe's in Quakertown is actually really organized and has friendly people to help you And all seriousness I've been doing a massive project at home with PVC and plumbing and fittings and doing a whole complete custom job even going through the wall of the house outside and holy hell it's been a project in a job and I just want to say thank you to the people here sometimes we all need a little steering in the correct direction of course I have other things to do in the house but I can tell you this That's the place to go to get your stuff pretty much with the layout of the store and how easy it is to find things it's quite amazing I don't have to really ask for help just to find items when I have to do that I leave the store. But this place awesome easy and easy out gas stations around if you need to get something for you after getting your supplies no matter which way you go north or south on 309 you have a Wawa so that's a bonus right there

Still my favorite home improvement store. always easy to find help at this Lowe's and sales associates are very helpful. Large selection of items in stock. Often find that Friday afternoon is the best time to go and find deals on clearance and special order items

I'm a owner of a contractor and HVAC business and Lowe's is not for professionals they are more for the weekend warrior or home owner. Store is clean and employees are polite tho, just my personal and professional opinion .

This is our second year visiting this venue. We we’re staying at a local campsite. The warm welcome is the first thing you notice when you walk in. We were a group of 13 adults if you want food get there early as it’s a small place. The food was great Bingo snd Quiz night plus Karaoke!!! I have to say the staff are fantastic and work very hard , well worth a visit, great times l.

We called at Into the Woods early evening for drinks. The atmosphere was brilliant with a mixture of locals and holiday makers. It has a wide selection of all drinks, so there is something for everybody. Dog and children friendly. It is run by a lovely family who greet and serve everyone with enthusiasm and helpfulness, weather locals or tourists.

Popped in to 'Into the Woods', for a bite to eat before going out for the evening. We had the best Chicken Jalfrazi we've ever had in Cornwall, and we like our curries. Served with egg fried rice, poppadom and mango chutney. Absolutely amazing. This place has a great selection of wines, beers and ciders, all served by a friendly family run business. If you like a great curry, then John is your man. Also child and dog friendly.

Charged me 625$ took since last October to straightened out and still didn't get it rite because of them I have 724 $ credit, but can't use it. Screwed up my credit score 77 points. Their fault on credit it says card restricted.

Well stocked and staffed store, clean and well maintained

I used to shop here for everything but more and more of the employees have attitude problems. I think it stems from the top. I’ve gotten the most attitude from the night manger. Of course the employees will act that way, they see how their superior acts. It’s so blatant I can’t shop here anymore

Better than home Depot but still hard to find help in there

We saw a lawn mower with a sale price, but when we walked away and came back, the sale price was taken down. An employee gave us the sale price.

Don't put people in the garden center that have no experience with merchandise. Extra trip and return even though I told her about the two items fitting the trimmer differently. Disappointing... I know this cause the last tech was on point. TRIMMER IN HAND BECAUSE

Lowes was out of stock on both items I wished to purchase, one cleaning supplies, one garden.

Free coffee m-f until 12pm, plays upbeat classical music while you shop, and greeted by cheerful lady at the entrance by self checkout.

Katelyn was very helpful and customer concentric. She helped me find dominick who was suppose to help me cut a new mailbox key. He denied me service saying it was illegal to duplicate that key which would otherwise be respectable if not for the fact that it was a personal mailbox. He didn't bother asking for any personal information and even denied help when another lowes employee passed by and asked. Very unprofessional and amature in my experience

We had a frustrating day after learning that plumbing pipes and fittings aren't true to size. We had traveled back and forth to the store purchasing items we thought were correct and finally decided that we better ask someone for help. Store employee Dean knew exactly what we were talking about and helped us find exactly what we needed! Give him a raise! :)

There are some employees at lowes that are outstanding, and for the most part i can get everythingi need of the shelf. However a few terrible encounters at customer service desk and the nearly impossible phone service for orders and/ or pro services is why only 3 stars.

Okay so sometimes I have a love-hate relationship with big box home improvement stores. But today 5 Superstars stepped in and saved the day, or at least this contractors day. After an online order error Nelson and Jonas both stepped up to try to resolve the problem and when that wasn't successful Rachel Sean and Candy at the pro desk all stepped in and work together to find what I needed to keep the job moving today. Thank you so much! Excellent teamwork

Love the plant selection! Picked up a few new plants over the weekend. Only complaint would be there just isn't enough room around the indoor plants especially with the pots on the wall behind them. Major cart traffic jams but I still got the plants I wanted and maybe a few extra 😜

Dont know why garden center doesn't open same time as rest of the store so people can get an early start.
