Greggs - Littlehampton in Arun

It was a little cold and my baguette didn’t have much chicken in but it was still nice

Pizza and wedges were really cold. The toppings had all fallen off of the pizza

steak bakes are slightly under cooked and have been mashed

Not the cleanest and never seem to have half the products available when we go in, no matter the time of day. Otherwise it's just a greggs.

Food missing, called greggs to say we had items missing and was told to order them again! I wanted the items i had paid for, not to pay again

If you dont tip your drivers they take their time delivering order also wrong

Ordered the food at 9am. Food wasn’t delivered until 10:21 and it was stone cold. Will never order again

Still just watching the shoplifters help themselves, need to do something about it and that does not mean put the prices up so we honest customers have to pay the bill £2 for a bloody sausage rolls shocking

You can't beat great bacon roll and coffee for £2.89.

food was cold, they put the serviettes in with the food so they just got stuck to the food and sauce all over them. food was out the rolls and baguettes and just loose in the bag so practically had to assemble it ourselves. I didn't realise it was an IKEA Greggs.

absolutely love ordering from greggs but everytime something is missing this time 1 x drink. will order again but just wish I could get my whole order.

time kept changing, wrong order sent how difficult is it to put 6 bakes in a bag?

yeah Gregg's don't quit your day job ok that smokey Cajun rice with BBQ tasted like a child cooked it. surely you can do better then that. thank you for the meal though! ❤️

The pastry’s are not cooked enough still well doughy in the middle. Changed from rustington to littlehampton and still get the same bad quality where as other places are baked a lot better

Food was a complete mess. And the delivery experience wasn’t good. The driver was told I had a code to give him, but there was no code for me to give him (the issue is the justeat app, not the driver).

Again ordered and wrong food sent completely wrong sauces. It’s like the staff are doing it on purpose as they have no repercussions to their actions. Absolutely shocking

I live in littlehampton and usually order from Greggs in rustington, I can now see why!!! Littlehampton Greggs are severely poor! I live round the corner from Greggs littlehampton and my food has turned up absolutely stone cold!!! However when I order from rustington it’s so hot you have to leave it for a minute before you can eat it, cold drinks ordered and put on top of the already cold food in the same bag!! Greggs littlehampton is poorly managed, will never use them again absolute garbage!!!

Staff didn’t read my order correctly, I asked for no spread (no butter) and omelette, No omelette and spread all over the buns so I could not eat them

Not to much to complain about, the food is always delicious. My problem is I quite frequently get no sauce in my breakfast rolls when I order with a sauce. Either that or they put a cold drink in with the rolls so by the time I get them the rolls are going cold.

Wedges were stone cold, the cheese and ham baguette I ordered a cold one and that was hot! Donut toppings were all stuck to top of box when opened!

Order was wrong. Sausages were over cooked, hash browns tasted like they were cooked 4 days ago, rock hard and cold.

Third time ordering from this store and third time items have been missing. This time an entire tray of pizza intended for the kids’ lunch! Nobody answers the phone so I now have to go out and buy lunch, which defeats the point of spending £30 ordering lunch in!

Waited 1 hour for delivery and the wedges are usually pretty nice but tasted completely bland also my baguette was slightly damp as cold drink was in the same bag as the hot baguette

I ordered my food and for some reason the app keeps changing my address after I ordered there was nothing I could do on the app. I tried contacting just eat which is impossible, so I tried greggs and they advised me there is nothing they can do even though it was in writing that the store should help. it says the food has been delivered however there is no one at the address it was delivered 🙄

I ordered my food at 9.10 and it said between 9.30-9.50 then finally turned up at 10.10. I ordered a cappuccino and it came as a normal white coffee and the food was just warm

Run out of Breakfast rolls before 10.30! Poor service queued for 20 minutes only to be told they sold out of breakfast rolls. Would have been nice for a sign to say they sold out. Front of house staff customer service poor. Worth the trip to Bognor better service all round.

The steak bake was lukewarm. Delivery time changed a couple of times. Order confirmed 12:05. Delivery 13:09. Could not track. When the order arrived tracking was showing driver waiting for order.

My order was around 40 minutes later than the original time it was due to get here and the “hot” food was bone cold!! I’m so disappointed and would like a refund for at least the part of the order that was supposed to be hot and wasn’t!
