The Offshore Coffee House in North Norfolk

I was visiting today and was rather disappointed by the judgemental response I received. I was paying for a tea whilst watching my family on the beach playing football. Initially I enjoyed a conversation with the person, paying for my tea. Then on waiting for my tea he said "oh your not one of them are you", I paused and said no I am on my own. He then said oh you know you brought a tea and then sit there with a family. I believe just buying a tea wasn't enough. It was not even full and the tables were empty. It was extremely judgemental and I will not be returning. I appreciate it's business but I felt if I was on my own and this was my only interaction with someone for the day I felt unwelcome.

We came here after an ill advised freezing paddle in the sea, the drinks were perfect to warm us up (warm drinks for the kids, but not too hot!) Best flat white in Norfolk? Quite possibly!

Lovely spot, however I ordered a croissant and unfortunately it's was microwaved leaving a hot, doughy lump that was impossible to add jam to. Tea was OK but why ruin a croissant?

Easily the best coffee in Sheringham, and the best I've found on the North Norfolk coast, with tables to sit at and watch the world go by. Excellent service, and as regular visitors we've never had a dud coffee - we must have had at least 50 over the past few years (all in the name of research, you understand) - it's a really well trained team. Excellent ice cream as well, albeit not a massive range of flavours and missing the whacky flavours some other outlets stock. We rarely eat (unless ice cream counts), partly because there's pretty much nothing savoury which is gluten free (any chance of eg jacket potatoes with the ciabatta fillings??). But the relatively few items which are served (some ciabattas, some breakfast baps) always look good.

The sandwich was ok but then the scone was dia as warmed in a microwave and opened the clotted cream and it went all ver my clothes as thawed in microwave and went all over me. After minutes it was replaced and gave me a kit kat for inconvenience. Coffee gone cold and 3hr journey home smelling of cream as on my clothes. Told her never thaw clotted cream in a microwave..grr

What a great spot for a coffee/snack - overlooking the beach at Sheringham. Coffee is good and there are various cakes etc.

Good coffee, lovely cakes and great friendly service. An ideal location for a stop off during a walk by the sea in Sheringham.

My wife and I called in on my birthday.. We had coffee and a chocolate cake.The cakes were not kept in a coll environment and the sun was strong. Resulting in the chocolate being rather runny. The system of using buzzers to call you when your order is ready si flawed on a busy summers day as all the buzzers sound very much alike and are very quiet

I just wanted to add they were operating with one person or very few and clearly he was doing a very good job. He had only had the outside seating open to keep things under control. He was using a buzzer system and delivering to disabled / elderly who can’t carry their drinks. Good cappuccino but a bigger cup as it was so frothy would have been nice. I just think he was doing extremely well. I’m not sure if he has toilets. There is good public toilets near by.

Hubby enjoyed doorstop bacon butty and I had a croissant while sitting enjoying the view. Good quick, friendly service. Will definitely come again.

Well, this was a nice find. We got a seat outside and ordered our drinks. This was one of the best coffees we had in Norfolk (Sheringham).. The staff are very good too, but definately the best coffee we had on our holiday.

Had a lovely cup of tea here yesterday. Good service, young lad served me - all great and happy. will come again for sure! Keep up the good work!

Called here for a coffee on a recent day visit to Sheringham. Great service from a charming and friendly young lady who hails from Chicago!! The coffee was excellent too and we were able to sit at the nearby tables and watch the tide come in and the world go by.

Fantastic location and fast service. Great bacon butties with lovely fresh bread and nice smoothies. Bit pricey but worth it for the view.

Nice position overlooking the sea, tables & chairs set out on promenade, toilets nearby. The ordering system with a pager to call you when food & drink was ready worked very well and saved people crowding around the ordering window. Food and drink were good, price was reasonable, pleasant staff.

Called here several times for a snack and coffee. Prompt friendly service and a wonderful spot overlooking the beach. Ideal for a picturesque cuppa.

This is a wonderful cafe to visit, relax and be feed and watered. Wonderful sea view's and wonderful food and drink. There is plenty of choice of food or drink options from this establishment. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. This is a family friendly place.

Great position sitting outside if weather is good . Good serving system during conversation vid restrictions . Pleasant staff but paper cups for relatively expensive tea per cup is really poor . However yea itself was good .

Gorgeous day . Sat outside. Each table has hand sanitizer on it. Made my order, lovely service was given a buzzer to collect. So quick and to collect. Would highly recommend the cream tea,... lovely scones from the local bakery, lovely tea👍👍 Highly recommend this lovely cafe Well done and great prices too😃

Excellent coffee and tea, lovely views and good service. Bit windy today but not coffee shops fault!
