Absolutely amazing food! Staff were all lovely and friendly and attentive. We’d been on holiday in the area for over a week and really disappointed with everywhere else we visited but then found this beauty. Honestly, 100% recommend! Just wish we’d found it sooner as we’d of gone back multiple times in the week!

We visited for Sunday lunch and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was really good, and considering it was really busy it didn’t take long to arrive. There was live music too so that gave the pub a fun energy. Will will definitely come back

The food at this establishment is exceptional. It is well presented tasty and portions very generous. I would recommend for families and couples alike.

Sorry to ask, but have you changed the chef and sacked the cleaner?..... The Lion was one of the places we always looked forward to coming, great home cooked food, clean fresh environment and friendly staff... well we got the friendly staff... The tables were sticky and menus you'd expect from the Hungry Hourse... On looking under the table we had food under the table and SLUG trails!! So the Dyson hasn't been out for a while.. the food was ok. But not the fresh home cooked meals we always have here... Maybe the owners have gone on holiday????

We have always enjoyed the Lion, the food is superb and the staff very helpful and friendly. Today they were especially helpful, my Wife cannot eat cheese, but has always enjoyed the Tarragon Chicken but unfortunately they no longer have this on the menu. The replacement, stuffed chicken has cheese in it, so my Wife asked if the cheese could be left out, and today they went to the trouble of providing her with a cheese free chicken. The rest of us had the stuffed chicken and it was excellent. especially the vegetables and salad. It really made my Wife's day to have her chicken without cheese, but she would really love to see her favourite the Tarragon Chicken re-appear of the main menu. A fabulous visit will be back soon.

Great little pub for a casual night out. We didn't get a seat in the dining room but we're able to still eat in the pub area. The food is all fairly standard pub fare but the steak was absolutely incredible and better than most steak restaurants - if you go here it's really worth paying a bit more and getting the steak as it was exceptional.

Visited one of my fave eateries with some friends I hadn’t seen in ages. Funnily enough they suggested the Lion so word clearly has got around that the lion is best place to eat locally. 2 of us had the home made pate and one had the mushroom gratin. Both were excellent. We then had liver, lamb shoulder and the salmon off the specials board. The food arrived promptly and was excellently cooked. The dessert choice is impressive too. We had sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu. What I love about the lion is everything is home made using fresh ingredients and a lot of care is put into both the cooking and the presentation of the dishes. Absolute excellent chefs and the service was outstanding. A special mention for Theo our waiter. Very friendly helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to return

Found this pub having a walk round, looking for somewhere to eat, service was a little slow but good all the same. Ordered our food, which took about half an hour to come out to us, but it was well worth the wait! I had a Risotto Kiev and my partner had a Steak and Kidney pie and it was stunning! Was very pleased when both came out with a proper salad (more than the lettuce leaf and 3 slices of cucumber you'd normally get). But the Risotto Kiev is probably one of the best meals I've eaten in a very long time, I'm a little gutted I don't have a picture to show! If you're staying in or around Church Farm or live close by to The Lion, please go and eat here. It will not dissappoint!

We are staying locally and the guest book had many good reviews for this restaurant in it so we decided to book. Really glad we did - service was attentive despite it being busy and the food excellent. The specials board was extensive - we ordered three things from it and they were delicious! The desserts board had a huge choice too. A great experience - well worth the visit!

Fabulous food and friendly staff, great choice on the menu and specials board . Fitted us in at late notice whilst staying in the area …..we returned the following evening it was so good .

We have been visiting the Lion for a couple of years now usually at lunchtime. The food is always great and the service friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend for a good value meal

Had heard amazing reviews so booked for father’s day dinner. Turned up as a family of 10 to be told the table wouldn’t be long and to get a drink at the bar, 45 minutes later and our table still had people seated on it and they had only just got dessert’s. When we said we would be leaving as the kids were now getting hungry and bored the lady behind the bar and rolled her eyes. Will definitely not be returning to this pub, rude staff and not organised.

Our party of 10 booked a table a week or so before and expected to be split up as it was a late booking. On the contrary, we had our own little ‘nook’ that was perfect. We all ordered the Sunday roast, some lamb, some beef, some pork or a combination. The food was absolutely delicious! The bonus was the fantastic vegetables. I’ve honestly never seen such a collection in a restaurant before: broccoli, cauliflower cheese, roasted carrots, spring greens, peas, broad beans, Pearl onions, mashed swede, fabulous roast potatoes and superb Yorkshire puds. The waiting staff was fabulous too. With drinks and three desserts (that were huge) the bill came to £188. For 10 people I thought that was incredibly reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend The Lion.

I think the third time we've been. We have relatives who live locally and come down from Surrey. It's excellent every time, fine menu's food and service. Sticky tables is the only criticism,

Returned to my favourite place for dinner tonight with some friends. The lion always offers such an amazing choice of starters mains and desserts. Always something for everyone. I always struggle to choose as there is so much to choose from. Tonight I chose the skate wing with dauphinois potatoes and a wonderful selection of fresh vegetables. My friends chose the salmon fillet off the specials board and the vegetarian mushroom linguine. Everything was cooked to perfection and served by friendly attentive staff. Sadie and Lola were excellent waitresses and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at church farm for five days we went to the loin on the first evening and had such a lovely meal went back on the last was looked after by Jackie nothing was to much trouble.

After a very difficult day, my three daughters and I arrived back in Pagham, it was my youngest daughters birthday and we had been to Taunton and back for a funeral. We desperately needed some where to dine, the first pub had just taken in a party of 25 and there would be delay, the second pub was busy but had closed the kitchen, so we ended up at the Lion, we were welcomed and a table was laid for us and we then went on to enjoy the most delicious food, the menu's were astonishing and they had my favourite white wine. My daughters and I are world travellers, in fact one daughter lives on the Algarve and had flown in just the day before. We all agreed that the Lion is to be congratulated and we wish them many more years of good service. Peter Campbell

New to area and decided to try Sunday lunch - wow it was hot hot hot and so tasty, great selection of mixed vetables. Puddings were delicious as well… just wanted to say a bit Thank You to friendly staff, the chef & kitchen… totally enjoyable.

An amazing characterful venue awaited us at the Lion - our first trip here on the first day of our holidays at nearby Chichester Lakeside. The menu was extensive from traditional roasts and scampi and chips, thriugh to monkfish curry, whole mackerel and lamb shanks. Appeared v well catered for gluten intolerants, and a kids menu too. Booking essential I think. The foid portions were big and all very tasty, and at reasonable prices too. Plenty of choice at the bar and we fully recommend, and will return on our next visit.

Chose one of my favourite restaurants for my Mother’s Day meal with my daughter and granddaughter. I made sure I booked several weeks in advance as know the lion gets booked up very quickly due to it being the best and most popular pub in Pagham. I had the fish cake on a mango salsa salad for starter and my daughter had the hummus with roasted lamb and pitta bread. For mains I had the chicken in mushroom and champagne sauce with roast potatoes yorkie and the award winning veg they always serve. My daughter had roast beef which melted in the mouth. My granddaughter had the excellent value children’s meal. Such a fantastic meal with the usual excellent service. Can’t wait for my next visit

An incredible dinner, the best fillet steak I’ve ever tasted! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, I also had my son with me and they were amazing with him and looked after him so well. Had 3 courses, and honestly can’t fault any part of it. Service was good and reasonably priced - highly recommend!!

Wonderful dinner once again! Had a T Bone steak from the specials board and was cooked perfectly! And even better- they had an Elvis tribute act which was so good and we stayed until it finished! I’m looking forward to the next tribute act in April. Thanks to the staff for looking after us!

I cannot recommend the Lion highly enough. Firstly the main menu; offering plenty of choice of traditional favourites alongside added seasonal dishes. Then there are the specials and it is impossible to choose…….. Guy the chef finds a great balance between the modern English dishes and more eclectic mix of French, Italian, Indian and Asian inspired dishes. The food is served hot, freshly cooked and with a smile. And is delicious and extremely well priced. I have paid three times more for meals in gastro pubs and ‘fine dining’ restaurants that have offered nowhere near the quality of food that I have eaten at The Lion. Exceptional 🙏

My husband booked a surprise visit to our favourite pub in West Sussex the lion for valentines . Wow beautiful table set up . Lovely singer to made it even more special . so much food which was absolutely delicious . We had to take the yummy desert home we were so full . Fabulous evening with fabulous service by chloe and the best bar nan around David . Best valentines ever Thank-you the lion .

It was fantastic to walk into a vibrant pub on a Tuesday evening. We had a really warm welcome and offered to have a drink at the bar first and then shown to our table. Not a large menu which I like which shows its all cooked to order . I had the surf and turf and my wife had minted lamb casserole both excellent. The service was really good Theo looked after us and catered to all our needs. We will definitely be back as just moved into the area

Amazing food, super tasty and very generous portions. I had the goats cheese salad to start and the surf and turf special. Could not recommend the place enough. It has a great atmosphere, cosy and welcoming. Perfect for a date night or family meal, but also I have been when they have a band and it's buzzing. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Always used this pub for food as its so good. Sometimes I come two or three times a week, thought it was about time I actually did a review! Food always excellent- my favourite is the tiger prawn curry! Finishing usually with a creme brulee. Food always excellent. Service is always great

We visited the lion this evening our two small children this evening and we were so happy with the service and meals . Great food, very fairly priced , brilliant choice of vegetarian options and specials . We felt welcomed and comfortable, they really accommodated for us . Would 100% recommend. I went for Sunday lunch 13th June 2021.It was gorgeous.I had the best fillet of plaice I have had in a very long time.My companions had the roast turkey with all the trimmings. The veg was great too. Well cooked and plentiful.The service was excellent and it was clean and safe inside. Highly recommended

A large family group of 14 of us were extremely well looked after, all covid compliant, service was excellent with us all having a drink served to us within 5 minutes of sitting down, food was brilliant - all home cooked and an excellent choice. Do not be put off by first impressions as you approach and enter The Lion (a bit of loutish behaviour and high jinks by 'some' of the drinkers - certainly on the two occasions we visited, once for a drink and the other to eat), as the restaurant is really good!Great food, lovely friendly staff and good value. Without a shadow of a doubt, this is our favourite place to go for dinner in Pagham. Whenever we have friends round, we know we can rely on the Lion for delicious food- never had a bad meal or experience here. The food is always piping hot and fresh with the service always friendly. The best garlic bread around and the puddings are to die for! Thanks The Lion for always being amazing!

Had a lovely meal with my family would highly recommend it. Service was spot on and they were very good with the new civic restrictions followed every rule and didn’t make things feel uncomfortable whilst doing so!

I have dined here 3 weeks in a row with family members and every week has exceeded my expectations! The food is second to none, always fresh and piping hot. There was hand sanitizer available throughout the pub and (stupidly last night I had forgotten a mask) the lovely waitress actually provided me with one! Thank you for that. My daughter loves the moules mariniere from the specials board, and the king prawns and fillet steak are to die for! I was very impressed with the staffs control of the Covid-19 situation and every week the staff can’t do enough to still make it a pleasant experience with such difficult times. Thank you again the lion!

This is a local pub to me. Booked for Sunday lunch. The food was great. I had salmon and my companion had Sunday lunch. The food was well cooked and excelleveg was perfect Excellent Service. Lovely atmosphere.

I have probably eaten at this pub over 100 times in the last 10 years and the food is always above average and last night was no different but as for being Covid friendly the public bar area rates at zero . We decided to book a table for drinks for an hour before our restaurant table was ready as we were with friends and I had recommended the Lion for the food and hospitality..but the bar was full of loud noisy youngsters cuddling , play fighting , shouting , swearing and about 8 to a table although they mainly was standing or walking back and forwards with no masks and smoking vapes indoors with absolutely no social distancing observed and as more turned up and the hugging greetings got worse and louder it was then that the security and bar staff lost control and just let it continue , the staff were apologising to us for their behaviour and if the Police had arrived they would certainly have closed the pub and fined the landlord , and there was also no names or numbers taken for track and trace . The crazy thing was you walked 25M into the restaurant area and it was like a completely different place.. I will definitely return for a meal again but will drink in one of the other local pubs first and turn up just for food in the future . tier 2 awaiting ..

We tried to book a meal here on a Wednesday but it was fully booked so we booked for the Thursday when we arrived we was told it was steak night I was shocked as we hadn't been told this and I don't eat steak but the waitress asked the chef if I could have something of the menu which wasn't a problem food was lovely and desserts were to die for.

Excellent service provided by all the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable & thoughtful. Great, safe (covid friendly) place. The food was excellent. We had belly of pork with crispy noodles & muscles as our starters. Followed by rib eye steak & skate wing. Dessert was lemon meringue & bread & butter pudding. Everything was homemade & EXCELLENT. Will go there again on our next trip.

Visited for dinner one evening, nice atmosphere. Service was appealing, took about 15 minutes to take our drinks orders and other people were served before us. Then we were asked to order our food at the same time. The staff were a little abrupt and no eye contact or acknowledgement when we arrived. Social distancing not good as we had people on another table sitting less than 1 metre away. So, having said all that the food was very good and we all enjoyed it. I will give it another go and hope it was just a bad night....

We went to The Lion for a meal last night, there were 4 of us. When we arrived someone came straight to us and said she would be back to seat us when she had taken plates to wherever they had to go.She did come straight back and took us to our table, there was a very extensive menu with a lot of specials for each course.Two had fish and chips, one had Lasagne and I had salmon, the food was delicious and more than enough to satisfy our appetites as none of us completely finished our meals.We then had puddings because they were so tempting and again very well presented.The staff were very attentive and very friendly, they were very busy as a lot of people turned up very close together but the waiting times were good and the food well worth waiting for.I thoroughly recommend this place for a visit.

Fantastic pub ,one of best pub meals we have had ,Hubbie had surf and turf ,and the best steak and prawns he’s had I had lamb rump amazing,we will be back next year ,as just booked for another holiday in pagham

We were staying locally down at Church Farm Caravan Site for a few days and rather than have to book to enter a crowded bar on site, we wandered out and walked the 11 minutes down the road to this pub. We entered about 8:30 on a Sunday night and asked if food was still being served? It was, so two of our party of 4 ordered some starters (we had enjoyed a LARGE lunch, and my wife and I still weren't hungry!) while we enjoyed our drinks.The food arrived after a short (10 minute?) wait. My daughter had a Crab Cocktail (I tasted it, it was delicious!) and some Whitebait which she couldn't finish, so the human dustbin (moi!) polished them off. They were probably the best whitebait I had EVER had! They were substantial in size, piping hot, steaming white flesh and a crispy bread-crumbed coating, served with a tartare sauce. They really were VERY good!My daughter's partner enjoyed his BBQ ribs and the ambience of the pub was inviting. Two employees checked back with us that everything was OK with the food.A very enjoyable drink and snack and I would highly recommend it to other adults staying locally.

Staying in Selsey we looked for a local pub for a Monday treat lunch. The White Lion delivered! Nothing was too much trouble with the service timely, friendly and efficient. I’m sure staff were smiling beneath their masks. My daughter chose 2 starters - King Prawns and Korean sesame chicken, my 2 yr old granddaughter chose 2 courses off the set lunch menu (£11) and had plaice followed by lemon meringue pie. I chose the salmon wrapped in lemon sole and butter sauce (truly outstanding!) with fresh veg, mash and sweet potato fries - plentiful and faultlessly. Others around us sitting outside were eating sandwiches etc - but goodness they should try from the broader menu! Total happy joy joy successful visit. If the pub could run to a changing table for babes in the spacious super clean loos - please add one when you can. Visit you again soon we hope.

Went on Friday night 04 Sep. Had a great meal, I had the chicken liver pate to start then the rolled neck of lamb. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They all wore face masks, which made us feel safe.

Had meal outside 6.30 pm 4th September table 63. Had crispy stuffed rolled pork with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh vegetables. Wonderful meal and service. Not rushed, nice and friendly. All staff wearing masks, social distancing observed. They got so busy we couldn't go back in to leave a tip and say how pleased we were.Many thanks

We are a family of 5, one teen and two boys with a healthy appetite. Both boy chose from the children's menu and were vey happy with the choices. Teen has a burger. Both my husband and I have been vegetarian for a number of years. Recently husband has needed to be GF. This can cause a bit of a wobble at restaurants. No meat or flour??? Anyhoo, we called ahead and checked that GF was an option. we were reassured that this would be absolutely fine. I was sent the menus so we would have a little look. Obviously, the list was bit reduced due to the no meat choice, but there was still a fw GF V options.All staff were very happy and helpful. As we ( adults) weren't too hungry we decided to share a few GF veggie dishes and when the children's food came out Husband enquired about GF chips ( this can be quite hard because of oil contamination). With in 5 minutes or so a massive dish of GF chips arrived. We hadn't redid them but they were on the house, This of course added more delight to our lovely experience already and were greatly received. We have become fond of Pagham and although we have been to other restaurants this was our first time at The Lion. We would definitely go back. The staff would not do enough for us to make our evening one to remember. Extremely good value. Help out to Eat out also.Happy husband, easy life for the wife. :-)

Came here with my family. The service was very good and the food was immense! I had the Korean chicken to start and was my favourite starter I think I’ve had and the ribeye main course with peppercorn sauce and dauphinoise. The steak was perfectly cooked and so tender, the food was very flavoursome and the dauphinoise were the best! Will definately be coming back!

Really good dinner here last night, service was great and food excellent. Scallop and prawn starter was delicious and the mains were big tasty portions. Even without the eat out reductions the price was reasonable and was a good value family meal.

This pub always delivers! It’s our favourite place to eat as we know we will always get a good meal! Our favourites are; salmon with a creamy sauce, fillet steak (Guy always cooks this to perfection) and when they are available- Lobster Thermidor! Best pub in Pagham by far!!!

Had a really lovely evening with my family and our dog food was absolutely fantastic the staff could not do enough to help you all had their faces covered up due to the virus They worked so hard.

My son took me here for a meal and it was very busy as the August deal . The manat the bar was very busy and was smiling which was great and Mel was amazing as she was smiling and gave top service with our meals . Thank you all

This was the second visit to the Lion in a couple weeks. The first I was taken there by a friend and the second I took someone. Both visits perrrrrrfect. From the ambience, service and what we obviously came for, THE FOOD. Second to none, cooked to perfection priced right and throughly a very pleasant experience. Will be looking forward to our next visit

We stayed at Haven down the road from the Lion. After having dinner there the first, it was the only place we ate!! A great welcoming pub with welcoming staff, absolutely amazing food which was great for a large family group, where nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend!

The Lion Inn has an extensive A La Carte Menu, the seafood medley of scallop, king prawn and mussel was delicious ( a ( little small), portion-wise). The main of Skate Wing- outstanding. Lots of desert choices- we had one scoop of ice cream as a palate cleanser. The menu has lots of fish mains , which we liked as we are veering away from red meat to try and eat more healthily.

Great food,friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, even the dog was made welcome!! Highly recommended. 😊

We called in to the Lion and had a very nice meal ,the menu was only small due to the virus, but we found something .A good place to eat whilst on holiday at Church Farm.

Dined here last night with some friends and have to say it still remains my favourite restaurant. The staff always so friendly and welcoming and the social distancing steps in place were excellent and adhered to. All staff wore correct PPE , I saw them sanitising throughout service and the one way social distancing rules were followed. We had the prawns to start which were perfectly cooked and tasty. We then chose mains of rolled lamb shoulder, fish and chips and liver and bacon. The dauphinois potatoes are still a firm favourite of mine and the mixed veg perfectly cooked. I am returning again next week with some different friends and I am sure they will also enjoy their dining experience knowing the correct Covid preventions are being applied. Both will and Mia who attended to our table throughout the evening were amazing. An absolute credit to the Lion. Thank you guys for yet another perfect dining occasion. See you soon

My husband and I went to The Lion for our wedding anniversary, we was going to go further afield but thought we should use the gem on our doorstep. I had moulds mariniere to start and hubby had pate, main he had surf and turf with chips and salad I had rolled lamb with dauphinois potatoes and veg. It was a food heaven

Very good service indeed - really lovely girl looked after us beautifully. Food was very good and excellent value. Decor is a little unprepossessing but don't be put off - we really enjoyed all the food we ordered. Would definitely go back.

Smiles from all the staff here, very friendly and polite. Delicious "Lion burger" with (blue cheese) and my son had the Scampi which was cooked to perfection rather than the usual golden brown breadcrumbs indicating rubber inside. Very clean and tidy, gorgeous log fire kept us cozy, a couple of games of pool and good English ale. Chef was interested in our opinions confirming his desire to please. Very nice indeed.

I have just taken my exercise group, 26 of us, to The Lion for a Christmas lunch party, and the organisation and service was excellent. The food was truly exceptional too, and very much enjoyed by all. Thank you for making the experience a stress-free event for me (who arranged it), so easy to organise, and so friendly and accommodating, with such a big group. Everyone has commented on the wonderful food, and the choice was excellent for a Christmas Menu, they even made sure that one lady had a gluten free choice, as she had requested. Came for a Sunday lunch recently which was delicious and worth every penny, although food was a little slow the waiting staff were very attentive and welcoming especially the lovely Isobel who made our stay worth while. Will definitely be returning.

We come here for a Christmas meal! It was very very busy! There was a slight wait for food, however, we had homemade bread to fill a gap! And my - it was worth the wait!!!! The food was lovely! I had the Vegetable soup to start, followed by turkey and then Christmas pudding! Lovely food, great atmosphere and good service! We will be back!

We often eat at the pub when we stay with family during the holidays as we live abroad. Very family friendly and excellent food. Waitresses are smiley and attentive. Although they are sometimes very busy, I have always had a good experience and enjoy returning with my husband and child and the grandparents are regulars.

I regularly go to the Lion for food and have often taken my 7 year old daughter. The place is very welcoming, great choice of menu and efficiant service. The staff are so helpful and friendly, its not often you get a real family friendly pub so i feel comfortable with young children. The food is always faultless and the portion sizes are excellent. I am due to return in the week with my girlfriends for a Christmas dinner/get together and we are all really looking forward to it!

Worst service in history, repeated delays meant lunch today took over four hours and food of poor quality too. Shambolic beyond belief. Wouldn’t eat here again under any circumstances and completely baffled as to how they have so many excellent ratings - a Russian algorithm perhaps?!

We haven't been to the Lion for some years because of the problems it went through but decided to give it another go. We took seven other people who had never been there before for a Christmas lunch.

If you visit Pagham, you must go to the Lion and have a meal, the food is just the best around, you have 4 pub restaurants in pagham, this is the best.

This is a a typical local pub turned restaurant turning out consistently good food. The only slight criticism was the atmosphere. The table behind us was ridiculously noisy which put a bit of a downer on the meal and it sounds like a lot of the customers are regular locals so it wasn’t the best choice for a romantic lunch. However the staff were lovely and it was value for money.

Amazing food so yummy . Fantastic staff always service with a smile and soo friendly . Deserts are heaven on a plate my favourite is the roulade . Amazing choice of drinks at the bar too and a good choice of flavoured gins . Will be visiting again . The lion never fails always have a fantastic time .

Very slow service! We were first in the restaurant and drinks were served but it took 50 minutes for any food to be served. I asked

Came Saturday evening for a meal our first time as just moved into the village, the pub is very lively and busy our table was booked for 8.30 but we didn’t get seated until 8.50 not the end of the world had a drink at the bar, we were shown into the restaurant the tables are laid up beautifully, our table was in a corner I had to shuffle past a large table to get there, servers were great and very attentive and the food was lovely we both had specials from the board, in the other side of the bar they do have entertainment so if your just inside the restaurant it can be a little noisy, all in all we had a lovely meal and evening and will return but maybe on a wk night instead

We were staying at Church Farm and walked to this pub for a few drinks with our dog, Lovely pub with a open fire that was perfect on a wet and windy day, Will definitely return if we are back in the area.

Went to this charming pub tonight , what a lovely friendly place , staff are so helpfull and attentive, I can’t remember when we enjoyed a meal so much, the selection of fish is great I recommend the plaice, then we had bread and butter pud so nice so all in all highly recommended

We usually eat here when in the area as it never disappoints. The service is excellent and the food tasty and plentiful.

Came here based on internet recommendation as we were staying in the local area. Very busy pub but service was spot on at the bar. Ordered our food and sat outside in the sun whilst we waited for our food. Didn’t have to wait long and it was delicious! Lovely surroundings, reasonable prices and great food. Will visit again.

We have just visited this pub which was recommended by the hotel we are staying at. The usual menus food was great value and the specials boards focused mainly on locally caught fish. I had the sea bass in a creamy prawn sauce which was excellent (£17)...

We have been regulars here for years but this year the quality of food seems to have gone downhill, not sure why or if the staff have changed, it’s just not the same, sadly.
