Absolutely love The Little Bull! As a family, we regularly visit for the amazing brunch and delicious cakes. It’s such a great family-run spot with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

The Little Bull is a wonderfully cosy cafe with delicious food made with local quality ingredients. We always pop in and grab a coffee or some lunch whenever we are going to visit our woodland. They are dog friendly if sitting outside and the owners and staff are always smiling and helpful

Easy nearby parking. Secured a table at short notice . All the breakfasts were freshly cooked and rather delicious . The coffees are small but nice. This is a very popular venue.

This place is a little hidden gem.Really friendly welcoming staff , attentive but not intrusive and really great food .Well worth a visit , you won't be disappointed 😋

Another enjoyable and delicious brunch at The Little Bull. Large pots of tea, Eggs Bene & Brunch Bagel with halloumi. The service was friendly and the guests too! It has outdoor seating for pleasant weather.

A lovely, rustic little venue with easy parking. Al fresco and indoor tables, quite closely packed. Friendly service and beautifully cooked brunch. Prices are quite steep but the quality is excellent.

The Little Bull Cafe is one of my favourite stopping places on my bike ride-outs! A quality cup of coffee, and a great smoked bacon sandwich (and some naughty cakes). What more could you want?! The inside seating is limited, but there is a characterful seating outside area, next to the road (can be a bit noisy, but this is a quiet village setting so not too bad). It can be a bit busy on the weekends, but usually space during the week.

We visited for the first time today and everything was spot on and made the 35 minute journey from Rochester worthwhile. The coffee is as good as it gets and the food every bit as good as well. I had the Breakfast Burger which was very tasty and my partner had the Rarebit Crumpets which were every bit as as good. Most importantly the staff were all happy and informative and all in all it made for a great experience.

The food was tasty enough and the service polite, but we found the portions too small for the price we paid. Smashed avo on toast came with thinly sliced halloumi and the added poached egg was tiny. I commented at the time that I felt the portion size was too small, but the waiter didn’t acknowledge me. Also ordered avocado on toast as a separate dish, but disappointingly had to mash this ourselves. Unfortunately, I left feeling hungry and overcharged

Was passing through village. Stopped for coffee and bacon sandwich which was very nice.

The regular waitress is very smiley and efficient, certainly an asset. The pot of tea was lovely and the seating comfy. The nearby table enjoyed brunch which looked delicious as did the sandwiches.

A nice clean venue in central Brenchley! The welcome and service were warm. The drinks & brunch were delicious and priced apx £10 , average these days . Indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend a visit.

Probably the best café in Kent! I am a frequent visitor to the Little Bull where my dog is also made to feel very welcome. The food is quite frankly superb. Everything is so fresh, with all ingredients locally produced, very tasty and beautifully presented. I particularly love their eggs Royale; generously filled sandwiches with perfectly ripened avocado/bacon/tomatoes, cappuccinos and cakes, wonderful American pancakes with syrup.. yameh. Hand on heart better than ‘The Ivy’ breakfasts and very reasonably priced. The owners, Marcus and Charlotte are lovely and genuinely welcoming. Great atmosphere. All Covid precautions are taken, it feels very safe. I strongly recommend.

Delightful small cafe inside a converted old pub in the centre of the village. Food is high quality and delicious BUT very overpriced for the size of the portions. Portions are small but expensive. Example: 3 small pancakes with syrup and bacon + thick bacon sandwich + 2 coffees + 1 orange juice cost £25! Wow!

What a delightful cafe. The food was excellent. I had mustard cheese rarebit with bacon and poached egg. It was absolutely one of the best breakfasts that I have had in ages. Same for my wife. She had eggs royale on crumpet and said it was fab-u-lous. Only minor criticism was that the coffee was too bitter for me, my guess is that the machine needs adjusting. Nice people running it as well.

We popped in after an absence of a few weeks, initially just for coffee. However, the warm welcome and glorious smell of cooking meant that we stayed for a bacon sandwich and one of their wonderful specials...the bagel with avocado , egg and halloumi, plus their special sauce ! Everything was a delight as usual, just what we want from a local Cafe. Perfect.

Great cafe, it's just such a shame the opening hours are so varied. Turned up in opening hours last week to find that it was just closed for no apparent reason the day.

We absolutely love this cafe! I would recommend booking as it can get very busy at times, this way you are guaranteed a table.. There is outside and inside seating available, is particularly lovely on a Sunday mid morning to sit outside in the sunshine. The coffee is delicious and they also offer a selection of syrups. The food has always been good every time we have visited.. I think we have had everything on the menu. Highly recommend if you have not been! FYI - There is no parking, but you can park on street and there is also a little public car park which is free 1 minute walk away. We have never had a problem with parking.

Fantastic quality of food, choice and service and the best coffee around. Very well run friendly small business set in a tranquil Kentish village. Location is perfect for cyclists, walkers and general daytime dining out. Food locally sourced and cooked to perfection within a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely seating inside and out and dogs are welcome.

We were staying next door at The Bull and the team at the Little Bull provided a great buffet breakfast to the house. I corresponded and arranged everything over email in advance and they couldn’t be more helpful. The food and drinks were all outstanding and the whole group loved it! Thank you.

Delicious food and such a lovely little cafe! So happy we found it. Really like the decor inside. I had the pancakes and they were delicious. Coffee was great too. I think they struggle a bit with those summer flies coming in when the doors are open as there were lots swirling around the ceiling inside, but I'm not really sure what can be done about that other than one of those electric fly killers which might kill the vibe inside a bit! As long as there is one in the kitchen I guess, that's the main thing!

nice enough place but don't offer a full English breakfast. you can have a breakfast burger that contains most of the elements but not to offer an English breakfast, or provide one when specifically asked, is just a bit... poncey...

Not only is the food and coffee tip top at the Little Bull, but the staff are super accommodating and also quick- thinking. The van keys for driving our Duke of Edinburgh students back to Suffolk had fallen out of my pocket leaving us in a major pickle. Marcus behind the counter had spotted a photo of them on the local Facebook page and facilitated putting us in touch with the lovely lady who had found them. Having had a superb brunch there earlier in the day, I celebrated with another top coffee and a slice of their excellent salted caramel cake. Thank you for everything Little Bull Folk, long may you prosper.

Had a wonderful brunch here. Limited menu, but all items on there easily selectable. I had the breakfast croll with bacon. Friend had a bacon sandwich. Both were so good. Pint of IPA topped it off. Really friendly staff. Looking forward to returning.

The presentation of the food was amazing and all the items on the menu sounded delicious! The staff were very polite and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. It can be busy at times though, but you are able to reserve a table if you wish. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s thinking of going. 🙂

Literally sitting in the Little Bull right now writing this as it’s so worth the five star rating. Lovely setting in Brenchley, delicious and well presented brunch, friendly and welcoming team despite being super busy. Cakes look amazing but I don’t have the room, so we’ll be back!

Central village location. On roadside but not overly busy as on minor road. Nice coffee, small cake selection, but wider hot main menu. Nice lunch location or quick stop for a bacon sandwich and coffee whilst out for a bike ride. Will use again.

We enjoyed a lovely catch up with friends at the Little Bull cafe. We called ahead to book a table for the four of us and we’re glad we did - the place was full and once we received our orders we saw why! From eggs royale to homemade cake, everything was beautifully prepared and really tasty. We each enjoyed different teas, milkshakes and hot chocolate - all of which were well presented and delicious. The cafe provides a range of plant milks too which was much appreciated. When our table was needed for the next reservation, we moved outside and the staff were super helpful with wiping down the tables from the torrential morning rain, and providing us with comfy cushions for our seats. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and we had an amazing experience. Everything was spotlessly clean so even visiting in Covid times, we felt completely safe and comfortable. We’d recommend the cafe highly and hope to return soon!

Lovely place that we stumbled across by chance. Staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered eggs royale and smashed avocado, both were portioned generously, presented beautifully, and tasted great. I think the eggs royale were the best I've had - I can't remember having better. The flat white was made properly too, not just a small latte. Overall, very impressed and would definitely stop by again if we're in the area.

Fabulous food and service . This is a real gem . Home made smoothie was delicious and our brunch dishes were amazing. Marcus and Charlotte have an amazing cafe and their passion shines though in the food and the excellent service . We drove 20 minutes from Tunbridge wells to visit and it was SO worth it . My 76 mother is a very discerning customer and she couldn’t fault it . Almost loathe to leave such a great review as it’s popularity will only increase . But deservedly so. Just wish we had more of places like the little Bull in my neck of the woods ( Henley on thames). Bravo . Great job

Truly the best cafe in Kent (and I’ve been to a fair few honest). Absolutely glorious location, the loveliest staff, the tastiest food and fair prices. The fortnightly street food nights are also brilliant. Chapeau Charlotte and Marcus.

Lovely little place, great for a delicious brunch and when available I love to take away some of the yummy sausage rolls. Don’t forget to book a table if you are eating in as it’s only quaint and during covid the tables are of course reduced.

A nice cafe in a pretty village. Nice, rustic interior. It’s obviously a popular place with locals. The service was pleasant but not as friendly as most establishments . The drinks were very good, prices fair.

We stopped here on our cycling trip for coffee, cake and bacon sandwiches. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, the location is beautiful and it was very good value. Overall a really great find and we’ll definitely be going back!

With the Eat out to help out scheme my husband and I have been trying out some different places and stumbled across this fantastic cafe. We booked a table and had an exceptional brunch. I had the Eggs Benny which I have no hesitation in saying was the best I’ve ever eaten (and I’ve eaten a lot!). My husband had the breakfast burger and said that was great too. Lovely coffee, great setting and friendly, efficient service. We will definitely be back again and again.

Favourite coffee shop for miles! We moved from outer London and had a coffee shop that we loved and missed so so much when we moved out to Kent. After a year or so someone recommended The Little Bull and even though we're about a 20 minute drive away, we love to come here for our coffee/brunch/cake fix! It has such a lovely atmosphere that reminds us of our local from "home" and the owners are so friendly and welcoming. You have to try a ginger and dark chocolate flapjack - they are incredible!

The Little Bull is one of my regular haunts. It offers everything you could want and has a lovely welcoming feel upon entering. The staff are always friendly and the menu caters to all. Charlotte does wonders in the kitchen. The Little Bull brings a sense of community to the village and is much needed in this sleepy village.The coffee is delicious and expertly made by Marcus.Their locally sourced produce is also a real highlight. A ‘must visit’ if you are ever in the area.
