Second time of visiting, and as usual the food is amazing and the atmosphere is really great 😊 I had Linguine Sorrento was so tasty & my partner had the Pork Chops 😊 This is not a criticism it’s a suggestion 😊 For the linguine Sorrento it would be nice for it to be accompanied by garlic sour dough bread to soak up the lovely tomato sauce 😊 also if it could come with a bowl so can take shells out of the linguine 😊

This is the second time I have visited this restaurant and it was just as good. The cocktails were amazing and reasonable. We shared pork belly bites, boa buns and halloumi fries. We also had 2 pizzas. All the food we shared was delicious and they even gave us a box to take our leftover pizza away. We were served by Marta and she was so lovely, friendly and polite which added to the whole evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the food

I called in here the other week when looking for somewhere to eat for lunch and was very happy with my choice. There was a lot of variety available on the menu, with all the usuals pub favourites and I will definitely look to come back next time I’m in the area.

We are so blessed to have this as our local. My husband and I popped in for saturday pm drinks. As is usual the atmosphere was great and we decided we'd try and stay for dinner. Alas, unsurprisingly, they were fully booked, but after a no show, we were found us a table. I had my usual The Seafood Pot..mussels, cockles, salmon, a cute bread bap, oozing with garlic butter and crispy fries. My husband had the hoi sin Duck style Pizza, again a firm favourite. Both were delicious, but then we knew they would be. If you want a guaranteed top class pub meal go to The Millhouse. Top service, top food, top atmosphere 👌 😋 👏

After being surprised by my partner for my birthday I have to say with my family and friends (table of 12), the staff were amazing, the food was amazing and all meals came out one after the other, more importantly hot!! The evening was brilliant from start to finish, would highly tecommend

We checked in travel lodge on visiting my daughter in worksop called to book a table menu for jacket potato I was told I couldn't have as it's not serviced after 5.30 but spoke to another member of staff and I got a tuna crunch jacket very nice my partner had steak pie would recommend I understand its under new management but it was our first time there

After a shocking day at work, followed by a issue stoping me in my tracks for going away my friend and i decided to call here for a drink. we eneded up having food aswell and wow, amazing. we have dined on a number of occasions at the Millhouse and have usually enjoyed the experience, however, on Sunday 10/03/2024 (Mothers Day) what we experienced was abysmal. I attended with my wife, our daughter and our two granddaughters, we felt there was little choice for the adults on the menu and none at all for the children. we all decided to have the Black Angus beef dinner, two gluten free, two light bites and one normal, we were served with thin watery what was described as mashed potatoes, black (burnt) hard as rock what was described as roast potatoes, the accompanying vegetables included a few carrots, two tiny bits of broccoli, four very small kale leaves and some green beans for all to share. I have left the worst still last, the so called beef would have been more at home in a cobblers shop, used to resole shoes, it was tough and full of gristle, the only saving grace was the desserts the others had, I didn't want to waste any more money. I increased from one out of five to two out of five because of the desserts. it got even worse when I tried to pay the bill, the girl hadn't got a clue how the machine worked, showing my pin number on three occasions before she got it right. I paid £123.60 for the privilege of trying to eat this garbage, I will think long and hard before I dine there again.

All our meals were beautifully presented, and tasted as good as they looked. I would not usually order a lasagne as can make it at home but gave it a go because meals here are usually over and above ordinary. Not disappointed the flavour was well balanced with the crisp salad and artisan bread.

Booked for a Birthday dinner, but disappointed that on ordering a roast dinner that there was no gammon, pigs in blankets or stuffing ! The extras that make the components of a roast dinner ! Then ordered two desserts that took over 20 minutes to come after chasing up, to be told ‘here are your missing desserts’……..no need for this ! Won’t be back any time soon.

It was ok , very very busy , staff worked hard to make everything run smooth. Food was a little dry and due to it being busy we waited ages , we really like the sharing boards they do at teatime but this time we had the lunch menu which wasn't as good.

Nice food and friendly staff however wait for food was over 1 hour. Would have been better if we had been informed before ordering that the wait would be so long.

Served our 2 year old raw, uncooked pork meat balls of the kids menu that were still cold in the middle and forgot or missed my main meal and when it came out was a microwave disaster. Had a poor, insincere "chef sends his apologies" response from the waiter which is an insult to actual chefs up and down the country as there was nothing cooked on the day, just reheated in a microwave. I was asked whether I would like something to drink whilst I wait, which was then added to my bill instead of free for my inconvenience. Just absolutely abismal across the board and the only reason I didnt kick off a rip a shred off the entire outfit was it was a special event for family that simply did not need the drama. Suffice to say will never return.

Went to the Millhouse for dinner last night and it was wonderful! Everyone’s meals were amazing and cooked to perfection. All the staff were super friendly and there’s was a great atmosphere! Didn’t wait long for food either which was fabulous! Would 100% recommend!

Been multiple times. Although it is a busy venue, the staff service is always impeccable. Friendly and good service. The food is what you pay for. Quality. Never had a bad meal. Also, the quiz night on Thursday’s are always a laugh and the host is brilliant. Addictive, friendly competition.

We attended the New Years Eve 2023/24 Diva's party with a group of friends. All I can say it was the best NYE we've all had for a long time! We were greeted at the door by the General Manager Laura who was extremely welcoming, friendly and very professional. We were shown to our table and a member of the team brought our complimentary drinks immediately. The surroundings and decor were tasteful, perfect for the occasion. The whole place had a good party vibe, with well dressed people being out to enjoy and have fun. The singer was amazing, so was the disco. Both got the crowd up and dancing the night away. As for the luxury buffet..Well... it was truly amazing. The choice was abundant, curries, chilli, meatballs, pasta, pizza ( they even brought freshly made pizza to the tables) cold meats, salads (to name just a small selection) and beautiful desserts. All of which were top quality and delicious. The buffet table was replenished all way through the night. We were all even given boxes to take home the remaining food at the end of the night. There was many staff members on duty, so no queing at the bar or dirty tables. Laura and the team were all helpful, friendly and could not do enough for people. If its the same party night next year all of our party of 10 agreed that the Millhouse would be our venue of choice.

We went as a party of ten friends for new years eve , costing £40 per person inclusive of buffet ( which was outstanding! We even got to bring some home in take away boxes ) there was entertainment which was also excellent, all in all fantastic value for a special occasion, ALL the staff where very friendly, plus it was well staffed for such a night so no long waits to be served at the bar, everything went really smoothly from 1st booking to the actual night. Laura who handled our booking made a point of checking everything was fine on the night, definately recommend, we also had Sunday lunch there several weeks ago when we 1st booked NYE , this was also top notch, all our Friends said they would be visiting again, and if the same deal is on again for next new year...count us in , thanks
